Abstract

Musibah pandemi di awal tahun 2020 semakin menurunkan daya beli masyarkat. Kondisi ini semakin mempersulit Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk dapat bertahan dalam situasi sulit ini. Setelah pandemi berlalu, UMKM ingin segera bangkit dan dapat kembali menjalankan usahanya kembali. Namun, keinginan ini terganjal oleh banyak kendala, diantaranya ketersediaan modal yang merupakan faktor kunci untuk menjalankan kembali usahanya. Kendala ini tidak terkecuali dihadapi oleh UMKM dan calon pengusaha UMKM di kawasan Srengseng Meruya Selatan. UMKM di Srengseng Meruya Selatan memiliki beberapa permasalahan, di antaranya tidak memiliki pengetahuan dan wawasan mengenai Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR), literasi mengembangkan usahanya, dan tidak mempunyai keberanian untuk mengambil KUR karena tidak memiliki aset (jaminan). Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan peningkatan literasi keuangan mengenai KUR Mikro dan KUR Kecil, persyaratan dan ketentuan KUR, alur pengajuan KUR, dan keunggulan dari produk KUR guna mendukung usahanya. Metode yang digunakan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap pertama persiapan. Pelaksanaan tahap kedua adalah pemberian edukasi kepada UMKM. Langkah ketiga yaitu melakukan evaluasi kegiatan. Berdasarkan penyebaran kuesioner diperoleh hasil bahwa terjadi peningkatan wawasan masyarakat UMKM Srengseng setelah mendapatkan penyuluhan. Dengan demikian, diharapkan masyarakat UMKM dapat meningkatkan kapasitas usahanya, meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga dan sekitar juga turut menyerap tenaga kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, yaitu penelitian yang digunakan untuk meneliti populasi atau sampel tertentu, teknik pengambilan sampel pada umumnya dilakukan secara acak, pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian, analisis data yang bersifat kuantitatif/statistik dengan tujuan menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Berdasarkan pada hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa variabel kualitas produk dan citra merek secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of E-Wom, Brand Image and Influencers on Purchasing Decisions at the Tokopedia Marketplace in DKI Jakarta. The population in this research is consumers who use the Tokopedia marketplace in DKI Jakarta, totaling 205 people. The population in this research are consumers who use the Tokopedia marketplace in Jabodetabek. Data analysis techniques used in this research include outer model testing (Convergent Validity, Discriminate Validity, Composite Reability), inner model hypothesis testing (R square value, Goodness of Fit Model boostraping), Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to consumers and processed using a program Smart PLS 4.0. The results of this research show that E-Wom has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Influencers have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of service quality, price and promotion on customer satisfaction by using outsourcing PT. Indonesian Men's Anchor. The type of data used in this research is primary data. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. The population in this study are customers of PT. Jangkar Putra Indonesia and the number of samples in this study were 113 customers. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Version 25 data processing software. The results of the study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a positif and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfactions.

Abstract

Waste is one of the problems that is quite difficult to deal with in Indonesia. This happens because of the people's habits as consumers who always produce waste. Therefore, changing used goods into goods that can be reused can help reduce environmental pollution. Waste management is one of the main challenges in achieving environmental sustainability. This community service program aims to develop a used goods creation business based on business and environmental sustainability in Kembangan Selatan Subdistrict. The methods used include outreach, training and assistance to local communities in processing used goods into economically valuable, creative and innovative products. Through this program, it is hoped that the community can improve their skills in processing waste, create new business opportunities and reduce the amount of waste generated. pollute the environment. The results of this activity show increased awareness and community participation in protecting the environment, as well as the formation of several new business groups engaged in recycling. Business sustainability is measured through indicators of increasing income and quality of life for the community. Thus, it is hoped that this program can become a business development model that is not only economically profitable, but also contributes positively to environmental sustainability.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Brand Image, Brand Trust and Product Quality on Purchase Decisions for Frestea products. The subjects in this research were consumers who had previously purchased Frestea products. The sample used in this research was 160 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling using a quantitative descriptive approach. The data analysis used is Smart PLS. The research results show that Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Brand Trust has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions and Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Partially, the results obtained are that there is a significant positive influence on Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions, Brand Trust has a positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decisions and Product Quality has a positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation, leadership and work discipline and its impact on employee performance. Population in this search is 36 employee of PT. Daxen Indonesia. The sample used is the entire of population. The sampling method uses saturated sampling because the population is <100 respondents. Data collection methods using survey methods with research instruments is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses SPSS23 program assistance. This study proves that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This aims to analyze the influence of leadership, work culture and workload on employee performance at PT GMF Aeroasia Tbk. The population in this study were employees who worked in Hangar 3 Unit PT GMF Aeroasia Tbk as many as 320 employees, this study used the Proportional Sampling Sampling technique. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses IBM SPSS Statistics 22. This study proves that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The role of the Internet in economic growth is very important for both industry and individuals. The ease of accessing the internet has given birth to e-commerce, which has now become an alternative option in online shopping. E-commerce has changed the way consumers shop, reaching more consumers, and facilitating online shopping habits. This study aims to examine the effect of promotions, price perceptions, and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Shopee users in West Jakarta. The population in this study were all consumers who had used or purchased the Shopee application, totaling 140 people. From this research, the independent variables consist of Promotion, Perceived Price, and Quality of Service and the dependent variable is Purchase Decision. Data analysis techniques used in this study include outer model testing (Convergent Validity, Discriminate Validity, Composite Reability), Inner model hypothesis testing (R square value, Goodness of Fit Model boostraping).
