Abstract

One of the characteristics of a healthy environment is an environment that is free of waste. Waste itself can be defined as the remaining waste of products that have been processed or consumed and are no longer used. This problem can be sustainable if not handled wisely because it can lead to water and air pollution, an increase in greenhouse gases, and the spread of disease. As an effort to deal with waste, especially household waste, students carry out community service as a form of output from the implementation of the Educational Professional Strengthening Program (P3K) which is carried out at SDN 1 Munjuljaya with the target of all school residents and student guardians by implementing the Zero Food Waste program through ecoenzyme products. This service aims to invite the school community to utilize the remaining household waste to make ecoenzyme products to improve the character of environmental care at SDN 1 Munjuljaya. The method used in this activity is socialization with a persuasive approach to educating students and parents to be more concerned about the utilization of organic waste by utilizing ecoenzyme to form the character of environmental care at SDN 1 Munjuljaya.

Abstract

Jamur tiram cokelat dan shiitake merupakan jamur pangan yang mengandung berbagai vitamin, mineral, serta mengandung asam glutamat alami. Studi mengenai pengaruh asam glutamat terhadap keberadaan bakteri endofit yang berasal dari jamur tiram cokelat dan shiitake belum pernah dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh isolat bakteri endofit dan mengidentifikasi makroskopik dan mikroskopik, serta mengkaji kandungan asam glutamatnya. Perhitungan jumlah bakteri dilakukan dengan metode TPC, lalu diidentifikasi secara makroskopik dan mikroskopik, selanjutnya kandungan asam glutamat pada jamur tiram cokelat dan shiitake dianalisis menggunakan HPLC. Hasil isolasi bakteri menghasilkan enam isolat dengan kode IJTC dan IJS. Pengamatan mikroskopik menunjukkan isolat bakteri terdiri dari gram positif dan negatif dengan morfologi kokus dan basil. Total Plate Count dari isolat jamur tiram coklat dan jamur shiitake berturut-turut adalah 10,18 x 103 CFU/g dan 7,2 x 103 CFU/g. Analisis kandungan asam amino menunjukkan total asam glutamat tertinggi diperoleh pada jamur shiitake sebesar 58.297,31 mg/kg, sementara jamur tiram cokelat sebanyak 33.850,32 mg/kg. Berdasarkan total kandungan asam glutamat tidak mempengaruhi jumlah bakteri endofit. Selain itu, kandungan metabolit sekunder bakteri endofit jamur tiram cokelat dan shiitake belum diketahui aktivitas biologisnya sehingga memerlukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk memberikan potensi terhadap bioprospeksi edible mushroom.

Abstract

Ketika informasi baru tersedia, kurikulum otonom akan beradaptasi. Salah satu perspektif mengenai permasalahan pembelajaran yang lazim dalam lingkungan pendidikan adalah paradigma pembelajaran. Belajar adalah proses penanaman nilai-nilai atau pandangan hidup seseorang, dan jika dicermati, paradigma belajar atau pendidikan hanyalah sebuah lensa yang kita gunakan untuk melihat tantangan-tantangan yang kita hadapi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan dunia sekitar kita. Terdapat kelemahan teoritis, metodologis, dan empiris dalam dinamika pembangunan pendidikan saat ini yang mempengaruhi semua pembuat kebijakan. Permasalahannya adalah pendidikan formal tidak membekali siswa dengan keterampilan teknologi yang diperlukan. Upaya peningkatan potensi peserta didik hendaknya menjadi landasan kegiatan pembelajaran secara keseluruhan, dan tenaga pengajar serta calon pendidik dapat membangun kemampuan tersebut dengan mengevaluasi berbagai paradigma pembelajaran (Pendidikan et al., 2023).

Abstract

This research aims to examine the infuence of Think Talk Write model assisted by Geogebra Software on mathematical understanding ability of elementary school students. The Think Talk Write model can help students understand a concept through the process of thinking, talking, and writing so that students are actively involved in the learning process, while Geogebra Software provides a visual experience so that students can visualize abstract mathematical concepts into a real form that is easy to understand. This research was conducted in grade V elementary school with the type of research Quasi Experiment and research design Noneequivalent Control Group Design. The samples used were two classes, namely class VA as an experimental class using the Think Talk Write model assisted by Geogebra Software and VB as a control class using the Cooperative Learning Type Make a Match model. The results of this study indicate that students in the experimental class have better results seen from the difference in the average posttest score compared to the control class. The research instrument used is a description question. In inferential data with a simple linear regression test, the results of the effect of the Think Talk Write model assisted by Geogebra Software on students' mathematical understanding skills were 80%. Thus, this study can be concluded that learning with the Think Talk Write model assisted by Geogebra Software has an influence on students' mathematical understanding skills.
