Abstract

Diseases of the teeth and oral cavity are one of the health problems that many people experience. This is very inversely proportional to the needs of everyone who wants to have a healthy mouth and teeth. Lack of awareness to maintain oral and dental health is still low. Many people think that brushing your teeth is enough, even though this activity is not enough to maintain healthy teeth and oral cavity. When diagnosing doctors often do X-rays. Therefore, doctors need a system to diagnose diseases of the teeth and oral cavity, where the system used uses a Dempster Shafer method where the accuracy of this method has been proven to be 93%.

Abstract

In today's digital age, based on a lot of business competition to attract consumers who still use promotions through brochures or websites, then with the advent of Augmented Reality (AR) technology, business entrepreneurs especially in the field of IT Hardware can adopt AR technology in the marketing of its products. The technology can display 3-dimensional objects in real time, so consumers can see hardware IT models more interactively and interestingly. In supporting AR development, the study used the MSER (Maximally Stable Extremal Regions) algorithm identified as one of the best image capturers due to its resistance to changes in angle of view, scale or pixel, and lighting, as well as sensitivity to blurred imagery by testing based on pixel density by intensity, in terms of accuracy of light reusability rate, as well as the speed at which 3D objects appear based on distance when reading markers. Thus the researchers get the appropriate test results that the tighter the pixels then the more perfect the AR object will appear, and also with sufficient light intensity and suitable distance, the easier it will be to appear perfect. The results of this study resulted in an application that runs on the android platform as one of the supporting in the marketing promotion of IT Hardware products in a more interactive way, because the use of AR with MSER algorithm is very helpful for the company to more clearly provide in detail and detail regarding the 3D object specifications of a product that wants to be sold without carrying the product, and can also help consumers to see products marketed by other sellers or companies so that consumers will be interested in buying IT Hardware products from PT. Abstract

Technological advances in the globalization era, widely utilized in various fields, one of which is in the field of business. For example, in promotional media, the presence of augmented reality technology which is a technology that brings 3D virtual objects created using computers, into the real world of 3D. The way augmented reality works itself is by tracking markers through a camera that acts as an eye that can recognize objects and then project in real time. Therefore, the technology will be applied to this research, which discusses the application of augmented reality in smartphone brochures with FAST Corner Detection (FCD) algorithm. The purpose of using augmented reality technology in this brochure, to make the reader can see 3D objects in the brochure using the smartphone augmented reality application that can be installed on the reader's smartphone. And the function of using FCD algorithm itself is to recognize markers by tracking the central points (angles) in the marker image. The test result of this study is that the application can be used well to scan markers at a sufficient intensity of light to a lot of light and with a distance of ≤50 cm - <80 cm from the AR camera to the marker.

Abstract

This study aims to design an information system that can assist Telkom's ODP (Optical Distribution Point) data processing. ODP is a fiber optic support device to help distribute core optics to several Indihome customers. With this information system, it can make it easier for the Indihome admin and sales force to know the ODP distribution points that are still usable or full. The information system for the distribution of ODP Telkom Pemalang based on WebGIS (Website Geographic Information System) was created using a leaflet library, codeigniter 3 framework and mysql database. Leaflet libraries are used to build web-based interactive maps that support desktop and mobile platforms. The results of this study are the use of L.map to generate maps and view settings for locations on the map. Besides that, it also uses L.marker as a marker of the point and ODP information at the location using latitude and longitude. The results of the L.map test were carried out at several longitude and latitude points at several location points in Pemalang district and generated views that match the location. Usability test results from this system produced effectiveness of 4,30 and efficiency of 4,16 on a scale 1-5.

Abstract

Presence is an important element in carrying out teaching and learning activities in lectures, student attendance is evidence that the student has attended the seminar. Attendance is also an element of student assessment that has been determined by the university. Cheating in attendance that occurred during seminar activities caused injustice among students, so that many students objected to being absent and were then given the same seminar certificate by the lecturer. Certificates are evidence obtained from students attending seminars, as technology develops, E-certificates appear. The method applied in the development of the Electronic Presence and Certification System Using the web-based AES Algorithm using QR code scan technology is a prototype method. Taking this method is to produce applications that suit user needs. With QR Code technology, it will facilitate the process of attendance and checking of e-certificates automatically and computerized and will minimize student cheating in the process of attendance and ownership of e-certificates, because the QR Code will change every meeting. The resulting system has a QR Code scanning feature from existing applications and will be recorded in the database on the server.

Abstract

The high level of busyness in urban areas makes efficiency in using time important. The need to wash a car is often constrained by a little free time. Based on this, the application system design for finding the nearest car wash application quickly and easily was built, so that it can help users save time. The method that will be used in the process of making this application system is using a user centered design. This Speed Wash application system can be used for all circles, especially drivers to get information on car washes based on location, price, rating, and the type of service available on the car wash.

