Abstract

This research discusses the concept of the rahmatan lil'alamin profile (analysis of its impact on students' religious experiences). The type of research used in this paper is descriptive qualitative. Then for data collection techniques using library research which is very related to this discussion. The results of this research show that it is necessary to know what the concept of Rahmatan Lil'alamin's student profile actually looks like so that it can be used as a role model for students who study it. And the impact that Rahmatan Lil'alamin has on students' religious experiences is that students no longer commit violations at school because they know the sanctions they will receive. And students who understand the impact of rahmatan lil'alamin will continue to take care of themselves and control themselves to be on the right path. Abstract

The background of this research is when educators are still learning using lecture and assignment methods, as well as P5 activities on independent curriculum. This research aims to determine the implementation of the project play the role of Islamic religious education and character to improve motivation to learn tolerance material for class XI 10 at SMAN 1 Sungailiat. This research is a type of experimental research using PreExperimental Design with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest design model Design. The sample in this research was students of class XI 10 at SMAN 1 Sungaliat. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data in this research is instrument test analysis and analysis validity of the research object. The research results can be concluded by researchers that the scores obtained from the results pre-test before being given treatment, namely with an average value of 69.03 and the post-test obtained a score with an average value of 81.94. Obtained mean value The pre-test and post-test showed that there was an increase after being given it role playing project. This conclusion is also proven by the t-test hypothesis test using the paired sample test formula, a significant value of tcount > ttable, namely 13.555 > 2.045 and the Sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05 then it can be said that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, thus it is concluded there are differences in the results of the pre-test and post-test in the experimental class.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi literatur yang bertujuan menganalisis beberapa temuan dari hasil artikel, jurnal dan prosiding penelitian sebelumnya. Tujuan analisis ini mengacu pada isu isu tentang keguruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif kualitatif melalui cara menganalisis, mengidentifikasi, serta mendalami temuan-temuan dari hasil penelitian sebelumnya. Objek penelitian ini adalah jurnal, artikel dan prosiding pada yang diterbitkan pada tingkat nasional dan internasional. Singkat kata, hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan dua kategorisasi analisis yang pertama, kategori penerapan ditemukan bahwa masih ada guru yang mengalami beberapa kesulitan.Akan tetapi, sebagai penelitian yang menunjukkan penerapan penilaian autentik ini guru merasa cukup terbantu menilai ketercapaian siswa dalam belajar. Kategori kedua yaitu pengembangan, hasil dari beberapa pengembangan penilaian autentik dari beberapa peneliti menunjukkan hasil bahwa penilaian autentik ini dapat diterima oleh guru, siswa, dosen maupun mahasiswa untuk menilai kemampuan sikap, pengetahuan danketerampilan dalam belajar. Ini terbukti bahwa suatu penelitian dan pengembangan penilaian autentik dari beberapa inovasi penerapan dapat diterima dengan baik, efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

This study describes several ways to improve the quality of students in understanding the content of surah al-Humazah in class II at MIS Nurul Hikmah. The type of research used in this paper is descriptive qualitative. Then for the data collection technique used by using interviews and also accompanied by various sources of reading literature from books and from various journals related to this discussion. The results of this study indicate that there are several ways that can be done to improve the learning quality of students in understanding the content of surah al-Humazah in class II MIS Nurul Hikmah, namely: 1) Provide an understanding of sura al-Humazah and then recite it regularly before learning begins, 2) Using supportive learning media, 3) The teacher must have creativity in teaching and dealing with the attitudes and behavior of class II MI students so that the teaching and learning process runs smoothly. As for the obstacles in efforts to improve the quality of students in understanding the content of surah al-Humazah in class II MI, namely the lack of concentration of students in the learning process, inadequate learning media, and the lack of teacher ability in teaching.

Abstract

Pengungkapan manajemen risiko merupakan sebuah bentuk yang menjadi solusi untuk menghadapi ketidak pastianperusahaan dan bertujuan untuk mencegah adanya risiko yang akan menyebabkan kerugian bagi perusahaan.Manajemen risiko yang diungkapkan perusahaan untuk membuat komunitas antara manajemen perusahaani denganstakeholders yang berhubungan dengan baik. Selain itu, melakukan pengungkapan manajemen risiko akan akanberpengaruh pada investor maupun kreditor dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk berinvestasi. Perusahaan yang melakukanpengungkapan manajemen risiko, harus menyampaikan informasi yang benar-benar terjadi pada perusahaan secara imbangagar tujuan perusahaan tercapai. Penelitian bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruhi yang terjadi pada variabel solvabilitas,kepemilikan institusional, dan komisarisi independeni terhadapi pengungkapani manajemen risiko padaperusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursai Efek Indonesiai (BEI) pada tahuni 2017-2021. Data pada penelitianini didapat dari data laporan tahunan perbankan. Populasii pada penelitiani ini yaitu seluruh perusahaan perbankanyang terdaftar di Bursa Efeki Indonesia pada tahun 2017-2021. Tekniki pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian inimenggunakani purposive sampling sehinggai memperolehi jumlahi sampel 145 terdiri dari 29 perusahaan denganperiode 5 tahun. Metode yangi digunakani dalam penelitiani adalah analisis regresi data panel denganmenggunakan software Eviews 12. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwai variabeli solvabilitas, kepemilikaninstitusionali dan komisaris independen secara simultan berpengaruhi terhadapi pengungkapani manajemen risiko.Secara parsial solvabilitas, dan kepemilikan institusional berpengaruhi terhadap pengungkapan manajemeni risikosedangkan komisaris independeni tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadapi pengungkapani manajemeni risiko. Hasilpenelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh para investori dan para stakeholder sebagai bahan pertimbangani dalammengambil keputusan berinvestasi di perusahaan perbankan. Dilihat dari hasil urang perusahaan pada solvabilitasdan kepemilikan saham yang dimiliki oleh kepemilikan institusional.Kata Kunci-solvabilitas, kepemilikan institusional, dan komisaris independen, pengungkapani manajemen risiko

Abstract

The current development of plants that have medicinal properties has progressed, where the discovery of drugs and new sophisticated technologies have become alternative solutions in the advancement of the pharmaceutical world. Utilizing yards which are generally not well utilized has many advantages, especially in terms of increasing family income, for example as living barns and living pharmacies, so they need to be developed intensively. Simple technology that must be implemented can bring broad benefits to society, not only in the process of food independence but can also be directed towards health independence through the development of Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA). TOGA is synonymous with herbal medicine where the raw materials for making herbal medicine are dominated by a bitter taste, have no aesthetic value and are rarely consumed by the public. This makes it difficult to develop the value of family medicinal plants. This community service aims to find out and understand the community's background in understanding the background of TOGA, how to plant TOGA plants, and how to use them to revitalize the TOGA program, especially in Teuk Pandan Village. This service activity then carried out activities on how to plant TOGA plants properly and correctly as well as providing several family medicinal plants which would be planted in the yard of the Village TOGA post. From this community service activity it can be concluded that there is a lack of public knowledge in knowing the types of TOGA plants and the benefits of various TOGA plants as well as minimal use of the limited land owned by residents.
