Abstract

Human resources are one of the important factors in an organization, both agencies and companies. One of the most important resources for the world of work or agencies is a human being who is an employee, employee, laborer or worker. One of the factors that affect employee performance is emotional intelligence. Another factor that affects employee performance is work motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and work motivation on employee performance in the District Government of Sibolga Sambas.The type of research used in this study is a research approach using descriptive methods, namely research carried out by collecting data according to the actual situation with the aim of revealing facts and seeking information about the causes of the problem and how to solve it. Descriptive method, Quantitative is a method used to make a broader conclusion. Based on the partial hypothesis test, it is known that emotional intelligence has an effect on employee performance. This research can be seen from the calculation results obtained from the T test, namely the known value of Sig. for the effect of X1 on Y is 0.002 <0.05 and the value of T count is 3.291 > 1.999 so it can be concluded that H1 is accepted which means that there is an influence of Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance. Employee Performance. This research can be seen from the calculation results obtained from the T test, namely the known value of Sig. for the effect of X2 on Y is 0.032 <0.05 and the value of T count is 2.197 > 1.999 so it can be concluded that H2 is accepted which means that there is an effect of X1 on Y1. Based on the F test, it is known that the value of Sig. for the simultaneous influence of Emotional Intelligence and Work Motivation on Employee Performance is 0.001 < 0.05 and the F value is 10.192 > F table 3.31 So it can be concluded that H3 is acceptable, which means that there is an influence of Emotional Intelligence and Work Motivation simultaneously on performance Employee.

Abstract

Pengaruh Pendidikan dan pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada UPTD Puskesmas Aek Parombunan Kota Sibolga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada UPTD Puskesmas Aek Parombunan Kota Sibolga. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian korelasional yang menguraikan dan mmeberikan penjelasan tentang hubungan antara Variabel X1 dan Variabel X2 (independent) sebagai variabel bebas yang mempengaruhi, Variabel Y (dependet) sebagai variabel terikat yang dipengaruhi, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 77 pegawai. Dari hasil perhitungan statistik diketahui uji validitas variabel X1, variabel X2 dan variabel Y, diperoleh dari setiap item pertanyaan (Quiz 1- Quiz 10) nilai Corrected-Item Total Correlation lebih besar dari nilai r kritis. Dengan demikian keseluruhan butir pertanyaan variabel X1, variabel X2 dan variabel Y dinyatakan valid dan memenuhi syarat sebagai alat ukur variabel. Dari uji reliabilitas, nilai Cronbach's Alpha variabel X dan Y berada diatas 0,70 hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai variabel X dan Y adalah reliabel. Dari perhitungan koefisien determinasi diperoleh pengaruh sebesar 0,623 = 62,3%, hal ini berarti bahwa yang terjadi pada variasi variabel terikat (kinerja pegawai) sebesar 62,3% ditentukan oleh variabel bebas (pendidikan dan pelatihan) dan sisanya sebesar 3,7% ditentukan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini, seperti variabel kualitas sumber daya manusia, komunikasi dan lain-lain

Abstract

The success of a company is determined by its marketing success, meaning that every company, before distributing its products, first thinks about access to marketing so that it can be distributed smoothly, because if this is not the case, it will certainly face difficulties when the products are marketed/distributed. This study aims to determine whether there is a smooth relationship between product distribution and consumer loyalty at PT. Putra Ali Sentosa (PAS) Pondok Batu, Central Tapanuli Regency. From the calculation of the research instrument, the results obtained between the variables X and Y for each item are declared valid and reliable because the total corrected item value is greater than the critical r value (0.30). And the Cronbach Alpha value is above 0.60. From the normality test, all of them show that the distribution of the data does not violate the normality assumption, namely the histogram diagram is in the shape of a bell and the data distribution is close to the diagonal line in the normal curve of the P-P Plot. There is a positive relationship between smooth distribution and consumer loyalty which can be proven by calculating the correlation coefficient with a strong correlation of = 0.764. From the calculation of the equation of the linear regression line, variable X and variable Y are: Y = 11.577 + 0.810 X. This means that the effect of the dependent variable (consumer loyalty) is determined by the independent variable (smoothness of distribution) with a regression coefficient of 0.810. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination, a figure of 58.4% is obtained, and the remaining 41.6% is determined by other variables not discussed in this study, such as product quality, service quality, product price and other variables. From the hypothesis testing carried out and by comparing the calculated t value with the t table value, it is found that the calculated t value is greater than t table (9.102 > 2.001) this means that the hypothesis accepted is the alternative hypothesis (Ha)

