Abstract

Learning strategy refers to an educator planning a series of activities designed to achieve learning goals. It involves the use of various methods, techniques, and approaches to organize the learning process. The strategy must be in accordance with the needs and characteristics of students. In the educational context, learning strategies are the basis for teachers in designing effective and meaningful learning experiences for students. This includes selecting subject matter, determining appropriate strategies, and the required learning media. Digital-based technology in learning in elementary schools is a very useful advancement in the learning and teaching process where there are digital aspects of resource books, assignments, assessments and student attendance books that can be used in the school environment and become preschool infrastructure. And digital technology is a more effective communication tool when designing a more student-oriented environment where teachers can develop creative skills in digital science.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan dalam administrasi pendidikan merupakan aspek krusial dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang efektif dan efisien. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam berbagai aspek kepemimpinan dalam administrasi pendidikan, termasuk pengertian, keterampilan yang diperlukan, gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan, dan fungsi-fungsi spesifik yang harus dijalankan oleh pemimpin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, yang mencakup analisis berbagai literatur dan penelitian sebelumnya terkait kepemimpinan pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang efektif dalam administrasi pendidikan membutuhkan kombinasi technical skill, human skill, dan conceptual skill, serta penerapan gaya kepemimpinan yang sesuai dengan konteks institusi. Fungsi kepemimpinan seperti perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengendalian juga sangat penting untuk memastikan operasional yang efisien dan pencapaian tujuan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan wawasan dan rekomendasi praktis bagi para pemimpin pendidikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan kualitas institusi mereka, serta menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that influence the development of a 9-year-old student, currently in the 3rd grade of elementary school, with a focus on physical, intellectual, emotional, social, moral, and spiritual aspects. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, with data collection techniques involving observation and interviews with the child, parents, and teachers. The results of the study indicate that the child's development is influenced by various interacting factors. The child’s physical factors, such as a height of 110 cm and weight of 25 kg, are influenced by a nutritious diet and regular physical activity. The child’s intellectual development, reflected in academic achievements, is supported by school learning and stimulation at home. The child's emotional development progresses with emotional support from the family, while in the social aspect, the child actively interacts with peers and participates in various group activities. The moral and spiritual development of the child is influenced by religious education received both at home and at school. This study highlights the importance of support from the educational environment and family in fostering the holistic development of the child, as well as the need to pay attention to the factors influencing each aspect of the child’s development at the elementary school age.

Abstract

The implementation of law enforcement in Indonesia is still relatively weak, so a deeper analysis of the causes of the occurrence is needed. This study aims to examine gender in the state and law, a study of the implementation of law enforcement in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analytical study method. Data collection is based on in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation studies. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using data reduction techniques, presenting data to drawing conclusions. The results of this study conclude that law enforcement in Indonesia is still weak, the integration of law enforcement officers is not well established, the level of performance implementation by law enforcement officers is low, and the application of law is blunt up and down (non-Pancasilais).
