Abstract

ABSTRACTGymnastics is a sport that is known by the public. The form of socialization is very important to popularize and introduce gymnastics. The Puspitasari women's group in RW 03 Sampangan city of Semarang is one of the many RW that hold gymnastics but only aerobics is done, because of that the elderly are less enthusiastic about participating in activities even though they want gymnastics that are suitable for the elderly. The solution offered is to provide elderly exercise training for the Puspitasari elderly women group in RW 03 Sampangan. The resulting output is that the elderly can exercise according to their age characteristics with elderly exercise. The PKM activities carried out by the UPGRIS community service team for the women's group Puspitasari RW 03 Sampangan Semarang used lecture methods, demonstrations and independent practice, besides that gymnastic simulations were also held. The result of this service is an increase in the knowledge and skills of the elderly women's group about elderly gymnastics, besides that it has an impact on the interest in elderly gymnastics for the women's group puspitasari RW 03 Sampangan Semarang. Gymnastics according to the age characteristics of the elderlyABSTRAKSenam merupakan olahraga yang dikenal oleh masyarakat. Bentuk sosialisasi sangat penting untuk memasyarakatkan dan mengenalkan olahraga senam. Kelompok wanita Puspitasari di RW 03 Sampangan kota Semarang merupakan salah satu dari sekian banyak RW yang mengadakan senam tetapi hanya senam aerobik yang dilakukan, karena itu para lansia kurang    antusias untuk mengikuti kegiatan padahal mereka menginginkan senam yang cocok bagi lansia. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah memberikan pelatihan senam lansia untuk kelompok wanita  lansia Puspitasari di RW 03 Sampangan. Luaran yang dihasilkan adalah para lansia dapat berolahraga sesuai dengan karakteristik umur dengan senam lansia. Kegiatan PKM yang dilakukan tim pengabdian UPGRIS pada kelompok wanita Puspitasari  RW 03 Sampangan Semarang ini menggunakan metode ceramah, demonstrasi dan praktek mandiri, disamping  itu juga diadakan simulasi senam. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah bertambahnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan kelompok wanita lansia tentang olahraga senam lansia, di samping itu berdampak pada minat olahraga senam lansia kelompok wanita puspitasari RW 03 Sampangan Semarang. Senam sesuai dengan karakteristik umur lansia.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the need for a new learning model with different and engaging learning media, particularly in javelin throwing education. The aim of this research is to create an Android-based learning media for javelin throw. The method in this research is Research and Development (R&D). The subjects and location of this research are 11th-grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Bantarbolang, Pemalang Regency. In the small-scale research, the sample consists of 21 11th-grade students, while in the large-scale research, the sample consists of 272 11th-grade students. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire as the instrument. The quantitative data analysis technique in this research utilizes descriptive statistical analysis. The final validation results from media experts indicate that all aspects are rated as "Good" with a score of 78%. Meanwhile, the final validation from subject matter experts indicates that all aspects are rated as "Excellent" with a score of 82%. According to the data analysis results in the small-scale trial, the percentage obtained is 86.17%.

Abstract

While futsal is a pre dominant anaerobic endurance sport. Problem research of how the anaerobic endurance ability o extracurricular participants at the Semarang Indonesia Institute High School. The purpose of this study was to determine the anaerobic endurance of extracurricular participants at the Semarang Indonesia Institute High School.This research method uses a descriptive qualitative survey research design. The sample consisted of 16 male students participating in the extracurricular at the Semarang Indonesia Institute High School. The research instrument used the RAST (Running Anaerobic Sprint Test).The result of the study are based on the RAST Test. The test result show that the sample that has an index of fatigue is said to be tired as many as 12 samples (75%) while the samples that have said to be tired are as many as 4 samples (25%). An athlete’s physical condition can be predicted using the right test instrument.Based on data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the fatigur index an anaerobic endurance ability of futsal extracurricular participants at the Indonesia Institute of High School Semarang is tired. Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini karena faktor penurunan prestasi kejuaraan futsal di SMA Institut Indonesia Semarang. Maksud penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu atlet dalam meningkatkan akurasi shooting melalui modifikasi permainan tembak sasaran menggunakan wheels target dan dart target pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler futsal siswa SMA Institut Indonesia Semarang. Di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental yaitu menggunakan desain penelitian Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji-t. Sampel didapat dengan cara sampel jenuh dengan total 15 siswa. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas disimpulkan data berdistribusi normal dan homogen maka berlanjut dengan uji-t menggunakan uji paired sample test pada data pretest dan data posttest diperoleh bahwa terdapat pengaruh perbedaan rata - rata menggunakan wheels target dibandingkan dengan dart target. Pada uji independent t test diperoleh bahwa nilai rata – rata akurasi shooting menggunakan wheels target lebih baik dibandingkan dengan menggunakan media dart target. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut disimpulkan bahwa didapati perbedaan akurasi shooting dengan wheels target lebih baik dari dart target pada siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Institut Indonesia Semarang

