Abstract

Presence is an important element in carrying out teaching and learning activities in lectures, student attendance is evidence that the student has attended the seminar. Attendance is also an element of student assessment that has been determined by the university. Cheating in attendance that occurred during seminar activities caused injustice among students, so that many students objected to being absent and were then given the same seminar certificate by the lecturer. Certificates are evidence obtained from students attending seminars, as technology develops, E-certificates appear. The method applied in the development of the Electronic Presence and Certification System Using the web-based AES Algorithm using QR code scan technology is a prototype method. Taking this method is to produce applications that suit user needs. With QR Code technology, it will facilitate the process of attendance and checking of e-certificates automatically and computerized and will minimize student cheating in the process of attendance and ownership of e-certificates, because the QR Code will change every meeting. The resulting system has a QR Code scanning feature from existing applications and will be recorded in the database on the server.

Abstract

Abstract This article discusses about the types of idiomatic expression and the translation accuracy of English idiomatic expression into Indonesian in “Big Hero 6” film subtitle translated by Lebah Ganteng by using qualitative descriptive method. The writer analyses the data by classifying the type of idiomatic expressions based on McCarthy and O’Dell’s theory about the types of idiom, giving explication toward the translation strategy of idiomatic expression that is done by the translator based on Mona Baker’s theory about translation strategy of idiom, and analyzing the translation accuracy of English idiomatic expression translation into Indonesian considering the appropriate of the context of film and related theory about accuracy-rating assessment by Nababan. As the result, the types of idiomatic expression applied in that film are compound, verb +object, prepositional phrase, and whole clause and sentence. The translator seems prefer to use omission of entire idiom, paraphrasing, and using idiom of similar meaning and form strategy in translating idiom expression. ---Abstrak Tulisan ini membahas tentang jenis-jenis ungkapan idiom dan keakurasian terjemahan subtitle idiom dari bahasa Inggris ke dalam bahasa Indonesia dalam film “Big Hero 6” yang diterjemahkan oleh tim Lebah Ganteng dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Penulis mengklasifikasi jenis ungkapan idiom berdasrkan teori   McCarthy dan O’Dell, mengenai jenis-jenis idiom, dengan memberikan eksplikasi terhadap strategi penerjemahan yang dilakukan berdasarkan teorinya Mona Baker, Strategi Penerjemahan Idiom. Di samping itu penulis juga menganalisis keakurasian penerjemahan ungkapan idiom dari bahasa Inggris ke dalam bahasa Indonesia dengan menggunakan konsep Penilaian Penerjemahan yang diajukan oleh Nababan. Hasil dari pembahasan tentang penerjemahan idiom yang ada dalam film tersebut, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa penerjemah tampaknya lebih sering menggunakan penghilangan idiom, memparafrasa, dan menggunakan kesamaan idiom antara bahasa sumber dan bahasa sasaran. Abstract

Reservation system is a system to find out information on certain services. Service gadget reservation system aims to make easier for consumers to register reservations because it is done online, so consumers don't have to wait to follow long queues when making manual reservations. Therefore, this application was created and needed as a solution to problems such as long queues when making reservations on a web-based computing basis. The application of the method used in making this gadget service application system, namely the First In First Out Queue method which applies Single Channel-Single Phase. In this application, consumers make a service queue reservation on the service order reservation page, after data is send will then be processed by the system for verification. After system will view a reservation proof page to printed by consumers as proof of having made a reservation. The tests carried out made comparisons on web browsers such as Microsoft Edge it took 53 second to make a reservation by running the service gadget reservation application, while testing on Mozilla Firefox 54 second and Google Chrome 58 second. In addition, in usage RAM Microsoft Edge uses 168.4KB, while testing on Mozilla Firefox 212.6KB and Google Chrome 274.0KB.

