Abstract

The issue of fatherless has become an increasingly discussed topic, particularly in Indonesia, which is noted as one of the countries with a high rate of fatherlessness. Many individuals acknowledge experiencing this situation and report significant impacts, including effects on psychosocial well-being.  This study aims to understand the psychosocial well-being of Generation Z student collage who experience fatherless. The research employs a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach to explore the subjective experiences of the informants. Six informants were selected as primary participants based on the criteria of being Generation Z student collage residing in Bengkulu City and experiencing fatherlessness, either due to the physical or emotional absence of a father.  Data were collected through in-depth interviews with informants who agreed to participate. The findings reveal that fatherlessness significantly impacts the psychosocial well-being of student collage. Identified impacts include difficulties in managing emotions, such as feelings of anger, sadness, or frustration, as well as challenges in building healthy interpersonal relationships. This condition often leads to low self-confidence, social withdrawal, and difficulties in establishing trust with others.  Isu fatherless semakin banyak diperbincangkan, terutama di Indonesia yang tercatat sebagai salah satu negara dengan tingkat fatherless yang tinggi. Banyak individu mengakui mengalami situasi ini dan merasakan dampak signifikan, termasuk terhadap kesejahteraan psikososial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami kondisi kesejahteraan psikososial mahasiswa generasi Z yang mengalami situasi fatherless. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, yang bertujuan untuk menggali pengalaman subjektif para informan. Sebanyak enam informan dipilih sebagai partisipan utama yang memenuhi pertimbangan kriteria yaitu mahasiswa generasi Z yang berdomisili di Kota Bengkulu dan mengalami situasi fatherless, baik akibat ketiadaan ayah secara fisik maupun emosional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan informan yang bersedia berpartisipasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa situasi fatherless memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan psikososial mahasiswa. Dampak yang diidentifikasi meliputi kesulitan dalam mengelola emosi, seperti rasa marah, sedih, atau frustrasi, serta tantangan dalam membangun hubungan intrapersonal yang sehat. Kondisi ini sering kali menyebabkan mahasiswa merasa kurang percaya diri, cenderung menarik diri dari lingkungan sosial, atau mengalami kesulitan dalam membangun kepercayaan dengan orang lain.

Abstract

Program Sembako merupakan bentuk transformasi dari program Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) dan menjadi salah satu program pemerintah Indonesia dalam upaya menanggulangi kemiskinan. Program Sembako bertujuan untuk memenuhi sebagian kebutuhan pangan dan untuk mengurangi beban pengeluaran Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM). Program ini juga akan memberikan Keluarga KPM gizi yang lebih seimbang, meningkatkan ketepatan (sasaran, waktu, jumlah, harga, kualitas, dan administrasi), dan memberikan KPM pilihan dan kendali untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data yakni observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi, dengan analisis menggunakan teori tahapan proses dalam implementasi yang terdiri dari sosialisasi, implementasi, monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program Sembako di Kecamatan Arma Jaya pada tahap sosialisasi, tahap implementasi, tahap monitoring dan evaluasi kebijakan belum berjalan dengan efektif dan optimal dikarenakan Tim Koordinasi Bantuan Sosial Pangan belum menjalankan tugas dan fungsi sebagai pelaksana dengan maksimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Modal Sosial Sebagai Pendukung Proses Integrasi Sosial Masyarakat Multikultural di Desa Suro Bali Kecamatan Ujan Mas Kabupaten Kepahiang. Kuatnya peran modal sosial melalui kepercayaan, nilai dan norma sosial serta jaringan ini tentu sangat penting dalam berkembangnya hubungan sosial untuk proses penyesuaian dan penyatuan unsur kebudayaan berbeda masyarakat multikultural, sehingga terciptanya kehidupan masyarakat harmonis. Metode penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif, informan pada penelitian terdiri dari perangkat desa, masyarakat desa, sesepuh/tokoh masyarakat dan tokoh agama. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa social bounding (perekat sosial), social bridging (jembatan sosial), dan social linking (hubungan/jaringan sosial) merupakan aspek modal sosial untuk mendukung proses integrasi sosial di Desa Suro Bali agar terjalannya nilai dan norma sosial secara konsisten, membangun kekuatan atas kelemahan dengan memperkaya kepercayaan serta terjalinnya jaringan dan relasi sehingga terciptanya kesepakatan disetiap masyarakatnya. Adanya proses integrasi sosial atau penyatuan dan penyesuaian unsur berbeda diantara masyarakat multikultural dan didukung oleh modal sosial membuat desa ini memiliki masyarakat yang saling menjaga, melindungi, menghargai dan menghormati serta memiliki rasa toleransi tinggi antara satu dengan lainnya, membuat proses penyatuan dan penyesuaian unsur ini berjalan dengan baik tanpa adanya paksaan dari pihak manapun

