Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh implementasi Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai di Unit Laka Lantas Satlantas Polrestabes Kota Bandung. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada masih tingginya angka revisi laporan kecelakaan lalu lintas, ketidakseimbangan beban kerja, serta tantangan dalam penerapan sistem digital ICELL yang berdampak pada kualitas pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari seluruh pegawai Unit Laka Lantas Satlantas Polrestabes Bandung yang berjumlah 41 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi TAM dan kompetensi pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penerimaan teknologi yang baik mampu meningkatkan efektivitas kerja, khususnya dalam proses administrasi dan pelaporan kecelakaan lalu lintas. Kompetensi pegawai juga terbukti berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas, ketepatan, dan profesionalisme pelaksanaan tugas. Sementara itu, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif namun belum signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, yang mengindikasikan bahwa motivasi belum menjadi faktor dominan dalam konteks penelitian ini. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan penerapan teknologi yang mudah digunakan serta peningkatan kompetensi melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan guna mendukung peningkatan kinerja dan kualitas pelayanan publik di bidang lalu lintas.

Abstract

Abstract This study analyzes employee performance in CV. Asanka Wijaya, a cosmetics company, uses a SWOT analysis. The goal is to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that affect employee performance and formulate the right performance improvement strategy. A descriptive qualitative method with a single case study design was used, involving all 28 CV employees. Asanka Wijaya as a census sample. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach supported by quantitative data through SWOT Analysis, including IFAS and EFAS matrices. The results of the analysis show that the company's internal conditions are in the strong category (IFAS score 3.20), and the external environment offers greater opportunities than threats (EFAS score 3.20). The SWOT quadrant position position places CV. Asanka Wijaya in Quadrant I, indicates dominant internal strength and great external opportunities. Therefore, an aggressive strategy is recommended, focusing on optimizing employee performance, competence, and loyalty to expand the market and increase competitiveness, while also addressing existing internal weaknesses. This research is expected to provide strategic recommendations to optimize the potential of human resources in CV. Asanka Wijaya. Keywords: Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats, SWOT Analysis Abstrak Penelitian ini menganalisis kinerja karyawan di CV. Asanka Wijaya, sebuah perusahaan kosmetik, menggunakan analisis SWOT. Tujuannya adalah mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang memengaruhi kinerja karyawan serta merumuskan strategi peningkatan kinerja yang tepat. Metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus tunggal digunakan, melibatkan seluruh 28 karyawan CV. Asanka Wijaya sebagai sampel sensus. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang didukung data kuantitatif melalui Analisis SWOT, termasuk matriks IFAS dan EFAS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kondisi internal perusahaan berada pada kategori kuat (skor IFAS 3,20), dan lingkungan eksternal menawarkan peluang lebih besar daripada ancaman (skor EFAS 3,20). Penentuan posisi kuadran SWOT menempatkan CV. Asanka Wijaya pada Kuadran I, mengindikasikan kekuatan internal dominan dan peluang eksternal yang besar. Oleh karena itu, strategi agresif direkomendasikan, dengan fokus pada pengoptimalan kinerja, kompetensi, dan loyalitas karyawan untuk memperluas pasar serta meningkatkan daya saing, sambil juga mengatasi kelemahan internal yang ada. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk mengoptimalkan potensi sumber daya manusia di CV. Asanka Wijaya. Abstract

ABSTRACT Education is a fundamental sector in determining the quality of a nation's human resources, where teacher governance is a crucial instrument to realize learning goals to the maximum. This study aims to analyze how the application of SWOT analysis in Human Resource Management (HRDM) can be used as a strategy to improve teacher performance and loyalty in one of the private schools in the city of Bandung. Using a quantitative descriptive method, this study evaluates organizational strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats through data collected from 10 teacher respondents through Likert scale questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The results of the internal factor evaluation (IFAS) showed a score of 3.55 which placed the school management in a strong classification, supported by teacher competence and high work commitment. Meanwhile, the external factor evaluation (EFAS) resulted in a score of 3.60, which indicates the organization's effectiveness in aligning strategies with opportunities such as government support and technological advancements. Based on the internal coordinate value of 0.85 and external coordinates of 1.20, the institution is in Quadrant I (S-O) which recommends the implementation of aggressive strategies or growth orientation. Through this strategy, the organization is expected to be able to utilize the professional capabilities of teachers to exploit external opportunities expansively to secure loyalty and improve the performance of educators in a sustainable manner. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan pelatih di Bandung Archery Club & School menggunakan analisis SWOT. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik sensus pada 9 pelatih, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis IFAS menunjukkan skor 3,28, dengan kekuatan utama pada kompetensi teknis dan disiplin pelatih, namun masih lemah dalam penggunaan teknologi pelatihan. Analisis EFAS menghasilkan skor 3,55, didorong oleh peluang sertifikasi profesional dan minat publik yang tinggi, meskipun terdapat ancaman persaingan ketat dan fasilitas yang terbatas. Disimpulkan bahwa organisasi berada di Kuadran I (Agresif), sehingga direkomendasikan untuk menerapkan strategi pertumbuhan (SO). Langkah strategis utama meliputi digitalisasi analisis kinerja atlet dan standardisasi kompetensi melalui lisensi profesional untuk mengoptimalkan potensi pasar yang tersedia. Kata kunci: Analisis SWOT, pengembangan pelatih, manajemen strategis.

Abstract

Abstract In an era of globalization and digitalization that continues to develop, companies need to have employees who are able and can adapt to change. The role of employees, especially in marketing, is very important because they are an important driver in creating added value and maintaining the company's image in the eyes of customers. In recent years, EIGER Adventure has experienced changes in increasingly complex business dynamics, especially in the marketing division which serves as the front line in maintaining the company's good name in the midst of increasingly fierce competition in the outdoor retail industry. What can be seen is a mismatch between the targets set by the company and the real work of some marketing employees. This study uses a quantitative design with a survey approach, because this design allows researchers to test the relationships between variables objectively and measurably. The research method used is a survey method with a questionnaire as the main instrument. Leadership Style has a significant effect on the Performance of Eiger Adventure Marketing Division Employees, Work Environment has a significant effect on Eiger Adventure Marketing Division Employee Performance, Work Discipline has a significant effect on Eiger Adventure Marketing Division Employee Performance. So that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. This means that Leadership Style (X1), Work Environment (X2) and Work Discipline (X3) together (simultaneously) have a significant positive effect on the Performance of Eiger Adventure Marketing Division Employees.
