Abstract

Potensi wisata merupakan salah satu sektor yang terus dikembangkan hingga saat ini. Perkembangan perencanaan wisata tidak hanya terbatas pada wisata alam dan buatan saja, melainkan juga memanfaatkan hasil perkebunan. Agroforestri merupakan konsep wisata yang menggabungkan pemanfaatan lahan antara tanaman hutan dengan tanaman perkebunan. Salah satu lokasi di Kota Balikpapan yang memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai kawasan wisata agroforestri terletak di Jalan PDAM KM 12 RT 17 Karang Joang. Perencanaan pembangunan kawasan wisata ini memerlukan masterplan sebagai rencana induk perencanaan. Proses penyusunan masterplan kawasan wisata Waduk Manggar ini melibatkan masyarakat sekitar sebagai pengurus wisata. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan masterplan ini meliputi observasi lapangan, diskusi pembuatan desain wisata, dan perancangan kawasan wisata. Rancangan wisata ini kemudian disampaikan kepada pengurus wisata dalam bentuk diskusi grup terfokus. Hasil dari pembuatan masterplan memberikan dampak positif kepada pengurus berupa kemudahan dalam pengelolaan dan perencanaan wisata jangka panjang. Selain itu, membantu pengelola dalam proses pengajuan dana pengembangan pariwisata kepada pihak pemerintahan maupun swasta. Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat sekitar dan meningkatkan potensi wisata daerah.

Abstract

TK Bina Anaprasa 006 Cempaka II di Karang Joang, Balikpapan adalah salah satu sekolah dengan fasilitas belajar mengajar yang kurang memadai. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membenahi fasilitas sekolah agar dapat mewadahi aktivitas pembelajaran yang aman, ramah dan nyaman untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Berdasarkan hasil survey diperoleh tiga permasalahan yang ada di TK tersebut yaitu dari segi aspek prasarana belajar, seperti kondisi atap sekolah sudah banyak yang bocor, akses penyeberangan jalan yang kurang aman saat murid menuju sekolah, papan informasi yang berfungsi sebagai tanda pengenal TK sudah rusak sehingga kurang bisa terbaca dan tidak adanya fasilitas berupa tempat sampah sehingga menyebabkan kurangnya tingkat kebersihan pada sekolah. Aspek kedua adalah dari segi sarana belajar yang masih kurang, seperti tidak adanya fasilitas membaca. Aspek ketiga adalah dari segi tenaga pengajar yang jumlahnya masih sangat kurang sehingga proses belajar mengajar menjadi kurang optimal. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan renovasi fasilitas sekolah seperti atap, papan nama sekolah, pembuatan jembatan kecil sebagai akses penyeberangan, pembuatan pojok baca, dan membantu guru dengan menjadi sukarelawan pendidik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pengadaan fasilitas sekolah dapat meningkatkan layanan pendidikan dan dapat menciptakan suasana yang nyaman bagi kegiatan belajar mengajar siswa sehingga mereka bisa mendapatkan pendidikan bermutu dan berkualitas yang baik.

Abstract

Pantai Seraya merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata pantai yang berada di Kelurahan Sepinggan Raya, Kecamatan Balikpapan Selatan, Kota Balikpapan. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan pihak RT dan masyarakat setempat, terdapat beberapa isu permasalahan yang terdapat pada destinasi wisata Pantai Seraya. Isu permasalahan yang ada yaitu, terdapat banyaknya jalan masuk ke kawasan Pantai Seraya dan tidak terdapat adanya petunjuk arah menuju pantai, sehingga dapat membingungkan beberapa pengunjung yang baru mengunjungi Pantai Seraya dan kurangnya fasilitas penunjang bagi para pengunjung serta masih kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat terkait kebersihan pantai. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan dengan pengembangan fasilitas yang ada. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan observasi, wawancara, dan survei. Observasi dan wawancara dilakukan untuk melihat permasalahan yang terjadi, sedangkan survei dilakukan untuk mengukur apakah kegiatan yang dilakukan memberikan dampak atau pengaruh terhadap pengembangan wisata Pantai Seraya. Hasilnya adalah membuat penunjuk jalan menuju kawasan pantai pada beberapa simpangan. Untuk permasalahan fasilitas penunjang dan kebersihan, dilakukan pembuatan tempat sampah, sosialisasi terkait permasalahan sampah dan cara pengolahan sampah yang baik di sekitar pesisir pantai, pembuatan kursi dan papan informasi, serta peta infografis Pantai Seraya. Sarana prasarana pendukung sekitar Pantai Seraya semakin meningkat dan diharapkan menambah kunjungan wisatawan dan kesadaran masyarakat di Pantai Seraya.

