Abstract

This research is about the web-based evaluation of teacher performance at SMK Negeri Tabukan Utara. The method used in this research is the research and development (R&D) method. The research and development method is the steps in implementing research and development strategies that are carried out to produce certain products and to test the effectiveness of these products. The software development model used is a rational unified process (RUP). The RUP development model was chosen because this model can be adaptive and adapted to the needs of the information system development process. The RUP model is divided into four stages, namely: inception, elaboration, construction, and transition stages.

Abstract

Teachers are dissatisfied with their colleagues or work teams at school. Objective research looks at the influence of principal leadership, work teams, and work motivation on the satisfaction of Work Teachers. Method study approaches quantitatively. Results study show There is an influence of direct leadership head school to motivation Work Teachers. There is influence direct leadership head school to satisfaction Work Teacher. There is influence leadership head schools indirectly affect job satisfaction through teacher work motivation. There is an influence team directly on teacher work motivation. There is a direct influence on the work team teacher job satisfaction. There is an indirect influence of work teams on teacher job satisfaction through work motivation. There is an influence of work motivation on teacher job satisfaction. The research conclusion is that there is a direct and indirect relationship between school principal leadership, work teams, and work motivation satisfaction among Work Teachers.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the management of student's character education at SMAN 2 Tondano. This study applied a qualitative approach. The data-collecting techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data collected from that technique were analyzed by using data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study reveal that the implementation of character education in SMAN 2 Tondano has been integrated into school activity in three main forms: (1) combine with learning activities, (2) combine with extracurricular activities, (3) combine with cultivation and making people accustomed. The management of student character education in PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOL 2 Tondano students consists of (1) the planning of character education; (2) the organization of character education; (3) the implementation of character education; and (4) the supervision of character education.

Abstract

This study aims to study the influence of giving awards on the performance of honorary teachers in senior secondary schools (SMA). This study uses a quantitative approach. The research population was all honorary teachers in eight high schools in Raja Ampat Regency, totaling 146 people. 59 people from the total population were selected as samples using simple random sampling techniques with the Taro Yaname and Slovin formula. Data collection uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The research results show that the performance of honorary teachers is influenced by the awards they receive. Giving awards to honorary teachers has a significant effect on their performance, namely: (1) increased responsibility in carrying out tasks, (2) willingness to work beyond predetermined work standards, (3 ) high enthusiasm and effort to complete tasks well, and (4) willingness and the ability to carry out administrative and teaching tasks.