Abstract

Early childhood mass is a very important mass for children in the process of increasing physical growth and motor development. Increased physical growth can be done by fulfilling nutrition in children, while motor development can be improved by doing movement activities. Early childhood is accustomed to doing motor movements, both fine motor and gross motor so that the muscles can work properly. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data in this study were obtained using the observation method of children aged 5-6 years at PAUD Cita Nanda. Data is the result of the achievement of children's physical-motor development. The sample in the study was early childhood in Kindergarten B which amounted to 12 (twelve) children. Based on the results of data from the research subjects, it can be seen that the development of gross motor fine motor children has developed very well, this can be seen from the coordination of the movements performed. In terms of healthy living behavior, children have made it a habit to live clean and healthy. The physical-motor development of children aged 5-6 years has developed very well, this can be seen from the development of gross motor and fine motor of children who are well coordinated, and children's healthy living behavior is as expected, so that children have healthy living behavior habits.

Abstract

Bulutangkis merupakan cabang olahraga yang cukup membanggakan dan sudah mendapat tempat dihati masyarakat Indonesia. Berkat prestasi para atlet di tingkat dunia, Indonesia cukup diunggulkan. Para atlet dituntut untuk berlatih secara teratur, sistematis dan berkesinambungan. Selain itu juga harus memperhatikan aspek-aspek latihan yang meliputi : teknik, taktik, mental, fisik. Pada permainan bulutangkis salah satu aspek fisik yang utama adalah agility (kelincahan) karena para pemain bulutangkis di tuntut untuk melakukan perpindahan badan secara cepat dan tepat untuk dapat menguasai lapangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui latihan four cone drill untuk meningkatkan agility pemain bulutangkis PB Natura Klaten.  Dari hasil uji t menunjukkan  hasil yang signifikan sehingga Ha diterima. Latihan four cone drill merupakan salah satu latihan yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan agility pemain. Dari hasil pre test yang telah di lakukan mendapatkan hasil rata-rata agility atlet di angka 9.45 detik dengan catatan waktu tercepat adalah 9.45 detik dan waktu terlama adalah 10.80 detik.  Hasil dari posttest yang telah terlaksana mendapatkan hasil rata-rata 8.23 detik, dengan catatan waktu tercepat 8.23 detik dan waktu terlama 9.88 detik. Dengan hasil demikian membuktikan bahwa perlakuan yang diberikan kepada atlet yaitu latihan four cone drill berpengaruh secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan agility pemain.

Abstract

Three point shoot is a three point shot technique. These shots are usually only taken outside the line which is worth three points. At the time of initial observation, the position of the student's knees were too forward which made the body movements when shooting unbalanced and the movements were ineffective so that the ball did not reach the hoop and go in. This is what often happens, a cause of errors that are often not seen by coaches who are too focused on hand movements. therefore the researcher wants to develop a tool for three point shooting practice. The purpose of this research is to develop a shooting practice tool (three point shoot) which is used to help practice shooting techniques in basketball practice. This type of research was conducted using the "Research and Development" approach. In Research and Development research it is used to produce a three-point shooting tool called the portable knee touch. The sample in this study were extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 1 Kedungwuni 30. The instrument was in the form of questions given to respondents to fill out a questionnaire containing respondents' opinions about the portable knee touch tool to help practice three point shooting. The instrument is made with 4 answer choices consisting of point 4 which means very good, point 3 means good, point 2 means less, point 1 means very less. The results of the data obtained from research by material experts amounted to 83.33% and media experts by 80%. Large-Scale Trials, with the results of large-scale respondents of 87.36% can be categorized as appropriate for use as a three-point shooting training aid in basketball games

