Abstract

Keaktifan gerak dalam pembelajaran penjas masih sangat kurang karena pembelajaran penjas monoton dan kurang menarik.Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi penerapan permainan tradisional dalam meningkatkan keaktifan gerak siswa. Desain penelitian ini adalah control group pretest-posttest design. Lokasi penelitian di SMK N 6 Semarang. Populasi penelitian adalah kelas XI SMK N 6 Semarang dengan sempel Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel cluster sampling. Instrument yang digunakakan adalah instrument keaktifan gerak yang disusun oleh Suherman (2009) dengan prosedur penelitian 6 kali pertemuan. 1 pertemuan pretest 4 kali pertemuan treatment dan 1 kali posttest. Dengan hasil penelitian menunjukan implementasi permainan tradisional berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan keaktifan gerak siswa di SMK N 6 Semarang. Setelah pemberian tretment permainan tradisional keaktifan gerak siswa nilai rata-rata keaktifan gerak siswa untuk kelompok eksperimen sebesar 13,85 dan kelompok kontrol sebesar 15,32 dimana sebelumnya pada kelompok eksperimen hanya 12,59 dan kelompok kontrol 14 32 atau meningkat 10,0% untuk klompok eksperimen dan 7,0% untuk kelompok kontrol. Melalui penerapan permainan tradisional siswa dapat melakukan keaktifan gerak yang cukup baik. Sehingga dapat di simpulkan ada peningkatan implementasi permainan tradisional untuk meningkatkan kaeaktifan gerak siswa. Kata kunci: permainan tradisional,  keaktifan gerak, penjas

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Nebraska agility drill training on dribble agility in football games. The design in this study used a randomized pretest posttest control group design. Until this study students at SSB Semarang SSS with 18 students aged 13 years were taken by purposive sampling. The results showed there were differences between control and experimental data with a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.033 <0.05. Thus it can be concluded that there are differences in nebraska agility drill able to increase the agility of football dribbles. Keywords: Nebraska Agility Drill, Dribble Agility, footballAbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan nebraska agility drill terhadap kelincahan dribble dalam permainan sepakbola. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility (TPSR) dalam pembelajaran bola basket terhadap peningkatan sikap bertanggung jawab mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah experiment pretest posttest group design. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah cluster random sampling. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Universitas PGRI Semarang Prodi PJKR semester IV. Penelitian dilakukan dengan frekuensi satu kali per minggu selama satu semester dengan durasi setiap pertemuan 2 x 50 menit. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur tanggung jawab adalah angket harian dan angket pretes dan postes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Paired Sample Test. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa: Terdapat peningkatan skor yang signifikan dari sikap bertanggung jawab mahasiswa pada kelas yang mendapat perlakuan model pembelajaran TPSR.Kata kunci : TPSR, pembelajaran bola basket

Abstract

This study was aimed to obtain empirical data on the implementation of value education in physical education learning both in the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) and in the process of learning practiced in the field. Data were collected in two steps: first, the data will be collected on the Learning Plan (RPP) which has been prepared by the teacher of Physical Education to find the presence or absence of content value education in which the data analysis performed on 100 sample RPP shows that there is 100% . The second step was to deepen the understanding of teachers about the value of education taught to learners and observation of the implementation of value education in the learning process. Of the 100% RPP that contained educational or character values, however only 65% or 13 out of 20 teachers were taken at random, applying the educational value in the learning, 35% did not apply. Of the 65% of teachers applying only 5 teachers  applied the educational values from the opening, main activities and closing activities, 8 teachers only applied from the opening and closing only in the form of prayer and advice to the students.

