Abstract

This study conducts a literature analysis on the technical approach in table tennis training with the aim of providing comprehensive insights for coaches, sports experts, and policymakers. Through searching and selecting relevant articles, we identified traditional approaches, modern approaches integrating biomechanical analysis, and relevant psychological approaches in the literature. The results of this literature review provide a deep understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of each approach as well as their practical implications in table tennis training. The integration of these approaches offers a holistic approach that can enhance the quality of table tennis training, especially in the context of Indonesian sports.

Abstract

Pengelolaan informasi di institusi pelayanan kesehatan, seperti Puskesmas Melur, menjadi fokus penting untuk mendukung pelayanan yang efektif dan efisien. Tantangan utama adalah mengatur sistem manajemen berkas yang memfasilitasi pengumpulan, penyimpanan, dan pertukaran informasi antar unit. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan client-server dengan menggunakan Java sebagai bahasa pemrograman. Melalui metode pengembangan waterfall, hasil penelitian mencakup analisis kebutuhan, desain arsitektur sistem, dan implementasi aplikasi manajemen file. Dalam pengujian, aplikasi memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dan beroperasi secara baik dalam lingkungan jaringan Puskesmas. Aplikasi ini dapat meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen file dengan mempermudah pengiriman dan pengelolaan file, termasuk dokumen medis dan administratif. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas layanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Melur.

Abstract

ABSTRAKIndonesia akhir-akhir ini mendapatkan sebuah permasalahan yaitu menurunya nilai-nilai karakter pada masyarakat. Salah satu upaya untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan cara memanfaatkan kebudayaan, kebudaan lokal dapat dijadikan sebagai media penerapan pola pendidikan karater. Larung Sembonyo adalah sebuah kebudayaan lokal yang harus dijaga dan dilestarikan. Larung Sembonyo merupakan budaya lokal yang mempunyai nilai pendidikan karakter di dalamnya. Pendidikan karakter yang ada didalam budaya larung semboyo mengajarkan tentang ciri khas Bangsa Indonesia itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai pendidikan karakter apa yang ada pada budaya Larung Sembonyo. Pembahasan penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan data dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil dari pembahasan ini bahwa pada kegiatan budaya Larung Sembonyo memiliki manfaat untuk menciptakan sebuah karakter yang selarang dengan Bangsa Indonesia, dalam hal ini budaya Larung Sembonyo memiliki beberapa nilai pendididkan karakter yang diantaranya adalah karakter religius, toleransi, peduli sosial dan kreatif. Nilai pendidikan karakter yang ada didalam budaya Larung Sembonyo dapat dilihat dari awal hingga akhir budaya tersebut dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan referensi untuk mendidik sebuah karakter bangsa yang berkualitas berbasis budaya kearifan lokal.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Karakter, Larung Sembonyo, Kearifan Lokal

Abstract

Abstract The automotive industry is crucial in urban economies, particularly in densely populated Jakarta. Motorcycle workshops are essential service centers to ensure optimal vehicle functionality and safety. However, many small-scale workshops face challenges maintaining cleanliness, order, and operational efficiency, often affecting service quality. This Community Service Program (PkM) aimed to introduce and implement the 5R principles (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, and Rajin) and appropriate technology in Bahari Motor Service Workshop, Jakarta Timur. The program involved several stages, including initial observations, training on 5R implementation, technology demonstrations, and monitoring and evaluation of outcomes. The results indicated significant improvements in operational efficiency and service quality, with participants demonstrating increased awareness and understanding of the 5R principles. To sustain these improvements, ongoing training and monitoring are recommended. This program benefits the workshop and serves as a model for similar initiatives in the automotive sector, contributing to enhanced service quality and business sustainability. Abstrak Industri otomotif sangat penting dalam perekonomian perkotaan, terutama di Jakarta yang padat penduduknya. Bengkel sepeda motor merupakan pusat layanan yang penting untuk memastikan fungsionalitas dan keamanan kendaraan yang optimal. Namun, banyak bengkel berskala kecil yang menghadapi tantangan dalam menjaga kebersihan, ketertiban, dan efisiensi operasional, yang sering kali mempengaruhi kualitas layanan. Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan menerapkan prinsip 5R (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, dan Rajin) dan teknologi tepat guna di Bengkel Bahari Motor, Jakarta Timur. Program ini melibatkan beberapa tahap, termasuk observasi awal, pelatihan penerapan 5R, demonstrasi teknologi, dan pemantauan dan evaluasi hasil. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam efisiensi operasional dan kualitas layanan, dengan para peserta yang menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran dan pemahaman tentang prinsip-prinsip 5R. Untuk mempertahankan peningkatan ini, pelatihan dan pemantauan yang berkelanjutan direkomendasikan. Program ini memberikan manfaat bagi bengkel dan menjadi model bagi inisiatif serupa di sektor otomotif, yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas layanan dan keberlanjutan bisnis.

