Abstract

Occupational safety is an important part of the implementation of construction projects, where occupational safety requires the same attention to quality, time and cost. Management must develop a safety work program and undertake to execute the program in order to create safety on the project site. Therefore, the identification of the primary key is required for the implementation of K3 during the pandemic. The research data was obtained through a survey of questionnaires distributed to the workers of the construction project of the Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya Campus II building and the analysis of the data was carried out in a descriptive way. Based on the results of the mean and standard deviation analysis, the results obtained are the dominant OSH factors during the pandemic in the Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya Campus II building construction project, namely (1) K3 Regulations and Procedures, (2) Employee participation, and (3) Employee communication.

Abstract

Risk is the combination of the likelihood of a hazardous event or exposure with the severity of injury or impairment to health caused by the event or exposure. Every activity carries a risk of success or failure. The purpose of this study is to identify the construction and determine the assessment for each work item. The results of the hazard identification process that can occur include dehydration / heat exhaustion; back pain; inhalation of dust / cement; errors in lifting, shifting, and moving; inhalation of paint and thinner odors; exposed to sharp objects. By combining opportunities and consequences, the work items with the highest risk of hazards are mechanical electrical plumbing with 24 risks, the second highest risks are structural and architectural work with 14 risks each, and the lowest risk level is in preparation work with 3 risks.

Abstract

In some development projects, finishing the work inside a restricted time is normal. This can never again be kept away from after the utilization of labor with is presently not equally. CPM (Critical Path Method) is a critical path the that intends to decide project arranging and time estimates that are deterministic/positive. Poin of investigation utilizing this method is to decide the time and cost of the undertaking and figure out what activities are remembered for the fundamental activities. Project arranging helps show the relationship of every development to various activities and normal assignments, recognizes which connections ought to come first among activities, and shows pragmatic time measures for each activity. Time control made no difference and the rescheduling results acquired for Development project the CPM (Critical Path Method) strategy were gotten in 300 days as per the underlying term of work.

Abstract

Advances in technology and science are anticipated to deal with the constraints associated with increasing the amount and quality of road construction, as well as road maintenance. Therefore, a construction technology for highway pavement layers that has been successfully developed in Germany since the 1960s, known as SMA S (Split Mastic Asphalt / Stone Matrix Asphalt with added Cellulose). This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect on the use of coconut fiber as a cellulose fiber additive in SMA (Split Mastic Asphalt / Stone Matrix Asphalt) type SMA mixtures. Determine the value of the Optimum Coconut Fiber Addition Rate and the value of the Marshall characteristics of the Stone Matrix Asphalt (SMA) mixture - Coarse using ex aggregate. Merak with varying levels of 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3%, 0.4%, and 0.5% The results of the research on the durability parameters of the Stone Matrix Asphalt (SMA) - Coarse mixture using the immersion test characteristic method for the Optimum Coconut Fiber Addition Level, the stability value decreases when it has been through immersion for 24 hours.

Abstract

Salah satu proyek sedang dilaksanakan dari bulan 15 Februari 2023 hingga 31 Desember 2023 yaitu Proyek Preservasi Jalan Pulang Pisau - Bts. Kapuas - Bts. Prov.

Abstract

Project planning in construction requires a high level of accuracy in calculating work volumes, cost estimation, and scheduling. Even minor errors in these stages can lead to budget inefficiencies and schedule delays. This study compares the calculation of volumes, costs, and project duration using conventional methods and Building Information Modeling (BIM) in the construction project of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) building at RSUD Pulang Pisau, Central Kalimantan, Indonesia. The conventional approach relies on 2D drawings and manual calculations, while the BIM approach integrates 3D modeling using Autodesk Revit and cost estimation using Excel RAB V.1.1, based on AHSP (Analisis Harga Satuan Pekerjaan), the Indonesian Standard for Unit Price Analysis. The BIM model was developed based on As-Built Drawings. The results show differences in volume calculations for several work items, influenced by the level of model detail and the calculation method applied. BIM-based volume takeoff is derived from actual geometric shapes, including detailed building components. Cost estimation through BIM resulted in a lower total value, showing a 3.78% cost efficiency compared to existing project data. The BIM-based schedule maintained the same total duration of 20 weeks as shown in the S-curve, but was enhanced with more structured and visualized progress tracking. This study highlights the differences in results and the technical factors influencing volume accuracy, cost efficiency, and time visualization between the two project planning approaches.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of 3D, 4D, and 5D Building Information Modeling (BIM) in the construction project of the Dodik Latpur Mosque in Amborawang, East Kalimantan. The method used is a quantitative approach with data analysis using Graphisoft ArchiCAD, CYPE Open BIM Quantities, and Microsoft Project software. The results of the study indicate that the application of BIM significantly improves the accuracy of planning and cost estimation, with the Cost Estimate (RAB) calculated at Rp. 2,180,960,541.24, showing a difference of 2.54% compared to the conventional method. Additionally, the project duration was reduced by 14 days, with a total time of 168 days. The study concludes that BIM integration not only improves accuracy and efficiency in project management but also strengthens collaboration among stakeholders. These findings are expected to make a significant contribution to the adoption of BIM technology in the Indonesian construction industry.