Abstract

Some of the beginner athletes in UKM of court tennis in UPGRIS conduct swing on the forehand, striking slightly. Some when swinging with entirely straight arms, some are slightly bent. The study aims to investigate the differences between elbow extension and elbow flexion toward the accuracy level of forehand striking of court tennis. This research method uses a comparative design. The sample of this study is the tennis players of the students in PGRI University Semarang; the total is 7 people. The Hewitt Tennis Achievement Test is used for forehand striking instruments and dartfish software to determine the differences between the elbow movements and the analysis. An Independent t-test is used to find out the differences of the striking accuracy result. The results show the significant differences between elbow extension and elbow flexion with an average score of 22 and 63, with the significance value of a difference of 0.001. The conclusion is elbow flexion movement in the forwardswing step is better than elbow extension movement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui hasil kelayakan aplikasi pencak silat dari para validator ahli 2) mengetahui efektifitas aplikasi pencak silat terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (Rnd) dengan menggunakan model ADDIEyaitu, analysis(menganalisis permasalahan belum menggunakan media pembelajaran secara optimal pada mata pelajaran PJOK materi pencak silat), design(pembuatan desain media aplikasi pencak silat berbasis pc dan android ), development (dua tahapan yaitu pertama penggunaan VB 6.0 dan SAC 3, kedua pembuatan instrumen validator ahli untuk lembar kelayakan produk aplikasi pc dan android), implemantation(pelaksanaan pengujian yang akan dikembangkan sebuah produk aplikasi pc dan android apakah layak atau tidak), dan evaluation(mengevaluasi hasil produk aplikasi pc dan android yang sudah dikembangkan dan dapat dinilai kualitasnya). Untuk hasil kelayakan dari validator ahli memperoleh skor 34 maka disimpulkan “layak” sebagai media pembelajaran PJOK materi pencak silat. Kemudian hasil penelitian kepada 30 siswa perwakilan tiga kelas pengujian yang terakhir dari seluruh kelas mendapatkan rata-rata nilai sebelum (pre-test) 7.6 dan sesudah (pos-test) 8.73 maka dapat disimpulkan hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the perceptions of physical education teachers towards courageous learning in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic at Public High Schools in Jepara Regency. There are also benefits, namely as an evaluation material for the knowledge of Physical Education teachers in SMA Negeri Jepara Regency. This research is a quantitative study using descriptive methods (Descriptive Research). The data of this study were sourced from the results of a survey on filling out a questionnaire by 28 Physical Education teachers in SMA Negeri Jepara Regency, in this case the teacher became a research. The data collected individually is descriptive based so that it does not seek explanations, hypotheses, make predictions, or learn implications. The results of this study indicate that the perceptions of Physical Education teachers towards courageous learning in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic at Public High Schools throughout Jepara Regency are in the "very unsupporting" category by 18% (5 teachers), the "unsupporting" category is 43% (12 teachers), the "supporting" category was 25% (7 teachers), the "very supportive" category was 14% (4 teachers). So it can be concluded that the perception of sports Physical Education teachers towards online learning in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic at SMA Negeri Jepara Regency is in the "unsupported" category. Suggestions for other researchers would be better if you use open questionnaires or interviews, respondents are more directly and carefully monitored at the time of data collection, so that the resulting data is more valid and for further researchers to use further instruments in this study     Keywords: Physical education teacher responses, online learning, Covid-19 Abstrak Tujuan peneletian ini untuk mengetahui persepsi guru pendidikan jasmani terhadap pembelajaran daring di tengah pandemi covid-19 pada SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Jepara. Ada juga manfaatnya yaitu Sebagai bahan evaluasi terutama bagi pengetahuan para guru penjasorkes di SMA Negeri Se Kabupaten Jepara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif (Descriptive Research). Data penelitian ini bersumber dari hasil survey pengisian angket oleh 28 guru penjas di SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Jepara, dalam hal ini guru tersebut menjadi responden penelitian. Data yang dikumpulkan semata-mata bersifat deskriptif sehingga tidak bermaksud mencari penjelasan, menguji hipotesis, membuat prediksi, maupun mempelajari implikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi guru Pendidikan Jasmani olahraga terhadap pembelajaran daring di tengah pandemi covid-19 pada SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Jepara berada pada kategori “sangat tidak menunjang” sebesar 18% (5 guru), kategori “tidak menunjang” sebesar 43% (12 guru), kategori “menunjang” sebesar 25% (7 guru), kategori “sangat menunjang” sebesar 14% (4 guru). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi guru Pendidikan Jasmani olahraga terhadap pembelajaran daring di tengah pandemi covid-19 pada SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Jepara masuk dalam kategori “tidak menunjang”. Saran bagi peneliti lain akan lebih baik jika menggunakan angket terbuka atau wawancara, responden lebih dipantau secara langsung dan cermat pada saat pengambilan data, sehingga data yang dihasilkan lebih valid dan bagi peneliti selanjutnya agar lebih menyempurnakan instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini.   Kata kunci: Tanggapan guru penjas, pembelajaran daring, Covid-19

