Abstract

Latar Belakang : Anak prasekolah adalah anak yang berusia 3 sampai 5 tahun. Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak usia prasekolah dipengaruhi oleh nutrisi, aktivitas, masalah tidur, kesehatan gigi, pencegahan cedera, serta cara orang tua dalam merawat anak. Sifat perkembangan yang khas terbentuk ini mempengaruhi pola makan anak, seperti anak menjadi terlalu pemilih Kesulitan makan yang berat dan berlangsung lama berdampak negatif pada keadaan kesehatan anak, keadaan tumbuh kembang dan aktifitas sehari-harinya. Pola asuh ibu sangat penting dalam tumbuh kembang anak dalam psikologis anak, kemampuan bersosialisasi anak, kemandirian anak, serta perilaku sulit makan pada anak.Tujuan : Mengetahui hubungan pola asuh ibu dengan perilaku sulit makan pada anak usia prasekolah di TK AlIkhwah Pontianak.Metode : Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantiatif dengan desain observasional analitik  dan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu stratified random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 121 orang. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis hubungan pola asuh ibu dengan perilaku makan anak usia prasekolah di TK Al-Ikhwah Pontianak didapat nilai p=0,000 (p<0,05), yang berarti terdapat hubungan antara pola asuh ibu dengan perilaku sulit makan anak usia prasekolah di TK Al-Ikhwah Pontianak.Kesimpulan :. Ada hubungan antara pola asuh ibu dengan perilaku sulit makan anak usia prasekolah di TK AlIkhwah Pontianak. Sehingga diharapkan orang tua dapat menerapkan pola asuh yang tepat pada anak usia prasekolah untuk mengembangkan seluruh kemampuannya.   Kata Kunci                              : Pola Asuh Ibu, Perilaku Sulit Makan Anak Usia PraSekolah

Abstract

The concept of self-efficacy is a core development concept of social cognitive theory. Self-efficacy is needed by schizophrenia patients to overcome problems. The initiation aims are to analyze concepts and clarify the conceptual meaning of self-concepts for schizophrenic patients. Walker and Avant's concept analysis procedure was used in this administration. A Literature review was carried out using online databases such as Science Direct, PubMed, EBSCO, and Proquest with the keywords "Schizophrenia" and "Self Efficacy". The concept of self-efficacy is important for schizophrenic patients to be confident in their ability to solve problems and achieve goals. This is preceded by the concept of self-efficacy in schizophrenia: outcome expectations, efficacy expectations, and outcome values. Concept attribute: efficacy in negative symptoms, social interactions, and efficacy in positive symptoms. The consequences of the concept: changes in behavior and performance. Patients with a high level of efficacy can produce good behavior and performance to overcome both positive and negative symptoms. Abstrak: Konsep efikasi diri merupakan pengembangan konsep inti dari teori social cognitive. Efikasi diri dibutuhkan oleh pasien skizofrenia untuk mengatasi masalah. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk menganalisis konsep dan mengklarifikasi makna dari konsep efikasi diri bagi pasien skizofrenia. Prosedur analisis konsep dari Walker dan Avant digunakan dalam penulisan ini. Literature review dilakukan menggunakan database online seperti Science Direct, PubMed, EBSCHO dan Proquest dengan kata kunci “Schizophrenia” dan “Self Efficacy”. Konsep efikasi diri penting untuk pasien skizofrenia agar dapat yakin akan  kemampuan nya untuk mengatasi masalah dan mencapai tujuan. Antecedent dari konsep efikasi diri pada skizofrenia: Outcome expectancy, Efficacy expectancy,  dan outcome value. Atribut konsep: efikasi dalam gejala negatif, efikasi dalam  interaksi sosial dan efikasi dalam gejala positif. Konsekuensi dari konsep: perubahan perilaku dan kinerja. Pasien dengan tingkat efikasi yang tinggi dapat menghasilkan perilaku dan kinerja yang baik untuk mengatasi baik gejala positif dan negative.

Abstract

Emotional control in schizophrenia patients is closely related to the patient's ability to control his negative emotions. Negative emotions in question are feelings of anger, fear and sadness. In the United States about 1.5 million crime cases occur each year. These events are mostly carried out by schizophrenic patients due to their inability to control negative emotions. The purpose of this article is to describe the methodological analysis used to clarify the concept of emotional control in schizophrenia patients. The concept analysis procedure from Walker and Avant is used in this paper. Literature review is carried out using online databases such as Google Scholar, Science Direct, and EBSCHO with keywords of concept analysis, emotional control, and schizophrenia. Antecedents of the concept of emotional control in schizophrenia: self control, mental boundaries, and self determination. Concept attributes: situation selection, situation modification, attentional deployment, cognitive change, and response modulation. The consequences of the concept: success in controlling emotions, happiness, positive results, and leadership effectiveness. Abstrak: Kontrol emosi pada pasien skizofrenia sangat berkaitan dengan kemampuan pasien dalam mengontrol emosi negatifnya. Emosi negatif yang dimaksud adalah perasaan marah, takut dan sedih. Di Amerika Serikat sekitar 1,5 juta kasus kejahatan terjadi setiap tahunnya. Kejadian tersebut banyak dilakukan oleh pasien skizofrenia akibat dari ketidakmampuan dalam mengontrol emosi negatifnya. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk menggambarkan analisis metodologi yang digunakan untuk memperjelas konsep kontrol emosi pada pasien skizofrenia. Prosedur analisis konsep Walker dan Avant digunakan dalam penulisan ini. Literature review dilakukan menggunakan database online seperti Google Scholar, Science Direct, dan EBSCHO dengan kata kunci analisis konsep, kontrol emosi, dan skizofrenia. Antecedent dari konsep kontrol emosi pada skizofrenia: pengendalian diri, batas mental, dan self determination. Atribut konsep: situation selection, situation modification, attentional deployment, cognitive change, dan response modulation. Konsekuensi dari konsep: keberhasilan mengontrol emosi, kebahagiaan, hasil positif, dan efektifitas kepemimpinan.

