Abstract

The independent curriculum on the independent learning platform has been launched. There are not a few teachers who are not ready and have sufficient understanding to implement it, including PJOK teachers in SMA Kota Semarang where the PJOK subjects phase E (grade 10) and phase F (grades 11-12) do not yet have a flow of learning objectives and teaching modules. This PkM activity aims to provide assistance in technical guidance instilling an understanding of the independent curriculum, identifying learning outcomes, learning objectives (ATP), and Teaching Modules. The methods used are lectures, discussions, training and mentoring. Participants in the activity were PJOK SMA Semarang teachers, totaling 75 people. The results of the activity showed an increase in teacher motivation and understanding as well as the ability to develop independent curriculum teaching tools.Kurikulum merdeka dalam platform merdeka belajar telah diluncurkan. Tidak sedikit guru yang  belum siap dan memiliki pemahaman yang memadai  untuk mengimplementasikannya, termasuk juga guru PJOK di SMA Kota Semarang dimana  mata pelajaran PJOK fase E (kelas 10) dan fase F (kelas 11-12) belum tersedia alur tujuan pembelajaran dan modul ajarnya. Kegiatan PkM ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan dalam bimbingan teknik penanaman pemahaman kurikulum merdeka, mengidentifikasi capaian pembelajaran, alur tujuan pemnbelajaran (ATP), dan Modul Ajar. Metode yang digunakan ceramah, diskusi, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Peserta kegiatan adalah guru-guru PJOK SMA Kota Semarang yang berjumlah 75 orang. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi dan pemahaman serta kemampuan guru dalam menyusun perangkat ajar kurikulum merdeka.

Abstract

Abstract The ability to hit the player's smash accuracy is a determining factor in the success of badminton competition. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of the drill training method on smash accuracy using a cardboard shuttlecock target for male badminton players aged 10-14 years in PB Mutiara, Pekalongan Regency. This study used a one group pretest posttest design, with sampling carried out by sampling which was then divided into two groups using the ab-ba formula. And the data analysis technique used the normality test, homogeneity test, hypothesis test and independent t-test which were processed using the SPSS 17 application.The results of the study concluded that there was an increase in the smash accuracy in using the drill smash training method using the target cardboard suttlecock on male players aged 10-14 years of age, have an increase in the ability of smash accuracy in the training program with the drill smash training method using the target cardboard cuttlecock which is more significant during the post-test, when compared to the pre-test before doing the drill smash practice treatment using the target cardboard cuttlecock in badminton games.   Keywords: smash accuracy, shuttlecock cardboard target drill practice, badminton Abstrak Kemampuan pukulan akurasi smash pemain menjadi factor penentu dalam keberhasilan kompetisi bulutangkis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh metode latihan drill terhadap ketepatan smash menggunakan sasaran kardus shuttlecock untuk pemain bulutangkis putra usia 10-14 tahun di PB Mutiara Kabupaten Pekalongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan one group pretest posttes design, dengan pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan sampling yang kemudian dibagi menjadi dua kelompok menggunakan rumus ab-ba. Dan Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas,uji hipotesis dan indepndet t-test yang diolah mengguakan aplikasi SPSS 17. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan akurasi smash dalam menggunakan metode latihan drill smash menggunakan sasaran kardus suttlecock pada pemain putra usia 10-14 tahun, memiliki peningkatan kemampuan akurasi smash dalam program latihan dengan metode latihan drill smash menggunakan sasaran kardus suttlecock yang lebih signifikan saat post-test, jika dibandingkan pre-test sebelum melakukan treatment latihan drill smash menggunakan sasaran kardus suttlecock dalam permainan bulutangkis.   Kata kunci: akurasi smash, latihan drill sasaran kardus shuttlecock, bulutangkis

Abstract

This research is motivated by the poor performance of extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 1 Babadan, this can be seen from the lack of achievement that has not been maximized and the lack of competition in Ponorogo as well as the lack of talented seeds that make it difficult to capture the talents of students who tend to train from the start. This research is a qualitative research and aims to find out the talent development efforts of students at SMA Negeri 1 Babadan. This research uses qualitative methods and the sources of data taken are primary and secondary. Primary data is data obtained in verbal form from informants, while secondary data is sourced from student achievement documents. The research subjects used as informants in the interviews were the principal, physical education teacher, 3 high achieving students and 4 underachieving students. In accordance with the object, this research is a field research or field research. Data collection was done by preparing interview instruments for each informant.

Abstract

The background of the problem in this study is online learning which affects students 'interest in learning Physical Education during the Covid-19 pandemic, therefore there is a need for a description of the student's interest in learning Physical Education during online or School From Home (SFH). The purpose of this study was to determine the description and influence of interest in learning in taking physical education lessons using the online system for students of Class VI Elementary School in Blendung Village. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research using a direct survey method. . The samples of this research were students of SDN 1, SDN 2, and SDN 3 Blendung using the total sampling technique. The research results of the physical education learning interest survey can be seen from a questionnaire with 23 statement items and 82 respondents have the highest score of 79 and the lowest score of 53. It has a range of 26 then processed using Microsoft Excel and obtained an average of 63.36 minimum value of 51, a maximum value of 79, a standard deviation of 4.78, and a variant of 22.45, a tendency of 50% or 42 students with very high, 37% or 30 students high, 9% or 7 students low, 4% or 3 students very low. . The conclusion of this study is the tendency of student interest in learning there are 42 students or 50% have a very high tendency, 30 students, or 37% have a high tendency, 7 students, or 9% have a low tendency, 3 students, or 4% have a very low tendency. So that it can be seen that students' interest in learning Physical Education online is said to be in the very high category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Si Buyung Gymnastics in improving the manipulative skills of learners aged 6 years. The research method used was an experiment, and the sample used was 15 learners. The manipulative skill test instrument is adapted from the basic motion skills test, which is the test of catching and bouncing the ball. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, namely: (1) individuals who are willing to be subjects or permitted by parents or guardians; (2) kindergarten students; (3) 6 years old; and (4) students who are physically and spiritually healthy. Pretest and post-test data analysis techniques use paired T-test statistical techniques. The results showed that movement and song learning had an influence on improving the manipulative skills of kindergarten students; this was shown from the pretest and post-test results. The results of the statistical test T-paired pretest amounted to 16.67, while the post-test was 19.44. The paired T-test shows higher post-test results than the pretest. The results of the data analysis showed a real improvement in the students' ball-bouncing skills after being given the Si Buyung Gymnastics treatment.