Abstract

This research method uses qualitative descriptive research and the method used is a survey method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The population is all students of SMP Muhammadiyah 04 Sukorejo, totaling 12 classes. The sample of this research was taken by means of purposive sampling, which consisted of 27 Boarding School students and 79 non-Boarding School students. Based on the results of this study, the activity level of students of SMP Muhammadiyah 04 Sukorejo was in the medium category, the activity level of the boarding school students at SMP Muhammadiyah 04 Sukorejo was in the medium category, the activity level of the non-boarding school students at SMP Muhammadiyah 04 Sukorejo was in the medium category, there were differences in the level of activity. boarding school students and non-boarding school students at SMP Muhammadiyah 04 Sukorejo, with a mann-whitney test score <0.05.   Keywords: Physical activity, boarding school, non boarding school, junior high school   Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Tingkat aktifitas fisik siswa boarding school dan siswa non boarding school di SMP Muhammadiyah 04 Sukorejo. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasinya adalah semua pelajar SMP Muhammadiyah 04 Sukorejo yang berjumlah 12 kelas. Sampel penelitian ini diambil dengan cara pengambilan sampel purposive sampling, yang terdiri atas 27 siswa Boarding School dan 79 siswa non Boarding School. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, tingkat aktifitas siswa SMP Muhammadiyah 04 Sukorejo pada kategori sedang, tingkat aktifitas siswa boarding school di SMP Muhammadiyah 04 Sukorejo pada kategori sedang, tingkat aktifitas siswa non-boarding school di SMP Muhammadiyah 04 Sukorejo pada kategori sedang, terdapat perbedaan tingkat aktifitas siswa boarding school dan siswa non-boarding school di SMP Muhammadiyah 04 Sukorejo, dengan nilai uji mann-whitney< 0,05.   Kata kunci :Aktifitas fisik, Boarding school, non Boarding school, SMP

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem in this study, namely weak hand muscle strength, muscle endurance and balance to shooting games, some UPGRIS students take part in Petanque UKM, some of them are students who have hand muscle strength, muscle endurance in throwing something is lacking and so is the balance of the body. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of hand muscle strength, muscle endurance and balance on the accuracy of shooting games at UKM Petanque UPGRIS and to determine the causes of the lack of accuracy in the shooting game Petanque. The method used is quantitative research methods with the type of research model True-Experimental Design Pre-test Post-test Two Group design. The population and sample in this study were 10 petanque athletes at the PGRI University of Semarang. This sampling technique uses total sampling. The method of data analysis used paired sample test with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that there was an effect of hand muscle strength training, muscle endurance and balance on the accuracy of shooting game Petanque which was expressed through the results of hypothesis testing with paired sample t-test with count = -7.571 and t-table = 2.777. Then t_count> t-table so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, while based on the significant value because the value is sig. = 0.002 with a confidence level of 95%, then Sig. > ? (0.05). So that Ho was rejected. This study concludes that there is an effect of hand muscle strength training, muscle endurance and balance on the accuracy of the Petanque shooting game at the UKM Petanque UPGRIS club. Suggestion, hand muscle strength training, muscle endurance and balance are used as training media so that they can help athletes improve shooting accuracy.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to provide knowledge and theories about gymnastics, and equip petanque game skills. The activity was carried out three times in Tlogo Hamlet, Tuntang District, Semarang Regency with a period of 3 months. The number of participants who took part in this program was 30 people. The methods used by the Service Team in providing (delivering) training materials are: (1) Lectures, (2) Questions and Answers, (3) Demonstrations, and (4) Practices. The outputs of this activity are: 1) Public knowledge of gymnastics skills with good and correct techniques. 2) The skills of gymnastics in Tlogo Hamlet, Tuntang District, Semarang Regency will increase motivation to continue exercising. 3) The ability to use existing land in the area of Tlogo Hamlet, Tuntang District, Semarang Regency which can be used for exercising. 4)As suggestions for this activity, among others: 1) increasing attention from the local government to build gymnastic facilities and infrastructure and 2) for residents to maintain and manage the existing facilities and infrastructure.Keyword: Gymnastics, UPGRIS, Dusun Tlogo