Abstract

Background: Adolescence is a period of emotional, mental, and physical change. To improve health-seeking behavior, reduce risky sexual behaviors, and increase knowledge about sexual and reproductive health, adolescents need support and access to services. The increasing availability of mobile apps requires a thorough evaluation of the quality and classification of these mobile apps so that accurate and evidence-based information can reach their users. Because smartphones are a private (intimate) technology, they are a promising means of closing this gap. However, research focusing on sexual health promotion programs delivered through smartphones is still rare.Purposes: Developing and testing a smartphone and internet-based comprehensive sex education app.Methods: This study employed Research and Development consisting of 4 stages, namely Literature Study, Development Stage, Validity Expert, and Trial.Result: The SEMAR app has seven features, ranging from mental health education to human relationships. The convenience score is 70%. The results of the trial show that this application effectively improves health education. 50-83% agree to use it. The sex stigma variable has the most extensive r (r=0.955), which means it has a solid and positive relationship.Conclusion: This application benefits adolescents in improving health education and adolescent reproductive health.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Masalah kesehatan jiwa yang muncul pada remaja dapat menganggu perkembangan remaja. Peran teman sebaya untuk menerima dan merangkul teman yang lainnya merupakan salah satu faktor penting seorang remaja untuk merasa diterima dilingkungan sosialnya. Dukungan teman sebaya dapat berkontribusi dalam mengidentifikasi masalah kesehatan jiwa pada kelompok remaja. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan dukungan kesehatan jiwa dan psikososial (DKJPS) yang didapatkan oleh teman sebaya melalui duta kesehatan jiwa sekolah. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan sekolah melalui dukungan kesehatan jiwa dengan program duta kesehatan jiwa sekolah. Kegiatan diawali dengan pembagian pernyataan Pre-Test pengetahuan mengenai peran serta sebagai duta kesehatan jiwa, lalu memberikan desiminasi ilmu berupa masalah kesehatan jiwa pada remaja, duta kesehatan jiwa, serta peran dan fungsinya. Selanjutnya, membuka sesi diskusi, dan yang terakhir memberikan Post-Test pengetahuan. Pengetahuan siswa terkait dengan peran duta kesehatan jiwa dengan rerata pengetahuan sebelum (4,51 SD=2,23) dan sesudah (9,08 SD=1,51) dengan hasil analisa t-test sebesar p=0,001 yakni terdapat pengaruh desiminasi ilmu dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan serta meningkatkan peran duta sebagai dukungan teman sebaya. Duta kesehatan jiwa dapat berperan dengan maksimal agar masalah kesehatan jiwa di sekolah dapat diidentifikasi dan mendapatkan penanganan yang tepat. Kata kunci: Duta, Kesehatan Jiwa, Remaja   ABSTRACT Mental health problems that arise in adolescents can interfere with adolescent development. The role of peers to accept and embrace other friends is one of the important factors for an adolescent to feel accepted in their social environment. Peer support can contribute to identifying mental health problems in adolescent groups. Therefore, mental health and psychosocial support (DKJPS) is needed which is obtained by peers through school mental health ambassadors. The purpose of implementing this activity is to improve school readiness through mental health support with the school mental health ambassador program. The activity began with the distribution of Pre-Test statements of knowledge regarding the role of mental health ambassadors, then providing dissemination of knowledge in the form of mental health problems in adolescents, mental health ambassadors, and roles and functions. Furthermore, opening a discussion session, and finally providing Post-Test knowledge. Student knowledge related to the role of mental health ambassadors with an average knowledge before (4.51 SD = 2.23) and after (9.08 SD = 1.51) with the results of the t-test analysis of p = 0.001, namely there is an influence of dissemination of knowledge in increasing knowledge and increasing the role of ambassadors as peer support. Mental health ambassadors can play a maximum role so that mental health problems in schools can be identified and receive appropriate treatment. Keywords: Adolescents; Ambassadors; Knowledge

