Abstract

Entrepreneurial intentions reflect a person's commitment to starting a new business. Generation Z who grew up with technology, the internet and social media has a preference for starting a busines. This research aims to explore entrepreneurial intention among Generation Z (Gen Z) in Mataram City. Qualitative research methods and descriptive approaches will be used to investigate motivations, values, or factors that influence entrepreneurial tendencies in this generation. This research involved 25 participants from Gen Z in Mataram City, with special attention to educational background and interest in entrepreneurship. The results of the investigation reveal that personal attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, social norms, opportunity recognition, and entrepreneurial role models are factors that can influence entrepreneurial intention. Gen Z tends to want to start a new business if they have good knowledge or education about entrepreneurship. Gen Z's entrepreneurial interest focuses on the use of technology where they want to start a new business by maximizing the use of technology.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk melakukan kajian empiris mengenai strategi peningkatan organizational green performance melalui green HRM dan Islamic spiritual intelligence. Studi ini dilakukan kepada 144 pekerja Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) di Nusa Tenggara Barat. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan survei, kemudian data diuji dengan pendekatan structural equation model (SEM) yang spesifik pada alat analisis partial least square (PLS). Penelitian ini pada akhirnya mengkonfirmasi green HRM dan Islamic spiritual intelligence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee green behavior. Selain itu, employee green behaviour juga ditemukan berpengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational green performance, dan menjadi pemediasi pada pengaruh green HRM dan Islamic spiritual intelligence terhadap organizational green performance. Studi ini menghadirkan sejumlah keaslian yang memberikan keunikan daripada studi-studi sebelumnya yang relevan, pertama, studi ini fokus pada kajian mengenai peran domain individu yang spesifik pada Islamic spiritual intelligence pada perilaku ramah lingkungan karyawan, mayoritas studi di Indonesia lebih banyak melibatkan domain individu yang spesifik pada kepribadian untuk menjelaskan fenomena perilaku dan kinerja ramah lingkungan. Kedua, studi ini fokus pada implementasi teori dasar person-environment fit theory dalam menjelaskan peran Islamic spiritual intelligence dan praktik green HRM pada peningkatan perilaku dan kinerja ramah lingkungan, beberapa peneliti dan akademisi di Indonesia masih relatif jarang mengeksplorasi peran teori dasar yang mapan dalam bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia dan organisasi untuk menjelaskan fenomena kinerja ramah lingkungan organisasi. Temuan pada studi ini dapat memberikan sejumlah kontribusi positif dalam pengembangan teori ramah lingkungan di bidang SDM, dan dapat diimplementasikan sebagai strategi dalam praktik peningkatan kinerja ramah lingkungan organisasi.     Kata kunci; Organizational Green Performance, Green HRM, Islamic Spiritual Intelligence, Employee Green Behavior   Abstract: This study aims to conduct an empirical study regarding strategies for increasing organizational green performance through green HRM and Islamic spiritual intelligence. This study was conducted on 144 Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) workers in West Nusa Tenggara. This research uses a survey approach, then the data is tested using a specific structural equation modeling (SEM) approach using the partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool. This research confirms that green HRM and Islamic spiritual intelligence have a positive and significant effect on employees' green behavior. Apart from that, employees' green behavior also has a direct positive and significant effect on organizational green performance and mediates the influence of green HRM and Islamic spiritual intelligence on organizational green performance. This study presents a number of originalities that provide uniqueness compared to previous relevant studies, first, this study focuses on studying the role of individual domains specific to Islamic spiritual intelligence on employee green behavior, most studies in Indonesia involve more individual domains. specific to personality to explain the phenomenon of green behavior and performance. Second, this study focuses on implementing the basic theory of person-environment fit theory in explaining the role of Islamic spiritual intelligence and green HRM practices in improving green behavior and performance. Several researchers and academics in Indonesia still relatively rarely explore the role of established basic theories in the field of human resources management and organizations to explain the phenomenon of organizational green performance. The findings in this research can provide several positive contributions to the development of green theory in the HR field and can be implemented as a strategy for improving the performance of green organizations.

Abstract

Pemahaman tentang etika bisnis masih menjadi isu yang muncul di kalangan pengusaha di bidang pertanian. Etika bisnis memiliki relevansi yang erat dengan berbagai ilmu. Dalam dunia kewirausahaan, etika bisnis membantu petani jamur mengenali peluang pasar, mengembangkan strategi pemasaran, dan meningkatkan efisiensi produksi. Dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip manajemen bisnis, mereka dapat merencanakan dan mengelola sumber daya dengan lebih baik, termasuk pengelolaan keuangan dan sumber daya manusia. Pemahaman hukum juga sangat penting dalam melindungi hak dan kewajiban petani, baik dalam hal perjanjian kontrak dengan pembeli maupun dalam menjaga keamanan produk. Selain itu, pemahaman sastra dapat membantu petani jamur mengembangkan kemampuan komunikasi mereka, baik dalam berinteraksi dengan pelanggan maupun dalam merancang materi pemasaran yang efektif. Selanjutnya, mitra kegiatan ini yaitu bisnis pertanian Usaha Dagang Antum Jamur yang berlokasi di jalan pagutan, kec. Batukliang, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kesadaran akan moral dan memberikan batasan kepada para pelaku bisnis agar dalam melakukan bisnisnya bisa bersikap baik, sehingga tidak melakukan sesuatu hal yang bisa merugikan banyak pihak yang ada hubungannya dengan bisnis tersebut. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR). Wawasan owner tentang etika bisnis masih rendah sebelum dilaksanakannya kegiatan edukasi oleh tim pengabdian dan setelah dilaksanakannya kegiatan edukasi maka dapat terlihat peningkatan pemahaman yang pesat dari owner Antum Jamur. Hal tersebut terbukti dari pre test dan post test yang diisi oleh owner Antum Jamur.