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang diterapkan oleh buruh perempuan pembuka terpal dalam menjalankan peran ganda sebagai ibu Rumah tangga dan pekerja di Stockpile Pulau Baii, Kelurahan Teluk Sepang, Kota Bengkulu.Menggunakan Metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Beberapa strategi yang dilakukan perempuan buruh buka terpal dalam menjalankan peran ganda diantaranya adalah pengantuan waktu yang tepat,adanya Dukungan sosial, manajemen stress,menciptakan jaringan sosial dan memanajeman keuangan.buruh perempuan juga menghadapi tantangan kompleks dalam menjalankan peran ganda, seperti beban kerja ganda, risiko kecelakaan, dan ketidakpastian pendapatan. Strategi yang diterapkan meliputi pengaturan waktu yang efektif, dukungan sosial dari keluarga, manajemen stres, dan manajemen keuangan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada  pentingnya keseimbangan antara tanggung jawab domestik dan pekerjaan luar untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga.Kata Kunci : buruh Perempuan, peran ganda, strategi keseimbangan

Abstract

Child-Friendly Play Spaces (CFPS) are critical indicators of Child-Friendly City (CFC) implementation, yet significant gaps persist between policy and practice. This study will address the progress gap in the CFSP in Bengkulu City based on George C. Edward III's understanding of policy implementation. The researcher investigates the issue qualitatively, conducting in-depth interviews, direct observation of CFPS in 13 locations, and document analysis using a qualitative approach. An examination of the technical standards of the CFPS and the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection indicates that none of the CFPS are compliant. This study faces four obstacles: a lack of inter-agency relationships, with only two or three meetings throughout the year; a lack of human and financial support; a lack of appropriate and positive disposition from implementers who focus on achieving administrative objectives rather than substantive targets; and a weak bureaucratic structure due to the absence of Standard Operating Procedures. This study adds to the literature on policy implementation by describing the phenomenon of decoupling by detailing the recognition of the administrative side of implementation (six consecutive Pratama awards) and the lack of quality on the substantive side of implementation. The study recommends institutional transformation, capacity building, adequate budget allocation, and systematic cross-sectoral coordination to genuinely fulfill children's rights to safe and appropriate play spaces.

Abstract

Air Putih Village is one of the villages in Marga Sakti Sebelat District, North Bengkulu Regency, where there is a mining area that has been operating since 2014. The existence of mining activities in an area will have various social and economic impacts on the surrounding community. Damage to the natural environment is often the main focus of every mine, however, the socio-economic impact must not be ignored. Therefore, the focus of this research aims to identify the social and economic impacts of the existence of coal mines on the lives of the people of Air Putih Village, Marga Sakti Sebelat District, North Bengkulu Regency. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach regarding the impacts felt by residents around the coal mining area. Data was collected through interviews with the community using a random sampling method. People were taken randomly based on the criteria of people living and settling in Air Putih Village. The research results show that the community feels social and economic impacts in the form of funding for the construction of public facilities, assistance with holiday celebration activities in the village, new road access and other material support, and the opening of new job opportunities. This socio-economic impact is felt by the community directly and indirectly, impacting the community around the mine.

Abstract

The scheme for the disbursement of social assistance through the Family Hope Program (PKH) during the COVID-19 pandemic changed, originally once every three months; now, it is carried out every month from April to December 2020. This change in the scheme has resulted in various responses from Beneficiary Families (KPM). PKH. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection in this study was conducted through in-depth interviews and direct observation in the field. In order to determine the informants, this study uses a sampling technique with purposive sampling. The results showed that the response of KPM PKH in Nagari Gunung Rajo in terms of perception, attitude, and participation aspects showed a positive response. This can be seen from the PKH KPM. They have understood the purpose of changing the PKH program assistance scheme, the terms, methods, and timing of aid distribution, and are actively participating in PKH activities. Researchers recommend the government consider changing the PKH assistance scheme because it will reduce the amount of assistance received by KPM and increase transportation costs. Besides that, it also has a big impact, especially for those whose assistance is of small value. The most important thing is that clear public communication and definite regulations are needed so that KPM is not confused by sudden changes in the scheme, and it is necessary to carry out synergies because the key to the success of this program lies in multi-stakeholder communication, cooperation, and coordination.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the role of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in improving community welfare in Sumber Urip Village, Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that PKH has succeeded in increasing the access of the poor to basic services such as education and health. In addition, community participation in this program has also increased from year to year, especially in the field of education. However, several challenges in the implementation of the program still exist, such as inequality in receiving assistance and lack of awareness among beneficiaries. This study provides an overview of the effectiveness of PKH in breaking the chain of poverty and improving community welfare, as well as the factors that affect its success
