Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Audit Experience, Audit Quality, and Time Pressure on Auditor's Ability to Detect Fraud in Public Accounting Firms in East Jakarta. The research employs a quantitative approach, analyzed using panel data with the SPSS software. The study's population consists of Public Accounting Firms in the Makassar region, with a sample of 32 active auditors working in these firms. Data collection was done using primary data by distributing questionnaires directly to Public Accounting Firms in the Makassar region. The research findings indicate that (1) Audit Experience has an impact on Fraud Detection Ability, (2) Audit Quality influences Fraud Detection Ability, and (3) Time Pressure affects Fraud Detection Ability in Public Accounting Firms in the Makassar region. These results confirm that audit experience, audit quality, and time pressure play a significant role in detecting fraud during an audit.

Abstract

Untuk menguji pengaruh biaya operasional dan pendapatan terhadap Return On Asset pada PT. Dhanu Sumber Tani Sidrap metode penelitian digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan PT. Dhanu Sumber Tani Sidrap tahun 2018-2022. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah SPSS versi 26 yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa biaya operasional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Return On Asset. Hasil dari pendapatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return On Asset. Dan hasil penelitian biaya operasional dan pendapatan terhadap return on asset (Y) PT. Dhanu Sumber Tani Sidrap ditunjukkan berpengaruh secara simultan antara biaya operasional ( ) dan pendapatan ( ) terhadap return on asset (Y) yaitu sebesar 81,6% sementara sisanya 18,4 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and competence on employee performance at the Immigration Checkpoint in Immigration Office II Parepare. The analysis methods used include validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression, partial tests, simultaneous tests, and the coefficient of determination to tests the hypotheses. The results of the study show that training partially affects employee performance, where as competence simultaneously affect employee performance. The R Square value obtained is 17,5%, indicating that the influence of training and competence on employee performance is 17,5%, while the remaining 82,5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze financial performance using profitability ratios at the Syakir Farma Pharmacy Palanro Village in accordance with industry standards. The analytical method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach. Quantitative data in the form of a sample of the financial report of the Syakir Farma Pharmacy Palanro Village in the form of a balance sheet and profit and loss for the 2020-2022 period. The data analysis method in this research uses profitability ratios. The results of this research show that the financial reports at the Syakir Farma Pharmacy, which were assessed through Gross Profit Margin (GPM) analysis, are in very good condition and comply with industry standards. In 2020 the value achieved by GPM was 36.44%, in 2021 it was 34.12% and in 2022 it was 34.17%. The financial performance measured through Net Profit Margin (NPM) analysis is in fairly good condition according to industry standards. The value achieved by NPM in 2020 was 17.82%, in 2021 it was 20.09% and in 2022 it was 19.99%. Then the financial performance measured through Return On Asset (ROA) analysis is in very good condition according to industry standards, the value achieved by ROA in 2020 was 27.64%, in 2021 it was 37.54% and in 2022 it was 41.05%. And financial performance as measured through Return On Equity (ROE) analysis is in very good condition according to industry standards with the value achieved in 2020 amounting to 45.04%, in 2021 amounting to 56.04% and in 2022 amounting to 60.11%. It can be seen that the financial performance of Syakir Farma Pharmacy Kel. Palanro uses the profitability ratio method in accordance with industry standards.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of corporate image, product quality and price on customer satisfaction at PT. Manuntung Raya Sidrap using the SPSS 23 analysis method. The type of research used is descriptive research and data collection techniques through questionnaires, while the sample treatment method is to determine the roscoe formula as many as 60 the number of respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis method.The results showed that: 1. Corporate image (X1) test results showed a value of tcount (1.587) < ttable (2.003) with a significant value (0.120) > (0.05). 2. Product Quality (X2) test results show t count (-2.064) > t table (2.003) with a significance value (0.045) < (0.05). 3. Price (X3) test results show t count (7.513) > t table (2.003) with a significance value (0.000) < (0.05). Fcount = (21.580) > Ftable (0.277) with a significance value of (0.000) < (0.05) which means that Corporate Image, Product Quality and Price simultaneously influence customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination R square is 0.612 points or 61.2% which means that the variables of company image, product quality and price can be explained equally as increasing 61.2% of PT. Manuntung Raya Sidrap, while the remaining 38.8% is influenced by other factors that are not the focus of this research object.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work environment partially on employee performance at the National Amil Zakat Agency Office in Enrekang Regency. To find out that work stress and work environment have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at the National Amil Zakat Agency Office in Enrekang Regency. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis using data sourced from the results of the questionnaires that have been answered by the respondents. The tests used include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Descriptive Analysis, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Test (partial), F Test (simultaneous), R2 Test (Coefficient of Determination). These results indicate that work stress does not partially affect employee performance at the Enrekang Regency National Amil Zakat Agency, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Enrekang District National Amil Zakat Agency office, work stress and work environment simultaneously influence employee performance at the Enrekang District National Amil Zakat Agency office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence communication, organizational commitment and competence have on the performance of civil servants at the Department of Transportation. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative, using primary data sourced from the results of the questionnaires that have been answered by the respondents. The tests used include validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and t test (partial), F test (simultaneous), R2 test (coefficient of determination). The results showed that: 1. Communication (X1) test results showed the value of t = (3.264) with a significance value of 0.002 <0.05. This value proves that communication (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance. 2. Organizational Commitment (X2) The test results show the value of t = (0.344) with a significance value of 0.733> 0.05. This value proves that organizational commitment (X2) has no significant effect on employee performance. 3. Competence (X3) test results show the value of t = (0.261) with a significance value of 0.796> 0.05. This value proves that competence (X3) has no effect and is not significant on employee performance

