Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze about: 1) Principal planning in developing multicultural Islamic religious education in the 1 Kademangan Vocational High School (SMKN). 2) The process of organizing school principals in applying multicultural Islamic religious education at 1 Kademangan Vocational High School. 3) Implementation Procedure of the principal in developing multicultural Islamic religious education at 1 Kademangan Vocational High School. 4) Control of principals in developing multicultural Islamic religious education in 1 Kademangan Vocational High School. The type of research conducted is qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. This study focuses on managerial competencies of principals in developing multicultural Islamic religious education in 1 Kademangan Vocational High School. For data collection techniques, researchers conduct interviews, documentation and direct observation. While the analysis of the data used in this study is the data analysis technique of the Spradley model or better known as Cyclic mode. The results found by researchers in the field are planning processes, goals must be made clearly because it is used as a guideline for activities that reinforce the direction and effort of activities and facilitate in obtaining the support of resources and competencies in both the organization and the environment. Organizing is organized on the basis of predetermined objectives and formal formal mechanisms in the organizational structure that reflect the needs and optimization of existing resources in a good organization. At the stage of implementing the communication skills of the school principal also determines the course of effective management. The supervision process becomes an important part that is directly related to considering changes in procedures, policies, and even organizational goals.

Abstract

Tanah lempung ekspansif adalah tanah lempung yang memiliki nilai kembang susut tinggi. Bila suatu konstruksi dibangun diatas tanah ekspansif maka akan terjadi kerusakan-kerusakan antara lain retakan pada perkerasan jalan dan jembatan, terangkatnya struktur plat, kerusakan jaringan pipa, longsoran, dan sebagainya. Salah satu  upaya untuk memperbaiki tanah lempung ekspansif tersebut adalah dengan cara melakukan stabilisasi  tanah. . Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan suatu ekspirimen untuk menurunkan nilai potensial swelling tanah lempung didaerah Driyorejo Gresik, dengan cara menambahkan limbah limbah karbit sebagai bahan stabilisasi.  Pada penelitian ini variasi penambahan limbah karbit yang digunakan adalah 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% dan 20% dari berat tanah. Sedangkan untuk test yang akan digunakan adalah test konsistensi tanah, test berat jenis tanah, test pemadatan dan test pengembangan (swelling). Dari penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin banyak penambahan limbah karbit pada tanah lempung ekspansif maka semakin turun nilai potensial swelling. Dengan penambahan limbah karbit 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% dan 20% nilai potensial swellingnya adalah 29,10%, 21,73%, 13,15%, 7,80%, dan 4,75%, sehingga dapat dikategorikan swelling sedang. Kata Kunci:  Tanah lempung ekspansif, limbah karbit, potensial swelling. Expansive clay is clay which have a high shrink swell. When a construction was built on expansive clay, there will be the damage include cracks in the pavement of roads and bridges, plate structure will be lifted, pipelines will be damaged, avalanches, etc. One effort to resolve the expansive clay is doing a soil stabilization. This research will be carried out an experiment to reduce the swelling potential of clays from Driyorejo Gresik, by adding waste carbide waste as a stabilizing agent. In this research, variations addition of carbide waste used was 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% of the weight of the soil. As for the test to be used is the consistency of the soil test, weight of soil test, compaction test and swelling test. From the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that the more the addition of carbide waste on expansive clay, the lower the value of swelling potential. With the addition of carbide waste 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% the value of swelling potential is 29.10%, 21.73%, 13.15%, 7.80% and 4.75%, then can be categorized to medium swelling. Abstract

In the context of religious education, multicultural paradigm is the main foundation organizing of teaching and learning process. Religious education requires more than just curriculum transformation, it also changes in the religious perspective of an exclusive view into multicultural outlook, or at least to maintain the views and attitudes of an inclusive and pluralism. Realized or not, these groups are culturally and ethnically distinct advance religion, often the victims of racism and impact of the larger society. Therefore, Islamic religious education as a discipline which include the national education have a duty to inculcate awareness of the differences, considering Islam is the majority religion in Indonesia, the postscript is a multi religious country. Growing awareness of religious diversity, required in the new format in the Islamic religious education with teaching multicultural vision. Islamic religious education learning brings a multicultural vision of dialogic approaches to inculcate awareness of living together in diversity and difference. This learning is built on the spirit of equality relationships, mutual trust, mutual understanding and appreciating the similarities, differences and uniqueness, as well as interdepedensi. This is an innovation and an integral and comprehensive reform in charge of religious education that is free of prejudice, racism, ambiguous and stereotyping. Religious education provides recognition of multicultural vision of plurality, learning tool for cross-border encounters, and the indoctrination transform to dialogue.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fungsi leadership dalam pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan Islam. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis dan merupakan penelitan kepustakaan (library research). Leadership (kepemimpinan) merupakan salah satu faktor yang menentukan pencapaian visi, misi, dan tujuan dari suatu lembaga atau organisasi. Dalam konteks lembaga pendidikan Islam, salah satu faktor kunci keberhasilan pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan Islam adalah kepemimpinan kepala sekolah/madrasah, pengasuh pesantren, dekan, rector, dan seluruh elemen pendidikan Islam juga sangat berpengaruh dalam keberhasilan Pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan komunikasi dan minat belajar siswa dalam mengikuti proses belajar dikelas khususmya pada mata pelajaran teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di MTs Mujahidin Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan bentuk penelitian survey (Survei Studies). Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII, VIII, dan IX Mts Mujahidin Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik komunikasi langsung, komunikasi tidak langsung dan dokumentasi, alat pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman observasi, angket dan dokumentasi, serta teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 126 dengan teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu Proportionate stratified random sampling dengan hasil sampel berjumlah 96 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kemampuan komunikasi siswa cenderung pada kategori cukup dan minat belajar siswa cenderung pada kategori cukup.