Abstract

Pengolahan online ini dibutuhkan sebuah sistem secara e-comerce. E-comerce dapat melayanan internet yang dimanfaatkan untuk jual-beli (Nugroho, 2016). Dengan didukung adanya internet e-commerce dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mempromosikan masakan. Dengan adanya e-commerce nanti masakan-masakan pada Rumah Makan Terang Masakan Padang bisa lebih mudah dikenal dan bisa mudah dipromosikan kepada kalangan masyarakat luas, bisa sampai luar daerah Sumbar, luar pulau Sumbar, bahkan bisa sampai Luar Negeri untuk menaikan kembali hasil penjualan yang lebih banyak dari sebelumnya. Pemilik “Rumah Makan Terang Masakan Padang” yang sudah berkecimpung didunia usaha kuliner ini selama bertahun-tahun belum pernah mencoba melakukan media promosi melalui web. Kemajuan teknologi membuat usaha ini harus dapat mengikuti perkembangan di jaman sekarang oleh karena itu perlu dibuatkan situs untuk Rumah Makan Terang Masakan Padang agar mampu bersaing dengan usaha kuliner lainnya yang mungkin telah lebih dikenal di masyarakat, selain itu juga untuk menunjukkan bahwa masakan dari “Rumah Makan Terang Masakan Padang” ini rasanya juga nikmat sehingga menarik perhatian dari masyarakat sekitar dan berguna mengembangkan lagi usaha kuliner ini dan dapat melayani pembeli dari luar daerah bahkan luar negeri.

Abstract

Accurate and consistent fetal biometric measurement is essential for assessing fetal growth and gestational age in prenatal care. However, ultrasound (US) imaging presents several challenges, including speckle noise, shadowing artifacts, and low tissue contrast, which often degrade segmentation accuracy. Classical watershed algorithms, though effective for edge detection, tend to produce over-segmentation in such complex textures. The dataset used in this study consisted of 272 ultrasound images of patients from M. Djamil Hospital, Padang, West Sumatra. The dataset covers various phases of fetal development, from the first trimester to the third trimester. All images correspond exclusively to fetal ultrasound examinations and were used solely for automated fetal biometric analysis. To overcome these issues, this study introduced an Adaptive Marker-Controlled Watershed (AMCW) algorithm combined with Voxel Quantification (VQ) to achieve more reliable and automated fetal measurements. The proposed AMCW method integrates adaptive marker generation based on morphological gradient and local intensity statistics, enabling dynamic control of internal and external markers across varying fetal regions. After segmentation, spatially calibrated pixel-based quantification was employed to estimate the dimensional properties of segmented fetal structures. The method was applied exclusively to 2D B-mode ultrasound datasets across multiple gestational ages, targeting four key fetal parameters: Biparietal Diameter (BPD), Head Circumference (HC), Abdominal Circumference (AC), and Femur Length (FL). Although the present study is limited to 2D ultrasound images, the proposed framework may be extendable to 3D ultrasound data in future research. The combination of adaptive marker-controlled watershed segmentation and voxel-based quantification presents a robust, interpretable, and computationally efficient framework for automated fetal measurement. The CNN achieved a classification accuracy of 98.75% on the independent testing dataset, indicating that the extracted biometric features contain strong discriminative information for automated fetal condition assessment. This hybrid approach minimizes operator dependency and measurement variability aligning with clinical measurement trends.

Abstract

Vegetable deterioration in retail environments is often accelerated by improper storage conditions, leading to quality degradation, economic losses, and reduced consumer trust. Early detection of deterioration is therefore essential to enable timely preventive actions before visible spoilage becomes severe. This study proposes an integrated image-based framework for early detection of spinach leaf deterioration by combining K-Means++ for robust color segmentation, Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) for texture feature extraction, and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) for classification. K-Means++ improves segmentation stability through optimized centroid initialization, GLCM captures subtle texture variations associated with early spoilage, and CNN enables accurate classification by learning complex visual patterns from segmented images. The dataset consists of 642 spinach leaf images captured under controlled lighting for initial calibration and under varying lighting conditions to simulate real-world retail environments. Experimental results show that the standard K-Means algorithm achieved an average classification accuracy of 77%, while the proposed K-Means++ segmentation improved accuracy to 81.86%. Furthermore, CNN-based validation achieved the highest classification accuracy of 94.82%, demonstrating strong generalization capability. The novelty of this work lies in the optimized integration of K-Means++ segmentation under lighting variability, selective GLCM feature utilization validated through ablation analysis, and end-to-end CNN-based validation with real-time deployment feasibility. The proposed framework offers a practical, scalable, and non-destructive solution for automated freshness monitoring in retail environments and can be extended to other leafy vegetables.