Abstract

The aims of this study are: (1) To find out the variables of discipline and work stress partially affect the performance of employees at the Public Drinking Water Company (PAM) Tirta Karajae, Parepare City. (2) To find out the variables of discipline and work stress simultaneously affect the performance of employees at the Drinking Water Company (PAM) Tirta Karajae, Parepare City. In this study the analysis used was validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, partial test (t-test), simultaneous test (F test) and the coefficient of determination (R2) to determine the existing hypothesis in this study, the samples used in this study were employees at PAM Tirta Karajae Parepare City as many as 51 employees. Work discipline variable (X1) has a partial effect on the performance of employees (Y) of PAM Tirta Karajae, Parepare City. This is evidenced by the significant value of 0.005 2.010). The work stress variable (X2) has no partial effect on employee performance (Y) with a significant value of 0.424 > 0.05 and (0.807 < 2.010). Based on the test results on work discipline and work stress it was found that 17.521 > 2.71 and a significant level of 0.000

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction Indihome Parepare City. The research method used is the quantitative method, using primary data sourced from the results of distributing questionnaires to 90 samples that have been answered by respondents. The analysis technique used includes validity and reliability tests, hypothesis testing in the form of a simultaneous significant test (f test) and partial significance test (t test), multiple linear regression tests and also the coefficient of determination test (R2 test) using the IBM SPSS 25 program.The results of this study indicate that all questionnaire statements in the three variables (product quality, service quality and customer satisfaction) are declared valid and reliable. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out that work motivation and work environment have a partial effect on employee performance at the Tirta Karajae Regional Drinking Water Company (PAM), Parepare City. To find out that work motivation and work environment have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at the Tirta Karajae Regional Drinking Water Company (PAM), Parepare City. This research was conducted using a Quantitative Descriptive Method. The data analysis technique used was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and used the SPSS for windows 20 program. The data used in this study used primary sources from the results of questionnaires that had been filled out by the respondents. The findings from this study indicate that work motivation and work environment have a partial effect on employee performance at the Tirta Karajae Regional Drinking Water Company (PAM), Parepare City.