Abstract

The prevalence of diabetes continues to increase from year to year in 2021. There were 90 million cases and 5.5% are predicted to have diabetic foot ulcers, and it is predicted that it will increase by 68% in 2045 with 152 million patients. This study was conducted to determine whether there was a relationship between duration of diabetes and age on the level of anxiety in patients with diabetic foot ulcers at the Kitamura clinic in Pontianak. This type of research is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional approach. The sample used in this study were 60 respondents with diabetic foot ulcers who received treatment at the Kitamura Pancasila Pontianak Clinic, the instruments used in this study were the Anxiety Inventory (S-AI) Form questionnaire to measure anxiety levels and observation sheets for respondent demographic data. The results of the Spearman Ranks test obtained with the results of significance (2-tailed) or p value = 0.005 there is a relationship between the length of time suffering from DM with anxiety levels in diabetic foot ulcers patients and there is no relationship between age and anxiety levels in diabetic foot ulcers patients with p-value 0.064. Conclusion, there was no relationship between age and anxiety level and there was a relationship between duration of DM and anxiety level in patients with DM.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Lansia berada pada tahap akhir dari proses penuaan yang dimana memiliki resiko tinggi dalam masalah kesehatan. Pertambahan umur akan diikuti dengan penurunan fungsi tubuh, adanya penyakit, resiko jatuh, gangguan keseimbangan tubuh serta sistem kekebalan akan semakin berkurang. Hal ini menimbulkan masalah pada kualitas hidup. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan lansia tentang cara meningkatkan kualitas hidup. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat didapatkan data tingkat pengetahuan tentang kualitas hidup sebelum diberikan edukasi yaitu kategori tinggi sebesar 13,3%, kategori sedang sebesar 23,3% dan kategori rendah sebesar 63,4%. Sedangkan setelah diberikan edukasi tentang diperoleh pengetahuan pada kategori tinggi yaitu 80% dan kategori sedang yaitu 20%. Edukasi mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan lansia tentang cara meningkatkan kualitas hidup. Kata Kunci: Edukasi, Kualitas Hidup, Lansia  ABSTRACT The elderly are at the final stage of the aging process and are at high risk of health problems. Increasing age will be followed by a decrease in body function, the presence of disease, the risk of falls, disturbances in body balance, and the immune system will decrease. This causes problems with quality of life. This community service activity aims to increase the elderly's knowledge about improving their quality of life. The results of community service obtained data on the level of knowledge about the quality of life before being given education, namely the high category at 13.3%, the medium category at 23.3%, and the low category at 63.4%. Meanwhile, after being given education about knowledge, knowledge was obtained in the high category, namely 80%, and in the medium category, namely 20%. Abstract

Maternal mental health is a crucial aspect that affects both maternal and fetal well-being. This study aims to explore the experiences of pregnant women in maintaining their mental health during pregnancy in Pontianak City. Using a phenomenological qualitative approach, six participants were interviewed in-depth to understand the challenges faced and the coping strategies employed. The findings indicate that pregnant women experience anxiety related to childbirth, physical changes, and social pressures. Support from partners, family, and healthcare professionals plays a vital role in maintaining their mental health. Additionally, coping strategies such as relaxation activities, information-seeking, and spiritual approaches are utilized to manage stress. These findings highlight the need for social support-based interventions and mental health education for pregnant women.

Abstract

Academic stress among nursing students is related to the demands of meeting competency achievements from both coursework and field practice. In reality, students’ abilities to fulfill these competencies vary. However, due to these demands, students are required to perform both academic activities and clinical practice. This study employs a descriptive quantitative research method with 60 respondents. The sampling method used is Accidental Sampling. The instrument used in this study is the Educational Stress Scale for Adolescents (ESSA) questionnaire, which consists of 16 statements related to academic activities, measured using a Likert scale. The results show that the majority of nursing students (75.5%) experience moderate academic stress. In this study, the moderate stress category among students is associated with their adaptation process to a new learning system and the demands of achieving both academic and practical competencies.

Abstract

Gout arthritis is a form of joint inflammation caused by purine metabolism disorders, leading to elevated uric acid levels in the bloodstream (hyperuricemia). The accumulation of monosodium urate crystals in joint tissues due to this condition triggers acute inflammation and severe pain. Elderly individuals are particularly susceptible due to reduced metabolic function and decreased efficiency in uric acid excretion. This study aims to evaluate the nursing care provided to patients with gout arthritis, with a focus on pain management, sleep disturbances, and patient education regarding the disease and its management. This research employs a descriptive case study approach, emphasizing scheduled activity interventions for gout arthritis patients. Data collection was conducted through interviews, physical examinations, and observations, with findings presented in a descriptive case report format. The assessment revealed that the patient experienced severe pain in the metatarsophalangeal joint, with moderate to high pain intensity. Additionally, the patient struggled with sleep disturbances caused by pain and lacked awareness of the appropriate dietary measures for managing uric acid levels. Nursing interventions included pain management strategies, patient education on a low-purine diet, and supportive measures to enhance sleep quality. Effective nursing interventions for gout arthritis patients can significantly improve their quality of life by alleviating pain, enhancing sleep patterns, and increasing disease management awareness. Continuous patient education and adherence to therapy are essential in minimizing recurrence risks and preventing future complications.
