Abstract

Escherichia coli (E. coli) is a gram negative bacteria that can reduce the quality of meat and cause diarrhea if the amount is too much.This study aims to investigate the presence of E. coli  contamination in chicken meat sell in traditional markets in Medan. This research was conducted using the perposive sampling method and collect samples from 30% of each nine traditional markets with a total of 32 samples. The traditional markets in Medan, namely Petisah, Central, Sei kambing, Kampung Lalang, Kwala Bekala, Helvetia, Kampung Baru, Kemiri and Padang Bulan. Reserch were conducted by using the CFU / ml method with chromocult media. Samples were analyzed  in the laboratory of the Regional Veterinary Disease Investigation Center Region 1 Medan. The results showed 32 samples of chicken meat had exceeded the maximum limit of microbial contamination. The highest total microbial average was in the Kampung Lalang market 3.49 Log CFU / g, and the lowest was in the Kemiri market of 2.79 Log CFU / g. Based on the results of the research, it was found that the meat in the traditional markets of Medan was all contaminated with E. coli and had passed the maximum limit of bacterial contamination.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to help PAX Ecclesia Middle School teachers to develop performance motivation in implementing the independent curriculum and to accept every change with the aim of improving the quality of education. After the teachers participated in the in-house training on developing teacher performance motivation in implementing the curriculum, the PkM team conducted an interview with the Principal to find out the changes seen in teacher behavior, especially in work enthusiasm. The In-House Training event went smoothly and the teachers were very happy and enthusiastic to listen to the presentation of material from the speakers. The Principal also explained that the teachers were happy with the PkM activities carried out by the Unindra Postgraduate Lecturer. The resource person explained that the independent curriculum is a curriculum that has been presented flexibly, and implemented with a fun, enjoyable and enjoyable teaching model. Furthermore, the speakers also said that in order to be able to innovate, teachers must continue to develop themselves through training, seminars, workshops and also further studies.

Abstract

The research aims to reveal and disseminate strategies success for implementing the Independent Curriculum in transformational schools. A qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method. The research focus is on school success strategies in implementing government policies for and sub-focus of the intracurricular curriculum and implementing the Pancasila student profile project. There were 14 respondents consisting of two principals, four vice principals for curriculum, four teachers, and four parents of students. An in-depth interview was used to collect the data. Data analysis by reducing the data obtained to answer the problem. The results of the research are (1) the success strategy for implementation of Independent Curriculum, namely that all stakeholders have a mindset that is willing to change to produce graduates who have competencies according to the profile of Pancasila students; (2) implementation of Independent Curriculum's successful strategy is socialized and teachers are provided with the training. The implication of this research is that these two schools exemplify service excellence for other schools so that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum can be accelerated.

Abstract

Scientific writing has an essential role in supporting the improvement of lecturers' functional positions, where scientific publications are seen as a form of strategic investment that can encourage academic career development. Through publications, lecturers not only share their research results and intellectual ideas, but also increase their competence, credibility, and professional recognition in the world of higher education. This study aims to analyze scientific writing as a long-term investment that plays a role in fulfilling the requirements for lecturers' functional promotion, and to assess the impact of writing productivity on institutional recognition. Using qualitative methods, this study identifies motivational factors, challenges, and benefits obtained by lecturers through scientific writing and publication activities. The results of the analysis show that scientific writing productivity significantly contributes to the process of functional promotion, both through increasing the required credit score, as well as through wider recognition of lecturers' scientific contributions in the academic sphere. Thus, scientific writing and publication skills need serious attention in lecturer development programs, so that they can support the improvement of professional performance and strengthen the academic position of lecturers in higher education. Continuous efforts in improving scientific writing skills are seen as crucial as a form of investment for the future of lecturers' academic careers, which in turn can contribute to improving the quality of higher education in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to help Guidance and Counseling teachers in East Jakarta to be able to prepare assessments and service modules in the independent curriculum and to be able to accept every change with the aim of improving the quality of education. After the teachers attended the MGMP workshop on the role of guidance and counseling teachers in the independent curriculum, the PkM team conducted an interview with the Head of MGMP to find out the changes seen in the behavior of guidance and counseling teachers, especially in preparing service modules. The MGMP workshop went smoothly and the teachers were very happy and enthusiastic to listen to the presentation of material from the speakers. The Head of MGMP also explained that the teachers were happy with the PkM activities carried out by the Unindra Postgraduate Lecturer. The speaker explained that the independent curriculum is a curriculum that has been presented flexibly, and is implemented with a fun guidance and counseling service model that is prepared according to the content in the service program that has been prepared by guidance and counseling teachers in the service module. Furthermore, the speakers also said that in order to be able to innovate, guidance and counseling teachers must continue to develop themselves through training, seminars, workshops and also further studies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis beberapa karya ilmiah yang disajikan dibeberapa jurnal tentang: Dampak Penggunaan Media Sosial Terhadap Perilaku Prokrastinasi Peserta Didik, Penelitian dilaksanakan mengingat betapa cepatnya perkembangan teknologi saat ini yang berdampak langsung terhadap perilaku prokrastinasi peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggabungkan penelitian pustaka dan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dan mengkaji bagaimana dampak penggunaan media sosial yang dilakukan oleh peserta didik terhadap perilaku prokrastinasi peserta didik tersebut. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik, mahasiswa, orangtua  dan karya publikasi ilmiah dari berbagai jurnal ilmiah, Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dampak penggunaan media sosial terhadap perilaku prokrastinasi  peserta didik terjadi karena ketika diberikan tugas oleh guru, siswa kurang tertarik dan kurang senang sehingga peserta didik menunda untuk mengerjakannya, peserta didik lebih banyak berselancar di media sosialnya, karena dengan menggunakan gadget nya peserta didik bisa menikmati banyak hak yang membuat dia senang seperti video yang menyajikan kehidupan banyak hal sekalipun itu tidak berhubungan dengan kebutuhan peserta didik dan yang jelas wakgtu untuk belajar menjadi kurang. Untuk mengatasi perilaku prokrastinasi perlu kompetensi guru dalam membangun model pembelajaran kelompok atau diskusi kelompok dengan pendampingan baik dari guru maupun orangtua. Guru memberikan tema yang akan dikerjakan oleh kelompok dengan petunjuk yang jelas. Ketika diskusi kelomopok dilakukan di sekolah maka guru yang memberikan pendampingan, namun bila diskusi kelompok di rumah maka orangtua perlu diinformasikan melalui whatshapp grup wali peserta didik agar dapat memperhatikan peserta didik dalam diskusi kelompok, hal tersebut untuk mengurangi perilaku prokrastinasi pada diri peserta didik