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure/DER (X) on CV.Graha Mineral Sibolga. The author uses research methods in quantitative descriptive to discuss the problems faced by corporate finance. Data analysis explained the use of the results of several linear sub-data analyzes regarding the quick ratio (lancer ratio) to financial performance/ROA (Y). The results showed that there was a positive relationship between the quick ratio and return on equity at CV.Graha Mineral Sibolga of 0.898, so when interpreted on a value scale it can be categorized as very strong. The regression equation obtained Y = 1.112 + 0.646 X which shows the effect of capital structure/DER on financial performance at CV. Graha Mineral Sibolga. The t test shows that the hypothesis proposed is rejected (not significant), where t count is -3.536 > 2.07387, which means that financial performance/ROA is not necessarily reduced by the regression coefficient/slop (-0.646) if the capital structure/DER variable is added one unit. While the coefficient of determination is known that the capital structure/DER only plays a role of 80.6% of the financial performance of CV. Graha Mineral Sibolga and the remaining 19.4% is influenced by other factors not included in the model.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the quick ratio on the return on equity (ROE) at CV. Graha Mineral Sibolga. The author uses research methods in quantitative descriptive to discuss the problems faced by corporate finance. Data analysis described the use of the results of several linear sub-data analyzes regarding the quick ratio (current ratio) to return on equity (ROE) (Y). The results showed that there was a positive relationship between the quick ratio and return on equity on CV. Graha Mineral Sibolga is 0.206, so when interpreted on a value scale it can be categorized as low. The regression equation obtained Y = 1.329 + 0.319X which shows the effect of the quick ratio on return on equity at CV. Graha Mineral Sibolga. The t test shows that the hypothesis proposed is rejected (not significant), where t count is 0.365 > 2.07387, which means that the return on equity does not necessarily increase as much as the regression coefficient/slop (0.319) if the quick ratio variable is added by one unit. While the coefficient of determination is known that the quick ratio only contributes 4.2% to the return on equity at CV. Graha Mineral Sibolga and the remaining 95.8% is influenced by other factors not included in the model.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Perputaran Piutang Terhadap Modal Kerja Pada UD. Manalu. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah Ada Pengaruh Perputaran Piutang Terhadap Modal Kerja Pada UD. Manalu. Peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah data laporan keuangan 5 tahun yakni tahun 2017 sampai tahun 2021. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara studi pustaka dan pengumpulan data sekunder, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah penulis menggunakan metode Koefisien Korelasi, Analisis Regresi Sederhana, dan metode Analisa Rasio. Perputaran piutang setiap tahun mengalami peningkatan, dimana rasio perputaran piutang tahun 2017 sebesar 20,04 kali, tahun 2018 sebesar 19,7 kali, tahun 2019 sebesar 19,9kali, tahun 2020 sebesar 20,7 kali, tahun 2021 sebesar 20,1 kali. Rasio modal kerja setiap tahun mengalami peningkatan tahun 2017 sebesar 6,9, tahun 2018 sebesar 7,4 tahun 2019 sebesar 7,7 tahun 2020 sebesar 8, 1 tahun 2021 sebesar 8,5 Koefisien korelasi diperoleh 0,69 ini menggambarkan bahwa hubungan antara perputaran piutang terhadap modal kerja adalah kuat dan mempunyai hubungan yang positif. Persamaan model regresi linear sederhana diperoleh,Y = 4,165 + 0,574 menunjukkan ke arah positif. Kata Kunci: Perputaran Piutang dan Modal Kerja

Abstract

The utilization of Word Wall as an interactive learning media holds great potential to enhance learning effectiveness in classrooms. The objective of this service is to provide training to teachers on the concepts, implementation, and benefits of using Word Wall within the context of active learning. Training methods employed include theoretical sessions, practical demonstrations, and collaborative discussions aimed at building understanding and practical skills. eval_uation results indicate that this training effectively expands teachers' knowledge and skills in utilizing Word Wall as an interactive learning tool, actively supporting student learning. This study highlights the importance of developing teachers' abilities to leverage educational technology in creating stimulating and inclusive learning environments.

Abstract

Kemampuan membaca permulaan merupakan fondasi penting dalam perkembangan literasi siswa. Rendahnya capaian literasi dasar di Indonesia menunjukkan masih kurangnya dukungan, khususnya dari lingkungan keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk keterlibatan orang tua dalam mendukung kemampuan membaca permulaan, menelaah faktor yang mempengaruhinya, serta merumuskan implikasi praktis bagi peningkatan literasi awal. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka (library research) dengan menelaah 10 artikel jurnal terpilih melalui analisis isi dan sintesis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orang tua memiliki peran penting sebagai pendidik, fasilitator, motivator, pembimbing, dan teladan dalam mendampingi anak belajar membaca. Hambatan yang dihadapi meliputi kesibukan orang tua, rendahnya latar belakang pendidikan, keterbatasan fasilitas, serta kurangnya pemahaman metode pengajaran membaca. Pola asuh demokratis terbukti lebih efektif dibanding pola permisif dan otoriter dalam mendorong keterampilan literasi anak. Kesimpulan dari studi ini menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi antara sekolah dan keluarga serta perlunya pelatihan orang tua dalam mendukung pengembangan literasi anak secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap semangat kerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Kota Sibolga. Yang menjadi hipotesis penelitian yaitu Lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap semangat kerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Kota Sibolga. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi sebesar 108 dan sampel 52 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ditemukan Terdapat pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasisecara serempak berpengaruh terhadap semangat kerja pegawai, dimana Fhitung (86,578) > Ftabel (3,18) Terdapat pengaruh lingkungankerja terhadap semangat kerja pegawai, dimana nilai thitung 5,511 > nilai ttabel 2,008atau. Terdapat pengaruh budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap semangat kerja pegawai, dimananilai thitung 2,780 > ttabel 2,008. Pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi mampu mempengaruhi semangat kerja pegawai Sebesar 77,9%. Diharapkan pimpinan dapat mengambil suatu keputusan yang tepat dalam memberi rasa aman dan nyaman untuk pegawai dalam menjalankan tugas pokok dan fungsinya, serta memberikan suatu kebijakan yang sesuai dengan tujuan organisasi dalam rangka penyelenggaraan birokrasi pemerintahan yang bersih terbebas dari penilaian negatif dari masyarakat.
