Abstract

The notable surge in the adoption of Instagram as a promotional instrument by micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) underscores the criticality of evaluating the outcomes and efficacy of marketing approaches. This study underscores the criticality of Instagram social media ratios in facilitating effective consumer engagement and marketing strategies. Social media analysis employs an exploratory approach to identify variables on Instagram that will subsequently be transformed into ratios indicating whether or not they have a significant relationship. Utilizing variables including Post to Followers, Following to Followers, Image Likes to Followers, Image Comments to Followers, and Video Likes to Followers, the study's findings comprise a ratio analysis of the most active computer store Instagram account among the five accounts examined on Instagram.

Abstract

One issue with correspondence at the Batuyang Village Office is that letters still kept in the agenda book can lead to file loss if not properly filed. It takes a long time to make letter dispositions since they have to wait for the village chief. So that creating, searching for, and disposing of letters does not take too much time, a web-based program for managing correspondence can offer better and faster filing services. To address these issues, the village office implemented a web-based correspondence administration information system. The system provides officers with up-to-date data and information, facilitating the creation of both outbound and incoming letters.Admin, village head, incoming, outgoing, and letter disposition data are all part of this correspondence information system's data management capabilities. Moreover, it will be able to print disposition successor sheets, generate reports in the form of incoming and departing letters, and more based on the data. In addition, a blackbox testing scenario was used to test the system, and the results showed that all of the available menus functioned properly.

Abstract

This research explores the low financial literacy among millennials despite their dominance in the use of information technology. Various surveys show that most millennials cannot answer basic questions about finance and investment correctly, indicating an urgent need to improve financial and investment literacy. This lack of understanding of investment instruments and financial strategies negatively impacts their financial stability. Initial questionnaire results from 30 students showed that 70% felt unfamiliar with investments, while 30% felt familiar. In addition, students were most familiar with stocks (40%), followed by mutual funds (30%), cryptocurrencies (15%), and bonds (10%). The study also found that investment literacy and education activities can increase millennials' understanding and motivation to invest. Technology plays an important role in financial education, with well-designed digital learning media, such as e-books and other digital tools, significantly improving learning outcomes. Recommendations from this research include the provision of interactive and fun teaching materials that are easily accessible through digital media, covering the introduction of basic investment concepts, long-term returns, practical guidance on starting an investment, and risk management. This research emphasizes the importance of greater financial education and literacy efforts to empower millennials to manage their finances more effectively and wisely.

Abstract

In every self-service store, it is certain to have a sales transaction data, where the data will continue to grow every day. But in self-service stores the data is only a record of sales at the store. Whereas transaction data can be used as information on how consumer purchasing patterns when shopping at the store, but not all supermarkets know this. So this research aims to find information on these purchasing patterns, where to do this research using the apriori algorithm which is part of the association technique which is also part of data mining, where in its application it will calculate the support value, confindence value and will be tested using the lift ratio. And after the calculation is carried out, optimization will be carried out using the high utility itemset mining variable which will calculate the highest profit value on the product, so that based on the calculation, the final result is obtained with a support value of 85%, a confidence value of 86%, a lift ratio test of 1.01 and the high utility gets the highest result of Rp. 567,000.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital banking has increased user interaction through mobile banking apps such as BRImo (Bank Rakyat Indonesia). Google Play Store reviews provide valuable insight into app quality, but their unstructured format makes manual analysis inefficient. This study analyzes user sentiment toward BRImo and compares the performance of Support Vector Machine (SVM) and K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) for sentiment classification. Reviews were collected using Google Play Scraper from May 2024 to May 2025, yielding 15,945 raw reviews. After cleaning (removing duplicates, symbols, links, emojis) and language filtering, 15,233 valid reviews remained. Sentiment labels were generated using two lexicon-based methods: INSET and VADER. Using INSET, the data consisted of 6,238 positive, 4,987 negative, and 4,383 neutral reviews, producing 11,225 reviews for modeling. Using VADER, 10,496 positive, 2,903 negative, and 1,834 neutral reviews were obtained, totaling 13,399 reviews. Datasets were split into 80% training and 20% testing with stratified sampling. Features were extracted using TF-IDF unigrams. Classification was performed using linear SVM and KNN, with the optimal K=3 selected via Grid Search. Models were evaluated using 5-fold cross-validation, reporting mean accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score (macro-average for INSET; weighted-average for VADER due to class imbalance). Results show SVM consistently outperforms KNN, achieving 98.36% mean accuracy and 98.34% mean F1-score on INSET, and 95.59% mean accuracy and 95.56% mean F1-score on VADER. Overall, BRImo user sentiment is predominantly positive, and findings can guide developers in improving app stability and quality

Abstract

Healthcare services in Indonesia currently need to be improved given Indonesia's dense population, which results in patient queues at health service facilities. This is due to several factors, one of which is the manual processing of health data, as is the case at the Sidhi Sai Pratama Clinic. This research aims to improve healthcare services and provide easy access to information for both clinic staff and patients. The stages of this research method are needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. In the needs analysis stage, data was collected through direct observation and interviews with one of the clinic staff. The system design stage was carried out by creating a system flowchart and database model required to ensure the clinic's needs for the system were met. The results of the study showed that the system can run effectively in terms of managing patient data, patient medical records, and managing medication data. Based on the results of testing using the black box testing method, all features in the system are functioning well according to the objectives. With this system, it is hoped that the problem of patient queues can be overcome by providing effective and efficient healthcare services

Abstract

This study aims to analyze public sentiment towards the Free Nutritious Meals Program (MBG) launched by the government, utilizing data from the X (Twitter) platform using the Naïve Bayes method. The background of this study is based on the high level of public attention towards the MBG program, which targets school children, toddlers, pregnant women, and nursing mothers, as well as the prevalence of diverse opinions on social media. Data was collected through a crawling process during the period of April 28 to May 28, 2025, using keywords related to MBG, resulting in 12,310 tweets. The data processing stages included text preprocessing (cleansing, case folding, tokenizing, filtering, stemming), word weighting with TF-IDF, training and test data division, and testing using a confusion matrix. The results show that the Naïve Bayes method is capable of classifying sentiment into three categories: positive, negative, and neutral, with optimal performance on an 80:20 data split, resulting in an accuracy of 86.78%, precision of 86.86%, recall of 86.78%, and an F1-score of 86.58%. The majority of public sentiment towards the MBG program was positive, reflecting support for the program's benefits in improving the nutrition of school children and alleviating the economic burden on families. This study is expected to serve as a reference for the government in evaluating public policy and communication strategies, as well as contributing academically to the development of text mining and sentiment analysis studies on social media.