Abstract

Cooperation is an effort made by several individuals and also groups to achieve an agreedgoal. The collaboration was given as a partnership between the National University and otherdomestic and foreign institutions and companies. With the collaboration program at NationalUniversity, student can carry out activities such as training, research, student exchangesduring partner relations. The process of this collaboration activity can be carried out inmanaging collaborative activities between other agencies, namely requiring a website to builda cooperation program that can express agreement from both parties. In this research, acooperation partner submission system was proposed for submitting a website using thewaterfall method. The application of the partner waterfall cooperation website which isimplemented on the website display page created with the help of web development software isusing Sublime text 3 and data management using Xampp. On the website page there areseveral criteria in the process of submitting cooperation at the National University whichforms the basic of agreement with the National University, namely in the form of an MoA(Memorandum of Agreement) memorandum of agreement and MoU (Memorandum ofUnderstanding) memorandum of agreement. The results of submissions from other agenciesgiven to the National University in the form of the cooperation proposal of each criterion. Theprocess of cooperation agreement with the waterfall method produces agencies and othercompanies that are entitled to the cooperation agreement.)

Abstract

Among the many types of birds in Indonesia, lovebirds are pets that attract the most attention and become a favorite among the public. This is evidenced by the many communities of lovebird lovers throughout Indonesia. The problem that exists for ordinary people who do not understand the animal world and have little knowledge about the quality of the lovebirds, it is not uncommon for the problem to be in doing business for sellers it is difficult to make decisions in overcoming the problem of selecting the best birds. Based on this problem, the author compares the combination of the analytical hierarchy process and weighted product methods with the analytical hierarchy process and TOPSIS from this comparison, the highest score is 392.63 on the analytical hierarchy process and weighted product for the best quality web-based lovebird selection recommendation application design application. From the results of application testing and manual calculations with 64 sample data, it was concluded that 4 users or about 6% were included in the low accuracy category in the best lovebird recommendation results, 12 users or 19% of the total tests were stated at a moderate level of accuracy in the lovebird recommendation results. The best and 48 users or 75% of the total tests were stated at the high accuracy category level in the best lovebird recommendation results with the highest accuracy value of 80.2% on the Albino lovebird type.

Abstract

Sistem keamanan terhadap akses data harus ditingkatkan seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi dan organisasi maka organisasi tersebut harus semakin waspada terhadap orang-orang yang tidak bertanggung jawab dan tidak memiliki hak akses tentang data rahasia perusahaan yang ada pada server. Server merupakan suatu wadah utama untuk data – data penting suatu organisasi. Server Virtual dengan OS Linux sangat disarankan bagi pemula, karena mudah untuk dipelajari karena server bersifat krusial, maka server perlu diberikan suatu keamanan untuk melindungi data - data atau memblokir jalan dari intruder (penyusup) menuju server dengan cara member lebih dari satu metode keamanan yang berbeda untuk mengelabuhi intruder. Keamanan jaringan port knocking merupakan metode untuk menutup dan membuka port tertentu yang diamankan oleh administrator dengan menggunakan beberapa key atau kode untuk dapat membuka dan menutup port. Metode yang kedua suatu keamanan jaringan dapat dengan menggunakan honeypot. Dimana honeypot merupakan server tipuan untuk intruder agar dia seolah – olah berhasil masuk ke dalam server sungguhan. Dalam pengetesan kedua metode keamanan jaringan tersebut menggunakan putty dan mobaxtrem Mengkombinasikan kedua metode firewall yaitu port knocking dan honeypot. Abstract

Setiap pengguna untuk penyimpanan data memperlukan penyimpanan dengan kapasitas besar namun dengan biaya yang terjangkau, karena hal ini peran hybrid cloud storage merupakan layanan yang untuk meningkatkan kapasitas cloud storage yang lebih besar serta memiliki sistem pengolahan data lebih terstruktur. Pada penelitian ini digunakan platform owncloud sebagai tipe private cloud dan nextcloud sebagai tipe public cloud untuk membangun hybrid cloud storage memanfaatkan layanan infrastructure as a service menambahkan kapasitas storage dan tidak memperlukan biaya lebih. Dengan diterapkan manfaat layanan infrastructure as a service di dapatkan hasil memory dan cpu terpakai 39%, saat upload 3 data file berukuran 300MB, 500MB, dan 1024MB dengan 3client secara hampir bersamaan.Kata kunci — Cloud Storage, Hybrid Cloud Storage, Infrastructure As A Service.

