Abstract

This study aims to analyze and understand building effective communication with the community to create a reciprocal relationship between the community and the institution MA Nurul Wahid Besuk, Probolinggo. This research uses a qualitative approach type of case study. The results showed that MA Nurul Wahid builds effective communication with the community through five components, namely: Commite As Liaison, which is an institution in collaboration with the madrasah committee to become a liaison to the community; Mapping Calss Group, which is a medium for interaction between teacher council guardians and parents; Social Service, namely to build the image of the institution, trust and good relations with the community; Home Visite, namely social activities carried out by institutions to improve effective communication with the community. By making a direct visit to the parent's home; Social Media, is media used by institutions to facilitate dissemination of information to the public. This research has implications for the importance of institutions building effective communication with the community to create reciprocal relationships, thus impacting public trust and public loyalty.

Abstract

This research discusses the urgency of increasing the capacity of Human Resources (HR) of village officials in mediating agrarian conflicts over community land boundaries in Grujugan Village, Cermee Subdistrict, Bondowoso Regency in the aspect of non-litigation civil law related to agrarian conflicts. This research focuses on increasing the civil legal competence of village officials in their role as mediators and administrators of agrarian civil law conflicts experienced by village communities. The purpose of this research is to reveal the methods and strategies for increasing the capacity and civil legal competence of village officials in mediating agrarian conflicts. This research uses theoretical analysis of human resource capacity building in the village, village governance, agrarian civil law, and the search for relevant legal decisions. In addition, this research considers the impact of agrarian conflicts on the socio-economic conditions of the community, as well as the role of village heads and village officials in mediation and conflict resolution. Qualitative methods were used with data collection through observation, interviews, and literature study. The results showed that, first, the knowledge of the Grujukan village apparatus related to civil affairs is still low, especially in mediating agrarian conflicts experienced by its citizens. Secondly, there is no initiative from the village government in improving the competence and capacity of the village apparatus so that it has an impact on the role and function of the village apparatus as a mediator and conflict administrator in resolving conflicts.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui tinjauan hukum Islam terhadap game mobile legends pada peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat. Metode dan tipe pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan dengan mengumpulkan buku, artikel dan hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang mendukung tema penelitian, termasuk literatur tentang tinjauan Islam mengenai game mobile legends terhadap peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, permainan online mobile lageneds yang dimainkan oleh kebanyakan remaja dapat memberikan dampak positif yakni dapat menjadi ladang bisnis, penghasilan ini di dapatkan dari keahlian dia jika sudah pro player, dengan begitu maka akan dia dapatkan endorse, sponsor dan ketika pemain sedang melakukan live streaming vidio game.  Kata Kunci: Tinjauan Islam, Game Mobile Legends, Ekonomi Masyarakat.
