Abstract

Abstract-There are already many employees in Indonesia who support diversity in their companies, yet still many work environments in companies are homogeneous. Not much research has been conducted on the workforce demographic diversity in Indonesia and there have not been many studies on diversity in Indonesia that have explored many dimensions. This study aims to examine the effect of workforce demographic diversity on employee performance at PT XYZ. The dimensions used for workforce demographic diversity are age, gender, education, religion, and ethnic. This research was conducted using a quantitative method. The proportionate stratified random sampling technique was used to determine the sample in this study. The number of respondents used in the study amounted to 178 respondents. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. In the research that has been done, the results show that demographic diversity affects the performance of employees at PT XYZ The results showed that the demographic diversity of the workforce had an effect of 29.5% on employee performance. The implication that can be used by companies based on the results of this study is to apply justice in every company activity and start applying an inclusive culture. Further research can explore more about types or dimensions of diversity. Keywords: Diversity; Demographic; Performance

Abstract

Tujuan dari evaluasi ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas program pendidikan kesetaraan Paket C, ketercapaian tujuan program, dan dampak dari program pendidikan kesetaraan bagi peserta didik maupun alumni PKBM (Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat) Maleo Kota Tangerang Selatan. Metode evaluasi yang digunakan adalah dengan studi kasus untuk mengkaji secara analitis dan deskriptif mengenai program kesetaraan Paket C yang ada di PKBM Maleo serta menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Analisis data dalam evaluasi ini yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Untuk penarikan sampel dalam evaluasi digunakan dengan teknik purposive sampling dan informan yang sudah ditetapkan berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan dengan observasi serta wawancara dengan informan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program pendidikan kesetaraan Paket C di PKBM Maleo ini sudah berjalan dengan optimal berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria standar secara objektif yang sudah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Lama Pembelajaran pendidikan kesetaraan Paket C untuk setiap angkatan adalah 6 semester atau selama 3 tahun pembelajaran dengan mengikuti struktur kurikulum 2013. Dalam proses pembelajarannya yaitu termasuk pembelajaran akademik yang dimana tutor memberikan materi untuk menambah wawasan dan ilmu pengetahuan kepada peserta didik. Dampak positif dengan adanya pendidikan kesetaraan ini membuat para peserta didik lebih bersemangat untuk menuntut ilmu, karena merasa sangat terbantu, dan merasa sangat mendapatkan pendidikan yang layak seperti pendidikan formal lainnya.

Abstract

Stres kerja merupakan tantangan utama dalam profesi kedokteran, khususnya bagi dokter umum yang bertugas di rumah sakit daerah dengan beban kerja tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan secara signifikan dengan tingkat stres kerja dokter umum di Rumah Sakit Daerah Jakarta menggunakan instrumen NIOSH Generic Job Stress Questionnaire. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional terhadap 373 responden yang dipilih melalui simple random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji bivariat (Spearman, Mann-Whitney) dan uji multivariat regresi linier ganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata stres kerja berada pada tingkat sedang hingga tinggi (65,75 ± 20,255). Variabel-variabel yang terbukti berpengaruh signifikan dalam model akhir adalah: lingkungan fisik (B = 2,586; p = 0,000), konflik peran (B = 0,413; p = 0,000), konflik interpersonal (B = 0,162; p = 0,040), jumlah beban kerja (B = -0,818; p = 0,018), variasi beban kerja (B = 0,746; p = 0,012), tanggung jawab terhadap orang lain (B = 0,457; p = 0,012), kemampuan yang tidak digunakan (B = 1,019; p = 0,039), tuntutan mental (B = -1,186; p = 0,000), shift kerja (B = -3,220; p = 0,000), aktivitas di luar pekerjaan (B = 1,428; p = 0,005), kepribadian tipe A (B = -0,359; p = 0,004), dan penilaian diri (B = -0,404; p = 0,005). Temuan menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh beban tugas, tetapi juga oleh faktor psikososial dan kepribadian. Intervensi manajerial yang terarah pada perbaikan lingkungan kerja, pengelolaan beban tugas, dan penguatan keseimbangan kehidupan pribadi dapat menurunkan tingkat stres dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan dokter.

Abstract

This community service initiative was carried out by English Education students from the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at State Islamic University of Palangka Raya. The program aimed to enhance junior high school students’ understanding of key English grammar components—specifically the simple present, present continuous, and simple past tenses, as well as the correct use of prepositions. Conducted over two days, the program involved structured lessons using school-provided textbooks, visual aids, and interactive activities such as grammar games and group discussions. Data were collected through direct observation, Q&A sessions, and practice exercises to evaluate students' comprehension and application of the material. The findings indicate that the use of contextualized instruction, real-life examples, and communicative activities—supported by visual media and practice exercises—effectively improved students' grammatical accuracy, confidence, and engagement. The involvement of English education university students as peer facilitators fostered a more interactive and less intimidating learning environment. This program also reinforced the pedagogical value of experiential learning, benefiting both junior high school students and pre-service teachers by providing meaningful and reflective teaching experiences aligned with real classroom needs. Overall, this initiative successfully addressed students’ learning gaps in English grammar and showcased the benefits of integrating community service into teacher education

Abstract

The traditional coffee shop is still a favorite for the local community. Warkop which is known to be very simple is actually able to attract the attention of many people. This causes Warkop to always receive food or drink orders from consumers which are selling well. This is in line with the Warkop located in the Sarijadi area, namely the Warkop Pancong Sarijadi which has become the choice for many Polban students. Based on this, the researchers conducted research on what motivations influence the purchasing decisions of consumers (Polban students) at Warkop Pancong as their main choice for making purchases. This study uses a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. Data collection was done through a questionnaire using Google Forms and a total sample is 101 respondents from active and passive Polban students. Data from the results of the distribution of this questionnaire were analyzed using frequency analysis, factor analysis, data normality analysis, and simple regression analysis using SPSS v.24 software. From this study, it was found that the result is consumer motivation had an effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

In recent years, social media has become an important arena for expressing religious identity, including the emergence of digital Sufism among urban Muslims. This study examines how urban Sufism is represented in digital media that blends Sufi values with elements of popular culture, addressing the limited scholarly attention toward its role in shaping contemporary religious identity. This qualitative research employs content analysis and library study, drawing data from YouTube and Instagram. The analysis is guided by Stuart Hall’s theory of representation and Charles Taylor’s theory of identity. The findings show that digital representations of urban Sufism function not only as a medium of da‘wah but also as a dynamic space where pious identity is negotiated and socially validated through online engagement. These representations illustrate how Islamic spirituality adapts to urban lifestyles while interacting with global popular culture. However, the phenomenon also raises concerns such as spiritual simplification, authority fragmentation, and the commodification of religiosity. The study concludes that maintaining authenticity and spiritual depth is crucial for content creators and preachers in utilizing digital platforms for inclusive da‘wah.