Abstract

The Student Program Mengabdi Desa (PMMD) is an initiative that allows students to be actively involved in community service activities, with the main goal of empowering them through hands-on experience in interacting with communities at the local level. One of the focal points of this program is Posyandu RT. 34 Sepinggan Baru which is located in Sepinggan Baru Urban Village, South Balikpapan District. This Posyandu faces a number of problems which include the lack of optimization of existing resources, safety issues for children, as well as deficiencies in terms of aesthetics and comfort of existing facilities. Seeing these conditions, the step taken is to propose a solution in the form of improving the quality of Posyandu facilities and infrastructure. This will include the construction of a reading corner that is expected to increase the reading interest of Posyandu children and the surrounding community, the implementation of a waste sorting system to increase environmental awareness, as well as physical improvements that include covering drainage and rearranging the layout of the building. The main objectives of this activity are to improve the services provided by Posyandu, stimulate literacy interest among children, and increase environmental awareness in the local community. The expected output targets are the writing of a journal documenting the process and results of Posyandu improvements, the making of an aftermovie that visualizes the activities and their impact, and articles published by the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) that summarize the overall process and results that have been achieved in order to provide useful information for related parties and the general public.

Abstract

The construction projects for Buildings C and D were delayed in construction process due to financial constraints in completing building construction and the project was re-implemented so that the two buildings were classified as Construction in Progress. Efforts are made to avoid obstacles by carrying out effective risk management. Therefore, all projects require proper risk management. On the basis of these events, risk management is carried out with the aim of knowing the risks that may occur, knowing the level of risk, and knowing the dominant risk response in the construction project of Buildings C and D of the Kalimantan Institute of Technology. The method in this study uses Severity Index method in analyzing risk variables with the Guttman scale used to determine the relevance of a risk variable. Then do an analysis of the response to the dominant risk. In the correlation test, 40 indicators were found that were relevant and 4 that were irrelevant. The validity test shows 7 invalid indicators. The results obtained are 6 indicators of risk that are dominant to the value of the likelihood and impact matrix labelled "high" risk. The risk response in this study is to seek supervision of the budget specified in the contract, carry out reliable material estimation calculations, the procurement department is required to identify places for replacement materials, make re-engineering arrangements for work execution sequences, and depend on professional distributors and forwarders, ensuring experienced project employees, working drawings have clear information, and prioritizing outdoor work.

Abstract

Battery applications can be found in electric vehicles, renewable energy power plants and various other portable devices. In this final project research, the author uses the Quantum Neural Network (QNN) method to estimate the State of Charge (SoC) on a lithium-ion battery designed using PYTHON. This research includes the design of a prototype SoC estimation system on lithium-ion batteries using the QNN method, real-time SoC data collection, and comparison of SoC estimation performance using QNN with real-time data. The results of real-time testing of lithium-ion batteries using ACS712 voltage and current sensors for five cycles show the following voltage results: first cycle 10.70 V to 12.68 V, second cycle 10.56 V to 12.66 V, third cycle 10.60 V to 12.69 V, fourth cycle 10.60 V to 12.00 V, and the fifth cycle 10.41 V to 12.07 V. Meanwhile, the current sensor results for five cycles showed a range of 0.1 A to 0.5 A. Each test result per cycle showed a higher increase, although there were small fluctuations, and the overall trend line showed the consistency of the voltage sensor's performance without significant degradation during repeated tests, indicating good stability of the voltage sensor. Then, methods with qubit rotation, linear entanglement, and Neural Network were tested. SoC prediction results using QNN with qubit rotation showed MAPE and RMSE values of 0.14 and 61%, respectively. Furthermore, testing the SoC prediction results on QNN with linear entanglement shows MAPE and RMSE values of 0.08 and 29%, respectively. While the SoC prediction results.

