Abstract

The Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is a technology-driven solution designed to enhance healthcare service efficiency by optimizing patient data management and expediting hospital administrative processes. This article discusses the development of SIMRS at Mega Buana Hospital by employing a user-based needs approach and integrating the latest technology to ensure optimal functionality for medical personnel and administrative staff. This research utilizes a needs analysis method, system development following the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) model, including design, implementation, and system performance evaluation. The results indicate that SIMRS significantly improves hospital operational efficiency, minimizes administrative errors in patient data and medical record management, and accelerates patient services across various hospital units.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and develop a school management information system at SMA Insan Madani Palopo. This system is expected to improve efficiency in the management of academic administration, finance, and school staffing. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and document studies. The research results show that the developed management information system can enhance efficiency in managing student, teacher, and school activity data. The implementation of a web-based system allows for easier and faster access for all stakeholders

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of Islamic education philosophy in resolving social conflicts as depicted in the film Tanda Tanya by Hanung Bramantyo. The movie presents a portrait of the life of a pluralistic Indonesian society with diverse religious, cultural, and belief backgrounds, as well as social conflicts that arise from this diversity. This study uses a qualitative research method with a literature study approach, in which literature sources related to the philosophy of Islamic education and related concepts are used as a theoretical basis. The analysis technique used is content analysis, focusing on the depiction of social conflict and resolution in the film and its relevance to the principles in the philosophy of Islamic education, such as the values of tolerance, peace, and social harmony. The results of the analysis show that Islamic education, through the cultivation of values such as mutual respect, openness, and interfaith understanding, can be an effective tool in overcoming social conflicts. The conclusion of this study confirms that the values in Islamic education philosophy have the potential to encourage the creation of a harmonious society and reduce social conflict in a diverse society.

Abstract

Dalam menghadapi tantangan radikalisasi, moderasi islam menjadi sebuah program penting bagi generasi muda ,terutama di era digital dan zaman kemajuan saat ini. Sebuah buku moderasi Narasi moderasi islam generasi muslim milenial Indonesia melalui pendekatan-pendekatan seperti pendekatan edukatif,pendekatan naratif, dan pendekatan kontekstual dapat menjadi langkah untuk mengutamakan sebuah nilai-nilai washathiyah kepada generasi muda saat ini. Kajian ini bertujuan sebagai relevansi fenomena- fenomena digital dan juga mendeskripsikan serta menganalisis pemikiran islam terhadap radikalisme digital didalam buku tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi serta analisis data. Memberikan hasil kajian bahwa terdapat beberapa narasi yang mengutamakan nilai toleransi, keseimbangan dan keterbukaan di dalam buku ini, yang sesuai dengan karakter digital-native generasi muda islam pada pendekatan dan penggunaan Bahasa yang komunitatif. Terlepas dari hal itu, buku ini mengkaji strategi kontra-narasi terhadap konten sosial yang di perani secara aktif oleh pemuda islam untuk menyebarkan nilai-nilai positive melalui media sosial yang tentunya tidak terlepas dengan generasi milenial. demikian, karya yang telah dibuat ini mempunyai kontribusi signifikan di sebuah ruang publik digital dalam membangun rencananya di islam moderat

Abstract

The concept of Unity of Science has developed as an important paradigm in efforts to overcome the dualism of knowledge that still influences the governance and quality of Islamic educational institutions. This dualism has an impact on the fragmentation of institutional management, the learning process, and the relevance of graduate competencies. This study aims to analyze the application of the Unity of Science as an integrative paradigm in the governance and quality management of Islamic educational institutions, not limited to the curriculum aspect alone. This study uses a qualitative approach based on literature studies with descriptive analysis of sources in the form of scientific journal articles, academic books, and relevant policy documents. The research stages include a review of the theoretical basis of Unity of Knowledge, mapping of the concept of Islamic education governance, and an integrative analysis of the relevance and implementation of this paradigm in a managerial context. The results show that Unity of Knowledge can function as a conceptual framework that strengthens institutional governance through the integration of spiritual values, scientific rationality, and professional practices in education management. This research confirms the theoretical contribution of the Unity of Knowledge as a comprehensive paradigm for the governance and quality improvement of Islamic educational institutions. In conclusion, the application of the Unity of Knowledge paradigm has the potential to improve the quality of Islamic educational institution management to be more adaptive and systematic.

Abstract

The main challenge in regional education development lies in the suboptimal formulation of policies produced by legislative members, which often fail to fully address the needs of communities and educational institutions. This study examines the work programs of legislative members in the education sector in Gresik, with the hypothesis that there is a gap between policy formulation and its actual implementation in the field. The research subjects included legislative members responsible for education and relevant stakeholders, employing a qualitative methodology through in-depth interviews, policy document analysis, and observation of the legislative process. The findings reveal that the formulation of education policies in Gresik remains heavily influenced by political interests, lacks sufficient public participation, and is not fully based on the actual needs of educational institutions. The discussion emphasizes the necessity of strengthening community participation mechanisms, enhancing data-driven planning, and ensuring transparency within the legislative process to produce education policies that are more relevant, equitable, and effective. Thus, this study contributes to the literature on public policy and provides practical recommendations for improving the quality of education governance at the regional level.