Abstract

The background to this research is because there are problems, namely the lack of interest in physical activity among junior high school students in learning basketball and the lack of variety of models during learning. The aim of this research is to find out the influence of the approach to playing basketball to increase the interest in physical activity of 1st year junior high school students. The research method uses a quantitative approach and uses a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The population in this research was all students in class VIII of SMPN 1 Tahunan and the sample used was 64 students. The instrument used was a questionnaire. From the results of the questionnaire indicator for interest in physical activity for SMPN 1 Annual students, the pretest was 55.7, the posttest was 58.9, in other words, there was an increase of 5.74%. Therefore, the t test results are obtained with a sig value. 0.001 so that providing treatment using a basketball playing approach has a significant influence on increasing the interest in physical activity of 1st Annual Middle School students. The conclusion is that there is an influence of the learning model using a basketball playing approach on increasing the interest in physical activity of 1st Annual Middle School students. Suggestions for teachers are expected to be able to provide variations of games in PJOK learning to increase students' interest and enthusiasm for carrying out activities related to physical activity.

Abstract

This research was motivated by problems including the lack of arm muscle strength, arm muscle explosive power and overhead lob punches possessed by athletes aged 9-17 years in PB. Walet Pati city. The aim of the research was to determine how much influence push-up and lob drilling exercises had on increasing the accuracy of overhead lob punches in athtletes PB. Walet Pati city. Type of quantitative research with experimental methods. The research design in one group pretest-posttest design to find out the comparison tesults of the pretest and posttest after the researcher has carried out treatment for 12 meetings. Population of 20 athletes, purposive sampling. Results highest pretest with interval (36 X ≤ 53) has a frequency of 15 athletes, namely 75%. Highest posttest results with intervals (54 X ≤70) in the category (good eneugh) the frequency of 6 athletes is 30%. The lowest posttest results were in the (fair) score interval category (36 X ≤ 53) with a frequency of 14 athletes, namely 70%. Pretest score ≤posttest results. This means that there is an increase in push-up and drilling lob training on the accuracy of the overhead lob strokes of PB. Walet Pati city athletes. The results of the paired samples t-test using the SPSS application swow that the accurary of the overhead lob hit is at a significant level, namely Sig.(2-tailed) with a value of .000 meaning ≤ 0.05 so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. If Ha is accepted, it means that there is a significant influence from push-up and drilling lob training on increasing the accuracy of overhead lob strokes in athletes aged 8-17 years PB. Abstract

Health literacy, defined as the knowledge, motivation and competence to use health information to improve health and well-being, is associated with regular physical activity. However, there is little evidence on whether health literacy is also associated with motivational readiness for physical activity in the general population. The aim of this study was to investigate whether motivational readiness for leisure-time physical activity is associated with Health literacy. Analyses were based on data from 300 adolescents from cross-sectional data. Motivational readiness for leisure-time physical activity was assessed with stages of change for physical activity with a validated set of items. Health literacy was measured with the short form of the European Health Literacy Survey Questionnaire (HLS-EU-Q16) and categorized as low, medium, and high. Regression analysis was used in this study. The results showed a positive relationship between health literacy, motivation and physical activity level with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.005. High health literacy was positively associated with a more advanced phase of motivational readiness for leisure-time physical activity. Therefore, considering health literacy in interventions to increase motivation for leisure-time physical activity may be a useful approach

Abstract

As time goes by, basketball has become increasingly popular because it can be played in groups consisting of two teams of five people each. This study aims to determine the effect of Air Alert, Plyometric and Air Alert Plyometric exercises on leg muscle explosive power at SMA N 1 Pengandon. This research uses an experimental method with a Two Groups Pre-Test and Post-Test research design. Data was tested using the SPSS program. The tests carried out are normality, homogeneity and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the data analysis that has been carried out, there is a significant influence between Plyometric and Air Alert training on the explosive power ability of leg muscles in female basketball extracurricular athletes at SMA N 1 Pegandon. This is because plyometric training trains power, where power is a combination of two elements, namely speed and strength. Apart from that, there is an influence of plyometric training on the explosive power ability of leg muscles in female basketball extracurricular athletes. In this study, it was also found that Air Alert training had no effect on the explosive power ability of leg muscles in female basketball extracurricular athletes. This is because Air Alert training is the same as Plyometrics. This research shows that there is an influence on Plyometric training and a combination of Plyometric and Air Alert training on the explosive power ability of leg muscles in female basketball extracurricular athletes at SMAN 1 Pegandon.
