Abstract

The research aims to analyze integrated curriculum management in the full-day school program at SDIT Sahabat Quran Koba Central Bangka, which includes planning curriculum activities, organizing curriculum activities, implementing curriculum activities, evaluating curriculum activities, and supporting and inhibiting factors faced in implementing an integrated curriculum. The research carried out was a descriptive qualitative type of research using data collection techniques using interview and field observation methods. The results of this research show: 1) Planning for implementing an integrated curriculum at the Sahabat of the Qur’an Integrated Islamic Elementary School consists of three stages, namely preparation, planning, and structural organization; 2) The implementation of the curriculum is divided into two levels, namely: implementation of the school-level curriculum and the typical content of SD IT Sahabat of the Qur’an; 3) Organizing the curriculum consists of dividing teachers’ teaching duties and dividing study hours; 4) The evaluation carried out includes curriculum evaluation and implementation evaluation. Implementation evaluation consisting of program evaluation, evaluation of social development and student attitudes, evaluation of learning achievements in class, and evaluation of the achievement of the typical content of SD IT Sahabat of the Qur’an; 5) Supporting and inhibiting factors; Supporting factors for integrated curriculum management in the Full Day School program include: good coordination between institutions, commitment to all school components, supportive school atmosphere and activities, and good communication between the school and the parents. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors for curriculum activities include: facilities and infrastructure that are still not neatly arranged, the density of material provided, the density of school programs and teacher changes that often occur in each new school year and the school not yet joining the Integrated Islamic School Network.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Mengetahui pengaruh supervisi dengan perilaku sosial guru di SMP Negeri Muara Sugihan. 2) Mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal dengan perilaku sosial guru di SMP Negeri Muara Sugihan.3) Mengetahui pengaruh antara supervisi dan komunikasi interpersonal secara bersama-sama terhadap perilaku sosial guru di SMP Negeri Muara Sugihan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 107 orang yaitu guru-guru SMP yang mengajar di kecamatan Muara Sugihan. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 103 orang, dimana teknik pengambilan sampel dengan  metode random sampling. Data analisis  menggunakan rumus regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS Versi 26.00 For Windows. Penelitian ini Menunjukkan bahwa 1) Ada pengaruh supervisi dengan perilaku sosial guru di SMP negeri Muara Sugihan. 2) Ada pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal dengan perilaku sosial guru di SMP negeri Muara Sugihan.3) Ada pengaruh antara supervisi dan komunikasi interpersonal secara bersama-sama terhadap perilaku sosial guru di SMP negeri Muara Sugihan.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an interactive module using Livewire and PCB Wizard applications to facilitate students in designing electronic circuits in the subject of electronic circuit applications. The study employed the methods of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE). Furthermore, there was an improvement in scores from the experimental class compared to the control class. Expert evaluations resulted in an average score of 4,24 with a percentage of 84,93%. The effectiveness questionnaire from students yielded a score of 4,53 with a percentage of 90,07%. These findings indicate that the interactive video is considered effective and practical for use, demonstrating that the use of Livewire and PCB Wizard applications can significantly improve students’ abilities in designing electronic circuits.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine whether there is or not the influence 1) of principal’s transformational leadership on teachers’ performance, 2) of work motivation on teachers’ performance, 3) of the principal’s transformational leadership and work motivation together on teachers’ performance. The research was using quantitative methods. The research sample used a total sampling technique with a population of 77 State Middle School teachers, Bukit, Palembang. Data collection uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and partial research hypothesis testing with simple linear regression and simultaneous multiple regression. The results of the research state that there is a significant influence 1) the principal’s transformational leadership on teachers’ performance, 2) work motivation and teachers’ performance, 3) the principal’s transformational leadership and work motivation together on teachers’ performance.

Abstract

This study explores the impact and implementation strategies of digital transformation in educational management, with a focus on higher education institutions under LLDIKTI Region 2, using Universitas PGRI Palembang as a case study. Digital transformation in education management encompasses administrative processes, learning systems, and student services, leveraging technologies like Learning Management Systems (LMS), big data, and artificial intelligence (AI). The research identifies key challenges such as limited infrastructure, varied digital competencies, and resistance to change, as well as external factors like digital divides and policy dynamics. Using a descriptive quantitative approach with Results indicate significant operational efficiencies, enhanced educational quality, and increased transparency. The study recommends infrastructure upgrades, digital literacy programs, and stronger stakeholder engagement to optimize digital transformation efforts, offering a framework for broader adoption across similar institutions.

Abstract

This qualitative study explored strategic management implementation at Junior High School Negeri 12 Palembang to enhance education quality and graduate outcomes. Using descriptive research methods, the data were collected through observations (November 19-29, 2024), interviews with 12 stakeholders, and document analysis. The study identifies four key strategic elements: organizational structure, leadership, culture, and reward systems. Findings reveal that while the school has implemented comprehensive strategies including teacher training programs and extracurricular development, challenges remain in resource allocation and technology integration. The study contributes to educational management literature by demonstrating how strategic alignment between these elements can improve institutional performance in Indonesian public schools.

Abstract

This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, which is a research method used to examine natural objects. Where the researcher is the key instrument. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis through data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions or verification. The aim of this research is to find out how the independent learning curriculum is implemented at SMA Negeri 2 Kikim Tengah, as well as improving learning strategies and strengthening character education. The research results show that the independent learning curriculum at SMA Negeri 2 Kikim Tengah has been implemented at the independent learning stage. This implementation was initiated by the school principal and teachers with enthusiasm for learning and support from existing resources. Several obstacles in implementing the curriculum were found to be able to be overcome with various efforts and enthusiasm to develop the quality of education. The learning strategies at SMA Negeri 2 Kikim Tengah have improved along with the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum in learning. Teachers always try to provide a learning environment that is centered on students. Apart from that, the development of student character education in the Merdeka curriculum and the 2013 curriculum is in harmony, namely being based on the moral values ​​of Pancasila. Strengthening character education at SMA Negeri 2 Kikim Tengah is increasing along with the implementation of the independent learning curriculum which is developed through intracurricular, co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