Abstract

Art Coffie Lago bukan termasuk coffee shop yang mewah tetapi bukan pula termasuk warung kopi biasa. Jenis bahan yang digunakan untuk menu unggulan Art Coffie Lago adalah es kopi susu gula aren yang mempunyai ukuran kopi arabika sebesar 70% dan robusta 30%. Proses penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode wawancara terstruktur (tertulis). Teknik analsis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah: Pengumpulan data, Reduksi data dan verifikasi, dan Penegasan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Art Coffie Lago sudah menerapkan strategi bisnis yang secara keseluruhan berorientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan. Hal tersebut diaplikasikan secara menyeluruh baik dari segi produk, promosi, pelayanan, dan lain sebagainya. Hasil implementasi strategi tersebut mampu menciptakan kepuasan pelanggan yang terbukti dari respon pelanggan terhadap produk dan pelayanan kedai dan dari pendapatan kedai yang selalu memenuhi target.

Abstract

The younger generation is creative and ambitious, often channeling this energy into startups. Observations by the community service team at Bumigora University reveal that most students aspire to establish startups to fulfill their needs and gain entrepreneurial experience. However, they face challenges such as limited knowledge of effective business strategies and financial management. This community service activity aims to enhance students' understanding of building and managing startups using smart technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI). The seminar introduces AI as a tool for developing business strategies, optimizing operations, and automating financial management. The program employs the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) method, focusing on leveraging community assets to address their needs. Activities include lectures, interactive sessions, and practical demonstrations to integrate AI into entrepreneurship. Results show a significant improvement in students' knowledge and skills in applying AI for business purposes. The seminar effectively enhanced their understanding of strategies for building businesses, designing marketing plans, and managing finances. Post-test results from participants via Google Form confirm these outcomes. This activity empowers the younger generation to establish competitive, technology-driven businesses.

Abstract

Abstract Islamic boarding schools as educational institutions that focus on religion, have a very large share in educating the lives of the nation's children. Most boarding schools to date still have classic problems related to sanitation, hygiene. The cleanliness and health of students in boarding schools are still not prioritized, causing skin diseases that are easily transmitted to students. In supporting the lives of students in boarding schools, it is important for students to maintain the cleanliness of the pesantren environment and maintain personal hygiene, namely by implementing Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS). Providing education through the delivery of healthy management materials in the style of santri through the application of PHBS begins with the preparation, implementation and evaluation stages. This activity involved 100 santriwan and santriwati SMP-IT Pondok Pesantren Asshohwah Al-Islamiyah, Gerung, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. Delivery of material through counseling, mentoring, and guidance to students on how to maintain cleanliness and health through PHBS. The evaluation stage is carried out by assessing the students' understanding of the material that has been delivered. This service activity is not enough to provide education, but there needs to be a follow-up observation and monitoring of the implementation of school PHBS so that students really maintain cleanliness and health, thus obtaining healthy students for a strong Indonesia, from students for the country.

Abstract

Banking is a business entity that collects funds from the public in the form of deposits and distributes them to the public in the form of loans and other services to improve the lives of many people. This study aims to analyze the influence of various factors such as capital adequacy, credit risk and bank size on the net interest margin of conventional banks in Indonesia. The method used in this study was associative quantitative, and secondary data in this study was obtained from the annual financial statements of several conventional banks in Indonesia during the period 2018-2022. Data analysis was conducted using panel data regression analysis to test the effect between independent variables consisting of capital adequacy ratio (CAR), non-performing loans (NPL), and bank size (Size) on net interest margin (NIM). The data was processed using E-Views 12. The results of this study indicate that only capital adequacy has a positive and insignificant effect on NIM, while NPL and bank size have a negative and significant effect on NIM. The findings of this study imply that in order to enhance NIM, companies can optimize CAR, thereby attaining optimal profits and minimizing investment risk. The results of this study also contribute as a reference and an overview of the factors that influence NIM in conventional commercial banks before investing.

Abstract

Kondisi ekonomi global yang berkembang meningkatkan persaingan usaha. Perusahaan akan terdorong untuk mampu beradaptasi dan melakukan inovasi bisnis untuk tetap dapat bertahan ditengah persaingan usaha dan mendapatkan profit yang optimal. Perusahaan manufaktur merupakan salah satu sektor penting dalam perekonomian suatu negara. Alat analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas yang diukur dengan Return on Assets (ROA) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (Price to Book Value - PBV). Kebijakan dividen yang diukur dengan Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) juga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Struktur modal yang diukur dengan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berfungsi sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan antara profitabilitas dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Academics and researchers in Indonesia still rarely carry out comprehensive and in-depth studies regarding the influence of implementing green HRM on green performance and green behavior. The main emphasis of scientific investigations and inquiry in Indonesia is related to the direct consequences of implementing green HRM on organizational green performance. The purpose of this investigation is to empirically examine how green behaviour of employees and green HRM influence organisational green performance. This research involved 144 workers employed by SMEs in Indonesia. This research is a quantitative research category using Partial Least Squares (PLS) statistical techniques and a questionnaire-based survey approach. This research finds that the application of green HRM has a significant effect on green behavior and organizational green performance. Furthermore, this research finds that employee green behavior moderates the influence of green HRM on organizational green performance. Especially in the fields of human resources and organizational management, we hope that the results of this research can significantly advance green theory. In addition, the research results can be used as an alternative strategy to improve organizational environmental sustainability.