Abstract

AbstrackIncreasing the number of network technology users is functioned so that network performance increases, it is necessary to have a network renovation process. The results of previous studies, the use of Load Balancing on Etherchannel technology using the VTP (VLAN Trunking Protocol) method can maximize network performance. In this network topology, VLAN and Etherchannel technology has been configured so that the operation runs efficiently. Etherchannel protocol used in analyzing VTP network performance, namely PAgP and LACP. QoS analysis results for 1 hour, when all connected conditions have an average value of 1.8 Mb / s throughput and 8.1% packet loss. The second test of CORE_SW2 condition was turned off, got an average throughput of 1.8Mb / s and 8.2% packet loss. When testing all three Po1 line conditions is disconnected, the connection is multiplied to 2 lines. Po5 gets an average throughput of 15MB / s and packet loss of 23.15%, Po2 gets throughput of 1.8 Mb / s and packet loss of 8.7%. Then the influence of Etherchannel technology when the first and second conditions are classified as good, while the third condition throughput is classified as very good, but the packet loss generated is of medium condition.Keyword : Load Balancing; Etherchannel; VLAN Trunking Protocol; GNS3.AbstrakPertambahan jumlah pengguna teknologi jaringan lebih di fungsikan agar performansi jaringan meningkat, maka perlu adanya proses renovasi ulang jaringan. Hasil dari penelitian terdahulu, penggunaan Load Balancing pada teknologi Etherchannel menggunakan metode VTP (VLAN Trunking Protocol) dapat memaksimalkan kinerja jaringan. Dalam topologi jaringan ini sudah terkonfigurasi VLAN dan teknologi Etherchannel agar operasi berjalan dengan efisien. Protokol Etherchannel yang digunakan dalam menganalisis kinerja jaringan VTP, yaitu PAgP dan LACP. Hasil analisis QoS selama 1 jam, saat kondisi semua terhubung memiliki nilai rata-rata throughput 1,8 Mb/s dan packet loss 8,1%. Pengujian kedua kondisi CORE_SW2 dimatikan, mendapat rata-rata throughput 1,8Mb/s dan  packet loss 8,2%. Saat pengujian ketiga kondisi jalur Po1 diputus, koneksi dialikan ke 2 jalur. Po5 mendapatkan rata-rata throughput 15Mb/s dan packet loss 23,15%, Po2 mendapatkan throughput 1,8 Mb/s dan packet loss 8,7%. Maka pengaruh teknologi Etherchannel saat kondisi pertama dan kedua tergolong baik, sedangkan saat kondisi ketiga throughput tergolong luar biasa, tetapi packet loss yang dihasilkan berkondisi sedang.Kata kunci : Load Balancing; Etherchannel; VLAN Trunking Protocol; GNS3.

Abstract

Sebuah sistem dan metode meningkatkan keamanan endpoint dari jaringan komputer. Sistem dan metode menghasilkan keamanan endpoint pada jaringan yang dikarantina dan tidak dikarantina. Berdasarkan penilaian keamanan yang dihasilkan, endpoint yang aman terhubung ke jaringan yang tidak dikarantina dan endpoint yang tidak aman atau rentan terhubung ke jaringan yang dikarantina. Endpoint Security membantu memperbaiki kerentanan endpoint pada jaringan yang dikarantina. Agen keamanan Endpoint, pemindai keamanan, dan mesin remediasi yang menjalankan fungsi di atas berada pada masing-masing jaringan yang dikarantina dan tidak dikarantina pada endpoint yang berbeda. Dengan arsitektur seperti itu, sistem keamanan endpoint secara menguntungkan dapat menjadi sistem operasi agnostik dan dapat memberikan keamanan endpoint yang lengkap dan kuat dengan HIPS/HIDS, untuk setiap endpoint.Kata Kunci : Endpoint Security, HIPS, HIDS

Abstract

Microstrip slot antenna fed by matching network of microstrip line to increase very wide-bandwidth and multiband is proposed. The microstrip line composed of multi tuning stubs is used to control slots antenna real impedance to match with impwdance cahracteristic of feeding line so that it could increase the bandwidth. The design are achieves good input impedance in the ranges frequency of 1.3 - 5.1 GHz for single slot and 1.1 - 6.4 GHz for two slots. The bandwidths of antennas become very wide if the slots made in array configuration. The measured return loss S11 agrees well with the simulation results for single slot as axample.
