Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengtahui strategi kapala sekolah dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian difokuskan di SMP NU Shofiyatul Huda Sukaresmi. Subjek penelitian yaitu Kepala Sekolah, Wakil, dan Guru. Analisis data dilakukan dengan memilih dan memilah jawaban data-data yang diperoleh kemudian dikumpulkan untuk dianalisis dan diambil kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa strategi kapala sekolah dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) dari yaitu pertama memformulasikan kembali terkait perencanaan baik dalamm pengelolaan, manajemen, rapat dan dalam kegiatan-kegiatan. Kedua mengadakan pembinaan PJJ kepada guru tentang perencaan, pelaksanaan, dan metode pembalajaran Jarak Jauh. Ketiga melaksanakan pembinaan tentang pengunaan teknlogi invormasi kepada guru. Keempat melakukansupevisi atau evaluasi pelaksanan pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ). Adapun factor pendukung pelaksanaan yaitu adanya kerjasama dan kamauan guru dalam mengikuti pembinaan kegitan pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ). Adapun factor penghambatnya yaitu sarana dan kemampuan guru terhadap penguasaan Teknlogi Komunikasi pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan komunikasi interpersonal guru dengan kemandirian belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif, dan jenis penelitian Survey. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 65. Sedangkan sampel berjumlah 40 dengan teknik probability sample dan rumus taro yamane. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa Kelas VII SMP di SMP IT Darul Falah dan SMP NU Shofiyatul Huda. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrumen angket yang masing-masing terdiri dari 15 pernyataan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pendekatan Komunikasi Interpersonal Guru berpengaruh terhadap kemandirian belajar yaitu  sebesar  28 %, Sedangkan dari hasil uji hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara pendekatan komunikasi interpersonal guru terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa hal ini karena nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < α (0,05).

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the stimulation of the conversational method in Kartini 3 Kindergarten, Nagrak, Sukabumi Regency before being stimulated by the conversational method, and the creativity of children's drawing and the effect of stimulating conversational method on the drawing creativity of children in Kartini 3 Kindergarten. Nagrak, Sukabumi Regency. The method used in this study was a quasi-experimental method, which aimed to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable after being stimulated by the conversational method. Quasi-experimental research was conducted because the researchers did not use the randomization technique (samples were randomized) but used groups that were already available (intact groups) at school. The results showed that the final ability of draw creativity of the experimental group who received treatment with the stimulation of the conversational method appeared a significant difference compared with control class. Stimulation of the conversational method has been shown significant effect on increasing children's drawing creativity.

Abstract

The problem of empowerment of sukamaju village community nalindung subdistrict lacks awareness in developing and utilizing existing technology. The purpose of this research and development is to provide knowledge and insight into revenue-raising efforts by applying branding and marketing methods through social media. The methods used are the methods of discussion and practice and assistance to MSMEs. Activities are carried out in a duration of (approximately) 40 days (August 16-September 25). The result of this research is that these activities can help the community to expand the area of trading or selling livestock products and provide education about social media not only used to entertain but can also be profitable for lower middle-class entrepreneurs because in this day and age we must be smart to use social media well and usefull.

Abstract

The environment should be a support for the continuity of human life damaged due to exploitation by humans to meet their needs. The environment is treated well with full collective responsibility involving every individual and society. Realizing the importance of this, deep world of education is known green education, green school, and eco-green which an effort is to form a generation of environmental conservationists, extinct and maintained in a sustainable manner for future generations. This study aims to obtain valid and complete information regarding the integration of environmental education with PAI learning in schools. The method used is a qualitative method by applying literature study. The results of the study state that Islamic religious education can be integrated with environmental education which leads to green morals, namely building a positive relationship between all school members and the natural environment based on values. Ecological value education through religion needs to be considered by environmentalists. In solving environmental problems not only on materialists (hardware), and software, namely through religion is also needed, planting values to form culture green is often overlooked. Education Integration Green moral through PAI learning can be done in intra curricular, extracurricular, and non-curricular activities.

