Abstract

Knowledge management merupakan satu pendekatan yang bertumpu pada pemahaman bahwa tugas organisasi, dalam hal ini organisasi sekolah, adalah memahami dengan baik bagaimana dan kapan penciptaan pengetahuan harus didukung, bagaimana menggunakan akumulasi pengetahuan yang sudah tercipta sehingga pengetahuan tersebut dapat meningkatkan produktifitas.Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan studi literature, dimana objek penelitian ini adalah bagaimana knowladge manajemen sistem terhadap santri di pesantren tebuireng jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dari jurnal/artikel, buku teks dan priodical. Analisis data dilakukan dengan membaca, mengumpulkan, mengutip, menyimpulkan dan menginterprestasikan hasil yang diperoleh.Pesantren Tebuireng merupakan salah satu pesantren tertua dan paling berpengaruh di Indonesia. Sebagai pesantren besar, cakupan pengetahuan atau ilmu yang diajarkan di Pesantren Tebuireng cukup luas dan komprehensif. Berikut adalah bidang-bidang ilmu yang umumnya dipelajari di Pesantren Tebuireng: 1. Ilmu Agama Islam: Al-Qur''an dan Tafsir, Hadits dan Ilmu Hadits, Aqidah dan Tauhid, Fiqih atau Hukum Islam, Akhlak dan Tasawuf, Sejarah Islam 2. Bahasa Arab: Nahwu (Tata Bahasa Arab), Sharaf (Morfologi Arab), Balaghah (Retorika Arab), Kemahiran membaca, menulis, dan berbicara Bahasa Arab 3. Ilmu-ilmu Keislaman Klasik (Dirasah Islamiyah): ushul Fiqih, Ilmu Kalam (Teologi Islam), Mantiq (Logika), Falak (Astronomi Islam) 4. Ilmu-ilmu Umum: Matematika, Sejarah, Geografi, Bahasa Indonesia atau Bahasa Daerah 5. Keterampilan dan Keilmuan Lainnya: Khitobah (Pidato), Qiro''ah (Seni Baca Al-Qur''an),Peimplimentasian KMS di Pesantren Tebuireng melibatkan berbagai aspek, seperti identifikasi sumber-sumber pengetahuan, pengembangan infrastruktur teknologi informasi yang mendukung, pelatihan sumber daya manusia, serta pembuatan kebijakan dan prosedur yang mengatur pengelolaan pengetahuan seperti menerapakan atau mangajarkan terhadap santri ilmu agama, bahasa arab, ilmu-ilmu keislaman klasik, ilmu-ilmu umum dan Keterampilan dan Keilmuan Lainnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi kontribusi program wisata halal dalam mendorong kewirausahaan lokal di lombok, sebagai upaya transformasi pariwisata dan perekonomian daerah.  Metode penelitian yang diterapkan dalam studi ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif berbasis studi kepustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengakses informasi dari berbagai sumber, seperti buku, artikel jurnal, internet, dan tulisan lain yang relevan dengan tinjauan pustaka.penelitian ini memaparkan bagaimana implementasi wisata halal menciptakan peluang usaha bagi masyarakat lokal, seperti kuliner halal, akomodasi ramah muslim, dan kerajinan khas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wisata halal tidak hanya meningkatkan pendapatan daerah, tetapi juga menciptakan lapangan kerja dan mendukung diversifikasi ekonomi berbasis nilai-nilai syariah. Selain itu, integrasi tradisi lokal, seperti bau nyale dan kerajinan tenun, memperkuat daya tarik lombok sebagai destinasi global yang ramah bagi wisatawan muslim. Program ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap perekonomian lokal sekaligus memperkokoh lombok sebagai model pariwisata halal yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the implications of moral education from Surah Al-Hujurat verses 11-13 for the younger generation who tend to lack manners and etiquette. The research method used is a literature study with a content analysis approach, which highlights the concept of moral education through interpretation of the Al-Qur'an. The findings show that the letter emphasizes the importance of respect, not having prejudice, and increasing piety. The implication is the importance of moral education today, where educators have a key role in transferring Islamic values to students, so that through example, advice and habituation, they can form noble morals. Future studies are expected to explore the adaptation of behavior to developments over time, which could provide better insight into responding to the needs of modern Muslim societies.

Abstract

The 2024 General Election shows the politicization of religious roles and the fragmentation of spiritual authority in large religious organizations such as Nahdlatul Ulama. This study aims to analyze the pattern of public perception of the involvement of religious figures in practical politics in the 2024 General Election and examine its impact on religious legitimacy and social cohesion in Indonesia. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach through library research with qualitative content analysis and thematic analysis of 127 selected sources covering laws and regulations, indexed academic publications (2014-2024), and official documentation of religious organizations. That the involvement of religious figures in practical politics is driven by multidimensional motivations that include normative aspects (application of Islamic values ​​in public policy), instrumental (access to political resources), and expressive (expression of religious identity in the public sphere). The political strategies implemented show the adaptation of religious traditions to modern political technology through lectures, political party coalitions, and the use of social media. The impact of involvement is ambivalent: positive in increasing political participation and strengthening moral values ​​in politics, but negative in creating the politicization of religion and social fragmentation. Variations in involvement patterns show different regional characteristics, ranging from accommodative patterns in East Java, integrative in West Java, to patron-client systems in Madura.

Abstract

This research aims to explore innovative strategies in reconstructing the Islamic education system through the collaboration of ISO, Total Quality Management (TQM), and School-Based Management (SBM) approaches. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach based on literature study. Data collection techniques were carried out by collecting information from scientific papers such as books, journal articles, the internet, and other writings related to the literature review. The results show that ISO integration provides a framework for quality management based on international standards, TQM improves quality through the participation of all parties, and MBS strengthens school autonomy to meet local needs. These three collaborative approaches can create an education system that is holistic, sustainable and relevant to the needs of the times. In conclusion, the integration of ISO, TQM, and MBS contributes significantly to improving the quality of Islamic education, creating an optimal learning environment, and shaping a generation that is intellectually superior and morally good

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of strategic management in improving the quality of Islamic education at the State Islamic University (UIN) Mataram using a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach through semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation studies analyzed with the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results of the study indicate that UIN Mataram implements strategic management through three main stages, namely strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and strategy evaluation which are realized through institutional transformation from IAIN to UIN, curriculum development based on the integration of religious and general sciences, improving the quality of human resources through continuous training, developing educational infrastructure and facilities, and strengthening the internal quality assurance system with a strategy of scientific integration as a characteristic to create graduates who excel academically and have a strong spirituality. Supporting factors for the implementation of strategic management include visionary leadership, collaborative organizational culture, and regulatory support from the Ministry of Religious Affairs, while the challenges faced include limited human resources, resistance to change, lack of infrastructure, and competition with other universities. This study concludes that strategic management plays a central role in improving the quality of Islamic education at UIN Mataram through an adaptive approach, responsive to the dynamics of changing times, and maintaining Islamic values as the main foundation.