Abstract

Besole village is one of the villages in Tulungagung Regency which is near the center of the world's active plate collision and is directly adjacent to the Ocean. The influence of this location makes this village rich in minerals, namely as the number one largest marble producer in Indonesia. But behind that, this village has a big threat from natural disasters. This is evident over the years that this area has been hit by floods and landslides and has a threat of a tsunami. Therefore, an effort to empower the community is needed to form a disaster-resilient village through the implementation of disaster mitigation management education. This program is intended for students and the community due to their vulnerability to being affected by disasters. The purpose of this activity is to 1) determine the planning of disaster mitigation management education implementation programs 2) carry out several activities in disaster-based community empowerment efforts, 3) increase knowledge, skills and attitudes of disaster preparedness, 4) find out the advantages, disadvantages, supporters and obstacles of empowerment programs disaster-based society. This study uses a research-based Participatory Action Research (PAR) method which is divided into stages of planning, action, observation and reflection. The results of this study are 1) the planning stage is held to formulate various actions based on the results of preliminary research, focus group discussion and disaster mitigation guidance, 2) the action stage contains various activities, namely waste management on the coast, implementation of earthquake and tsunami learning simulation models at the elementary and junior high school levels, installation of evacuation route signs in several vital objects, use of biopore infiltration hole technology, counseling on organic and inorganic waste management through waste banks. , making a map of the disaster evacuation route for the coastal area of ​​Besole Village, 3) this activity contributes to the Besole village community in increasing knowledge, skills and attitudes of disaster preparedness, 4) the advantages and supporters of this activity, the most important of which is the support from various parties, both from the government and non-government, while the first factor that becomes a shortage and obstacle is the location factor which is difficult to access.

Abstract

The objective of creating this POKAMATH media is to evaluate the effectiveness and usability of educational media employing the ADDIE framework, which includes: (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, (5) Evaluation. The inspiration for this study stems from the students' lack of concentration during classroom instruction when the teacher presents material. The media's validity was assessed by three different validators: experts in media, subject matter, and language. To evaluate its practicality, student feedback surveys were administered, with participants being pupils from SMP IT DOD Medan selected through simple random sampling methods. The overall score from the validity review, covering content, media, and language, reached a perfect score of 100%, categorizing it as highly valid. Meanwhile, the practicality evaluation in a smaller class setting yielded a score of 90%, placing it in the very practical category. Consequently, the POKAMATH media developed is both valid and suitable for seventh-grade students at SMP IT DOD Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze or determine whether the provision of project based learning (PJBL) model can improve student learning outcomes. The research method used is Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this study were grade VII students at SMP Negeri 3 Satu Atap Aek Natas with a total of 34 students, consisting of 14 male students and 20 female students. Based on the research conducted, the results of the study in cycle I were 20 students with a converted score of (58.82%) who had achieved the level of learning completion, while 14 students (41.18%) had not achieved the level of learning completion, with an overall average score of 69.83, while in cycle II, data was obtained from 30 students with a converted score of (88.24%) who had achieved completion in learning, while 4 students (11.76%) were still incomplete, with an average learning outcome score of 78.68. Based on the results of the test, there was an increase in the number of students who had achieved learning completion and met the Classical Completion Criteria, namely 85%. Based on the results of the data analysis, it can be concluded that the application of the Project Based Learning (PJBL) Learning model given by researchers to teachers and students has a positive impact and can improve the learning outcomes of volleyball passing at SMP Negeri 3 Satu Atap Aek Natas.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze customer review sentiments for Mie Gacoan restaurant in Blitar City through the Grab application using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. Customer reviews are categorized into three sentiment classes: positive, negative, and neutral. And the total amount of data used is 991 data. The research process includes manual data collection, text preprocessing, weighting using the TF-IDF method, and classification with the SVM algorithm. Model performance is evaluated using a confusion matrix with precision, recall, and F1-score metrics. And for the testing of the algorithm method using Grid Search and Cross Validation. The results show that the linear kernel achieves the best performance with an F1-score of 0.4649. Positive sentiment dominates the reviews, while negative and neutral sentiments are less prevalent. This study demonstrates that SVM is effective for classifying sentiments in customer reviews and can assist restaurant managers in identifying areas for service improvement.
