Abstract

The scope of this research is a study of the effect of implementing management functions on employee performance at SMK Nazhatut Thullab Prajjan Camplong, Sampang Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the implementation of management functions on employee performance at SMK Nazhatut Thullab Prajjan Camplong, Sampang Regency. The research method used is simple linear regression analysis. The results can be concluded that implementing management functions positively affects employee performance. The diversity of variables in implementing management functions can be explained by employee performance variables, while the rest is influenced by other variables not mentioned in the model. The implications of the results of the study are then to improve employee performance, it is necessary to enhance the application of effective and efficient management functions at SMK Nazhatut Thullab Prajjan Camplong Region Sampang.

Abstract

The high level of violations in the use of social media and the lack of public knowledge about ethical and responsible information creates several problems in information and communication. In this case, the communication and informatics department of Sampang Regency plays a role in creating ethical and responsible information. Based on this, the researcher wants to research the role of the communication and informatics department in creating ethical and responsible information in the Sampang Regency. This study aims to determine the role of the communication and informatics office in creating ethical and responsible information and the factors that influence the role of the communication and informatics office in creating ethical and responsible information in the Sampang Regency. This study uses the concept of role theory, which explains several indicators such as informants, facilitators, and mediators. Based on the research, it can be seen that the role of the communication and informatics department in creating ethical and responsible information in Sampang Regency is still not maximized. Furthermore, the influencing factors are communication, resources, facilities, funds, and budget.

Abstract

Islam merupakan agama yang memperhatikan kesejahteraan umatnya, dalam mewujudkan kesejahteraan Islam telah menunjuk seorang pemimpin yang harus bertanggung jawab untuk kesejahteraan rakyatnya. Di Indonesia kewajiban pemerintah dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan sudah dilaksanakan berdasarkan pasal 1 ayat (9) UU No.11 Tahun 2009. Dalam hal mengakses bantuan, salah satu perilaku yang kerap terjadi di masyarakat yaitu terlalu mengharapkan bantuan yang diberikan oleh pemerintah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif naratif dengan menggabungkan field research dan library research. Dalam pengambilan data, peneliti menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, serta pendekatan tafsir. Peneliti menemukan beberapa faktor penyebab terjadinya perilaku ketergantungan terhadap bantuan PKH diantaranya; menyatakan PKH merupakan bantuan dari negara, tidak mempunyai pekerjaan dan tidak berpenghasilan, tidak mau bekerja, sangat mengharapkan bantuan serta meminta dilebihkan nominal bantuan. Faktor tersebut merepresentasikan perilaku ketergantungan yang terdapat dalam surat an-Nahl ayat 53-55. Dalam penafsirannya, jika perilaku tersebut dilakukan secara terus menerus, akibat yang didapat bukan hanya terhadap individu tetapi juga kelompok. Dimana tujuan utama negara memberikan bantuan untuk mengentaskan kemiskinan akan bergeser arah, menghadapkan pada kekufuran yang sesungguhnya dan akan tetap berada lingkaran kemiskinan.

Abstract

Catfish is a type of fish commodity that is widely cultivated in Indonesia, especially in Sampang district. Based on the results of interviews that researchers conducted with the owner of Sumber Rezeki Catfish Farming, Mr. Moch Yusron S.Pi., the researchers came to conclusions regarding the risk problem in cultivating catfish. Based on this problem, steps have been prepared to overcome the risks in cultivating catfish by business owners. From the discussion above, the author aims to describe the business risks and business risk mitigation that occur in the Sumber Rejeki catfish cultivation business which is located in the Gunung Sekar sub-district, Sampang district, so that from the research objectives that have been set, the researcher will look for more in-depth information using the method. descriptive qualitative research. The data analysis technique used by researchers is an interactive model starting from the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and finally drawing conclusions.  The results of this research are to describe the business risks and mitigate the business risks of Sumber Rezeki Catfish Cultivation MSMEs in Gunung Sekar sub-district, Sampang district.