Abstract

Lean Construction atau konstruksi ramping merupakan sebuah metode yang beberapa tahun terakhir digunakan para penyedia jasa konstruksi untuk meminimalkan waste yang terjadi dengan tujuan meningkatkan nilai tambah (value). Dari hasil identifikasi sebelumnya pada proyek Pembangunan Jembatan Sei Alalak Banjarmasin, terdapat 3 faktor penyebab waste yang paling berpengaruh yaitu: cuaca buruk, pengawasan pembuatan beton mulai dari penimbangan berat material hingga batching plan, dan dokumen pengujian. Untuk mengetahui penanganan waste tersebut, maka digunakan beberapa tools yang ada pada lean construction dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada para ahli (expert). Dengan menggunakan tools yang ada pada lean construction maka strategi penanganan yang didapatkan yaitu 1. cuaca tidak mendukung: last planner system, increased visualization, first run studies, daily huddle meeting; 2. pengawasan pembuatan beton mulai dari penimbangan berat material sampai dengan batching plant: last planner system, daily huddle meeting, fail-safe quality and safety; 3. dokumen pengujian: last planner system, increased visualization, daily huddle meeting, 5S process.

Abstract

ITK II is an integrated laboratory building construction project currently does not involve identifying hazards, risk assessment, determining risk levels, or comprehensive risk control. The results of observations and interviews by the author show that dangers can arise due to workers' implementation, actions, and unsafe conditions. Based on these conditions, it is necessary to carry out a risk analysis with the aim of knowing what risks may occur, knowing the dominant risk level, and knowing the dominant risk response, as well as providing recommendations for effective risk control on the ITK II Integrated Laboratory Building Construction Project. The approach applied in this research includes a qualitative approach, namely at the survey, observation, interview, and distribution of questionnaire stages, and a quantitative approach is used to assess the probability and impact of risks, sort risks from highest to lowest, categorize risks, and design mitigation. risk.  The severity index method is used to calculate the probability and impact of an event. The calculation is carried out based on responses from respondents using a Likert scale and validated by experts. Then, an analysis of the risk response to the dominant risks is carried out. In the relevance test, the results obtained were 22 relevant variables and 3 irrelevant variables. Furthermore, during the validity test and reliability test, the results of the two tests obtained for each variable were valid and reliable. After that, the risk level was calculated, and 15 dominant sub-risks were obtained with a probability and impact matrix value of 9 in the "high" risk category. Risk responses that can be given are: placing safety signs in the work area, using PPE, increasing signs in each corner of the project, holding short meetings to discuss worker safety aspects regularly before starting work, wearing anti-slip shoes when working in a work environment where there is a risk of slipping, and carrying out regular field supervision.

Abstract

The existence of tourist beaches is one of the economic drivers of local communities in Lamaru Village. RT 19, Lamaru Village, which is located adjacent to the beach, can help develop the Lamaru Sunrise Beach tourist beach by improving the infrastructure at RT 19. Based on existing conditions, improvements to infrastructure, increased awareness and active community participation in protecting the environment are expected to occur. The tour will be carried out from February to May 2023. The results of this development are RT 19 Area Map, Map of Disaster Evacuation Routes and Gathering Points, Disaster Mitigation Socialization, RT Boundary Markings, Gate Design, Drainage Cleaning, Street Lighting, and After Movie Videos. has been accepted and accepted for its benefits to society.