Abstract

Objective. The objectives of the study are to investigate the elements that impact the adoption of healthy lifestyle habits and levels of physical fitness among extracurricular students at SMP 6 Hassanudin Semarang. The research is focused on establishing the connection between healthy lifestyle habits and the level of physical fitness among students participating in extracurricular sports at SMP 6 Hassanudin Semarang. Materials and Methods. The research methodology used in this study is correlational and quantitative in nature. The study's population comprised all extracurricular members of SMP 6 Hassanudin Semarang, totaling 30 students. Total sampling was used as the sampling technique, which means the entire population was included in the sample. A questionnaire was used for the assessment of a healthy lifestyle, while the Indonesian Physical Fitness Level exam (TKJI) was used for the evaluation of physical fitness. The analysis methods employed included descriptive analysis, precondition tests, and hypothesis testing. Results. The scores for healthy lifestyle were as follows: 5 students scored very well, 17 students scored well, 6 students scored moderately, and 2 students scored poorly. In terms of physical fitness level, 7 students were classified as having a good level of fitness, 19 students as having a moderate level of fitness, and 4 students as having a poor level of fitness. The correlation coefficient (r) from the analysis is 0.649, which is higher than the critical value (r table) of 0.361, indicating a significant relationship between a healthy living pattern and the level of physical fitness. Conclusion. The results of the study show a notable connection between maintaining a healthy way of life and the level of fitness among extracurricular students at Hasanudin 6 Middle School in Semarang. Students who lead an unhealthy lifestyle should integrate regular physical exercise and other activities into their daily schedule.

Abstract

Objectives. This study utilized students from the University of PGRI Semarang who were majoring in physical education and health recreation. The study aimed to apply the Frequency, Intensity, Time, and Type (FITT) training method to design and manage physical exercise programs that would help achieve specific fitness or sports objectives. The primary focus of the study was to increase VO2 max by utilizing the FITT principle. Materials and method. The study employed a quantitative research method with a pre-experimental design, specifically a randomized controlled trial with a pretest-posttest. The research involved 160 participants and utilized the Multi Fitness Test (MFT) to measure lung capacity endurance or VO2 max. The implementation of the FITT principle treatment led to improved aerobic endurance, as evidenced by the results of the pretest and posttest. Result. The results of the paired samples test showed that the significance level is less than 0.05, indicating that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This suggests that there is a considerable impact of the FITT method on enhancing the VO2 max capacity of respondents. The study revealed an 18% increase in VO2 max capacity from the pretest to the post-test. Conclusion. The study conducted has demonstrated that implementing FITT principles in an exercise program in a systematic manner has resulted in a remarkable enhancement of VO2 max capacity. Furthermore, this model can serve as a substitute method for instructors and educators to impart knowledge and training.

Abstract

Daya tahan kardiovaskular (VO2Max) merupakan komponen penting untuk menentukan kebugaran jasmani seseorang. Sebagai mahasiswa Pendidikan Jasmani, Kesehatan, dan Rekreasi (PJKR) awal semester, sebaiknya memiliki daya tahan kardiovaskular yang baik karena akan menghadapi kuliah praktik yang banyak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui daya tahan kardiovaskular dan penyebab yang mempengaruhi daya tahan kardiovaskular mahasiswi PJKR pada salah satu Universitas di Kabupaten Landak. Mahasiswi PJKR dipilih menggunakan Teknik random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan test berupa multistage fitness test (MFT) dan wawancara dengan melibatkan 18 mahasiswi PJKR. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya tahan kardiovaskular mahasiswi PJKR dikategorikan sangat kurang. Hal ini disebabkan karena keinginan untuk berolahraga sangatlah kurang karena minimnya sarana prasarana untuk menunjang aktifitas berolahraga. Ditemukan juga bahwa pola hidup yang kurang baik menjadi penyebab kebugarannya kurang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa mahasiswi PJKR perlu meningkatkan daya tahan kardiovaskular (VO2Max) agar tidak mudah kelelahan saat melaksanakan aktifitas fisik berat. Mahasiswi PJKR sebaiknya melakukan latihan fisik seperti jogging dan senam aerobik untuk meningkatkan VO2Max. Selain itu, penting menjaga dan memperhatikan nutrisi makanan serta menjaga gaya hidup sehat  dengan lebih banyak mengkonsumsi buah dan sayuran agar daya tahan VO2Max meningkat.
