Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: This research explores the impact of financial literacy, including knowledge, confidence, and ability, on interest in Sharia investment. Background Problems: the relationship between financial literacy and interest in sharia investment. Novelty: Considering that each province has different community characteristics, especially in the Southwest Papua Province area which is included in the 3T areas (underdeveloped, frontier, and outermost), an analysis was carried out and using SEM-PLS for analysis of Ddta. Research Methods: Using the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method with the response variable sharia investment interest and the financial literacy variable with the dimensions of knowledge, confidence and ability. Finding/Results: The results show that financial literacy has a positive and statistically significant effect on interest in Sharia investment. Although its explanatory power is limited (R² = 0.094), the findings indicate that financial literacy functions as an enabling factor rather than a sole determinant of Sharia investment interest. These results suggest that improving financial literacy alone is insufficient to substantially increase interest in Sharia investment. Therefore, policies aimed at promoting Sharia investment should integrate financial education with institutional trust-building, product accessibility, and socio-religious engagement, particularly in underdeveloped and frontier regions such as Southwest Papua.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of a differentiated approach in learning Arabic online interaction skills through ChatGPT at MAN 1 Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatra. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with thirty-three students and one Arabic teacher as research subjects. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. The Miles & Huberman method of data analysis, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that implementing a differentiated approach in learning Arabic online interaction skills through ChatGPT consists of three stages, namely the planning, implementation and authentic assessment stages. (1) Learning planning is designed by preparing a flexible Teaching Module equipped with a mapping of student abilities and needs through diagnostic assessments. (2) Learning implementation begins with grouping students according to the mapping results to facilitate students in the learning process and discussions among their choices. (3) The authenticity of the assessment can be adjusted to the abilities and interests of students, while the diversity of assessments can be adjusted to the style and passion of students in assignments, projects or formative assessments. Meanwhile, Arabic language teachers employ a differentiated approach to content, process, and product differentiation for each student. Challenges faced by teachers in implementing the independent curriculum include curriculum adaptation, resource and time availability, and diverse student learning styles. The findings of this study indicate that the approach used by teachers in online interactive Arabic learning is effective and can facilitate student learning.

Abstract

Low statistical literacy at the village and academic levels remains a major barrier to data-driven development planning in Indonesia. This community service program, Ga-Wat Desa (Village-Visiting Statistical Agents), aims to strengthen village-level statistical literacy and standardize toddler nutritional data governance through a zero-budget collaboration between UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi’s Statistic Corner and BPS Jambi Province’s Desa Cantik program. Using a qualitative descriptive method, field observation, integrated training, and participatory data collection, three student statistical agents conducted field activities in Buluran, Kenali Urban Village, Jambi. Results show that the program, delivered by three student agents across 6 posyandu, standardized WHO anthropometric measurement practices for a target population of 88 toddlers, while providing valuable practicum experience for the student agents. The program operated entirely without a dedicated budget, relying solely on institutional commitment and resource sharing, demonstrating collaborative governance as a replicable model for public service transformation in Indonesian villages.