Abstract

The success of implementing the MPMBS really depends on the ability of the school principal to be able to play an active role in school management by empowering all components involved in school administration, especially in empowering the community as a whole. However, the implementation cannot be separated from supporting and inhibiting factors. For this reason, this study examines, deepens the concepts and matters relating to the implementation of the MPMBS program, especially in educational institutions. This research is library research, which is research based on searching the literature related to the issues to be discussed. The data in this library research is obtained through digging and tracing books, articles, magazines, journals, internet access and other important related notes. The results of this study reveal the supporting factors for the implementation of MPMBS in an educational institution, namely: having strong leadership, having a clear vision and mission as well as goals and objectives, a safe, orderly and conducive school environment, the participation of parents / guardians of students in supporting their children's education. and the role of the school committee in providing support to schools. While the inhibiting factors include: incomplete facilities and infrastructure, minimal funding, low discipline culture and enforcement of madrasah rules, the concept and objectives of the MPMBS are not well understood, school residents and interested parties and the role of the community in helping school programs have not maximum.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze Islamic education in the context of the socio-cultural challenges of the industrial revolution 4.0. This research uses a qualitative approach using a literature review, which includes legislative, historical, comparative, and conceptual aspects. The findings of this study highlight two important things, namely: First, Islamic education encourages harmony and peace by fostering tolerance. To achieve this, it requires adapting socio-cultural values, reinterpreting the Quran and Hadith, and integrating them with other approaches. This includes internalizing socio-cultural values into the learning process, which is especially important in Indonesia, a heterogeneous society with diverse ethnicities, regions and cultures. Secondly, Islamic Education recognizes the importance of social and cultural interaction in the learning process, which has a potential impact on individual development. Although it incorporates technology-based approaches and modern learning models in response to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, its primary goal remains the preservation of religious values and devotion to Allah. This research underscores the important role of Islamic Education in addressing contemporary social and technological challenges, emphasizing the integration of socio-cultural values to foster a harmonious and diverse society.

Abstract

This study indicates that the quality of learning in Indonesia has not met expectations, impacting student achievement, which remains less satisfactory, especially compared to other countries. One contributing factor is the low level of teacher professionalism, particularly in early childhood education institutions. This study aims to analyze the effect of collaboration and cooperation in the professional development of early childhood teachers. The method used is descriptive qualitative, where data is collected without limited categories, allowing researchers to explore specific issues in depth relevant to the research objectives. This study is categorized as library research, where researchers analyze several relevant articles and collect data for further analysis. The results show that collaboration and cooperation significantly influence the development of teacher professionalism. Enhancing teacher professionalism must be carried out continuously in line with developments in science, technology, and society. This approach can be implemented through collaboration techniques, fostering a learning organizational culture, and training activities, both individually and in groups, to improve overall institutional performance.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role and impact of the application of information and communication technology (ICT) in Islamic religious education, particularly in improving the learning process and learner engagement. Along with the rapid development of ICT, the importance of ICT integration in Islamic religious education is increasing. The method used is library research with a qualitative approach, where data is obtained from various scientific literature and relevant academic references. The results show that the application of ICT provides significant benefits, such as increased learning interactivity and wider accessibility of materials. However, challenges are also faced, especially related to the ethical use of ICT and the compatibility of its application with the principles of Islamic law. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of developing an Islamic religious education curriculum that integrates ICT in a balanced manner, taking into account religious values. The integration of ICT in Islamic religious education needs to be accompanied by appropriate supervision in order to maximize its effectiveness.

Abstract

This study examines the low learning outcomes in Islamic Education (PAI) among 11th-grade Science 1 students at SMA Negeri 1 Cidahu, caused by conventional, non-interactive teaching methods that reduce motivation and engagement. Many students fail to meet the Minimum Competency Standards (KKM) due to passive learning. To address this, the research evaluates the effectiveness of the Group Investigation (GI) cooperative learning model in improving student participation and understanding, particularly on the topic "Spirit of Worship by Believing in the Day of Judgment." Using Classroom Action Research (CAR) over two cycles with 36 students, data was collected through observations, tests, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively and statistically. Results show that GI significantly boosts active participation and comprehension, with a marked increase in students achieving KKM. The study concludes that GI is an effective alternative for enhancing PAI learning quality, promoting engagement, and improving outcomes at the secondary level.