Abstract

Effective classroom management is the primary foundation for creating a conducive learning environment, but challenges such as diverse student characteristics often hinder the achievement of learning objectives. This background encourages the study of more adaptive strategies. This research focuses on needs analysis and classroom management through a collaborative approach as an innovative solution. As the primary research step, a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method was used, examining 40 relevant scientific articles published between 2019 and 2025. Key findings indicate that a collaborative approach has proven highly effective in managing heterogeneous classes. This approach significantly encourages active student engagement, hones critical thinking skills, and develops social skills through group discussions and problem-solving. Teachers transform from learning centers into responsive facilitators, while students are empowered to construct knowledge independently and collaboratively. In conclusion, a collaborative approach is a superior classroom management strategy for addressing diverse student needs and enhancing learning effectiveness. Its success depends heavily on the teacher's role as a skilled guide to ensure equitable and productive participation from each student. ABSTRAKManajemen kelas yang efektif merupakan fondasi utama untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, namun tantangan berupa keragaman karakteristik siswa seringkali menghambat tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran. Latar belakang ini mendorong kajian terhadap strategi yang lebih adaptif. Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis kebutuhan dan manajemen kelas melalui pendekatan kolaboratif sebagai salah satu solusi inovatif. Sebagai langkah penelitian utama, digunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan menelaah 40 artikel ilmiah relevan yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2019 hingga 2025. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan kolaboratif terbukti sangat efektif dalam mengelola kelas yang heterogen. Pendekatan ini secara signifikan mendorong keterlibatan aktif siswa, mengasah kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan mengembangkan keterampilan sosial melalui diskusi serta pemecahan masalah secara berkelompok. Guru bertransformasi dari pusat pembelajaran menjadi fasilitator yang responsif, sementara siswa diberdayakan untuk membangun pengetahuan secara mandiri dan bersama. Kesimpulannya, pendekatan kolaboratif merupakan strategi manajemen kelas yang unggul untuk menjawab kebutuhan siswa yang beragam dan meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Keberhasilannya sangat bergantung pada peran guru sebagai pembimbing yang terampil untuk memastikan partisipasi yang merata dan produktif dari setiap siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi metode Quantum Teaching dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD) berdasarkan perspektif perkembangan peserta didik. Quantum Teaching merupakan pendekatan pembelajaran yang menekankan pada penciptaan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan, dinamis, dan bermakna, sehingga mampu mengoptimalkan potensi siswa secara menyeluruh. Studi literatur ini memanfaatkan berbagai jurnal ilmiah dan artikel relevan yang membahas keterkaitan antara Quantum Teaching, hasil belajar, serta perkembangan psikologis dan kognitif anak usia SD. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Quantum Teaching efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan keterlibatan siswa, karena selaras dengan karakteristik perkembangan kognitif, afektif, dan sosial anak usia sekolah dasar. Dengan demikian, implementasi strategi ini dinilai mampu mendorong peningkatan hasil belajar yang lebih optimal.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mengelola portofolio digital berbasis Google Sites di SMPS Daarul Qur’an Cikarang. Permasalahan yang dihadapi di sekolah mitra yaitu keterbatasan dalam penggunaan media digital inovatif, serta kecenderungan pembelajaran yang masih konvensional. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahapan utama: pengenalan CMS (Content Management System), pemberian materi teknis Google Sites, dan workshop praktik pembuatan situs. Sebanyak 19 guru mengikuti kegiatan ini secara aktif. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta berhasil membuat situs portofolio digital sederhana, serta menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam pengelolaan konten pembelajaran berbasis digital. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan literasi digital guru serta mendorong pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran yang terdokumentasi dan menarik. Selain itu, program ini juga memperkuat kolaborasi antarguru melalui berbagi praktik baik, sehingga tercipta budaya digital yang lebih adaptif di lingkungan sekolah. Dampak jangka panjang dari kegiatan ini adalah terciptanya ekosistem pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang mendukung kesiapan siswa menghadapi tantangan era digital.