Abstract

The influence of social media in the marketing field in the current era of digital technology makes social media a tool used to attract buying interest from consumers. The government implemented various policies in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic to minimize the spread of the virus, this triggered changes in the use of the internet in the community. Tiktok is a well-known media, there are many types of video content created by Tiktok users, one of which is marketing content aimed at increasing buying interest on Tiktok through the Tiktok Shop feature. In the Tiktok Shop menu there is also a review menu as a reference for buyers to obtain product information. This attraction has resulted in business players starting to look at Tiktok Shop as a platform for marketing tools. In this study, the author uses a quantitative descriptive method based on multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that all hypotheses, digital marketing content, and electronic word of mouth have a significant and positive effect on buying interest at Tiktok Shop among students study program at the University of Buana Perjuangan Karawang. However, if without digital marketing content and electronic word of mouth, or the two independent variables are not implemented, there will be a decrease in buying interest and consumers will move to other markets. On the other hand, if digital marketing content and electronic word of mouth are implemented, all independent variables can increase buying interest at Tiktok Shop.Keywords: Digital Marketing..

Abstract

Tentang peranan ulumul Qur'an dalam pembentukan hukum Islam.Ulumul Qur'an, atau ilmu-ilmu yang berkaitan dengan Al-Qur'an, memainkan peranan yang sangat penting dalam pembentukan hukum Islam. Ulumul Qur'an mencakup berbagai disiplin ilmu yang bertujuan untuk memahami, menafsirkan, dan mengaplikasikan isi Al-Qur'an. Beberapa cabang utama Ulumul Qur'an meliputi tafsir, asbabun nuzul (sebab-sebab turunnya ayat), nasikh dan mansukh (ayat yang menghapus dan yang dihapus), serta qira'at (varian bacaan).Dalam pembentukan hukum Islam, Ulumul Qur'an berfungsi sebagai sumber utama untuk mendapatkan petunjuk dan hukum yang ditetapkan Allah. Tafsir Al-Qur'an membantu dalam memahami konteks dan makna ayat-ayat yang bersifat normatif dan legislatif. Asbabun nuzul memberikan konteks sejarah dan situasional yang membantu para ulama dalam menafsirkan ayat-ayat hukum. Nasikh dan mansukh membantu mengidentifikasi ayat-ayat mana yang masih berlaku dan mana yang telah digantikan. Qira'at memperkaya pemahaman melalui varian bacaan yang dapat mempengaruhi interpretasi hukum.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) model on the collaboration skills of the XII-C2 grade students at SMA Negeri 11 Semarang on the topic of reduction and oxidation reactions. The research method used is a mixed method with a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design. The steps of this Classroom Action Research include plan, act, observe, and reflect. The implementation period of the Classroom Action Research is from October 18, 2024, to November 19, 2024. The subjects of this research are 36 students from class XII-C2 at SMA Negeri 11 Semarang. The technique for collecting data is the observation technique. The quantitative data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics and the Paired T-Test. This data analysis is conducted to test the effect of the TGT model on students' collaboration skills. The research indicating a significant improvement in the collaboration skills of class XII-C2 students using the TGT learning model implemented in cycle 2. Based on anecdotal records, students with high collaboration skills tended to be active in participating in learning during cycles 1 and 2. On the other hand, students with low collaboration skills need more support and guidance from the teacher.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kecakapan representasi matematis dan terbatasnya modul ajar yang sesuai dengan konteks dan pengalaman peserta didik sehingga peserta didik kesulitan dalam belajar matematika. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan modul ajar dan soal kecakapan representasi matematis pada topik persamaan dan pertidaksamaan linear satu variabel yang valid. Penelitian ini adalah suatu proses kegiatan untuk menghasilkan modul ajar yang dikembangkan pada topik persamaan dan pertidaksamaan linear satu variabel dengan model pengembangan 4-D yang dimodifikasi tanpa menyertakan tahap ujicoba, evaluasi dan revisi sampai selesai dilakukan. Penulisan ini hanya difokuskan pada proses uji validasi. Produk yang divalidasi yaitu modul ajar dan soal tes kecakapan representasi matematis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi angket dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian dari penilaian validator modul ajar dan soal tes kecakapan representasi matematis yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria sangat valid dengan persentase rata-rata sebesar 96.50% dan 98.33% . Hasil akhri dari penelitian ini adalah diperoleh bahwa modul ajar dan soal kecakapan representasi matematis yang dikembangkan sudah memenuhi kriteria valid. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan dalam melakukan pengembangan modul ajar pada topik lainnya dan soal yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan sebagai referensi dan di ujicoba pada penelitian lainnya.Kata Kunci: Modul Ajar, Model 4-D, Topik PLSV dan PtLSV
