Abstract

This study aims to identify and assess the types of attitude scales utilized in Islamic religious education, offering recommendations for their application in this field. The article is based on a library research method, where the concepts and definitions found were sorted and selected for data collection. The analysis was carried out using two main approaches: deductive and inductive. The study identified several attitude scales, including the Likert scale, Guttman scale, semantic differential, and rating scale. The application of these measurement scales such as the Likert scale, Guttman scale, semantic differential, and rating scale provides effective tools for assessing students' attitudes, perceptions, and comprehension of religious teachings. The implication of this research is to lay the groundwork for developing more efficient and precise instruments for evaluating students' religious attitudes, which will ultimately enhance the quality of Islamic Religious Education across various educational levels.

Abstract

Validity is a fundamental aspect of the measurement process because it determines the extent to which an instrument truly measures the construct it is intended to measure. This paper aims to discuss the concept of measurement validity comprehensively, including its definition, the distinction between validity and reliability, and various types of validity, namely content validity, construct validity, criterion-related validity, and face validity. Through a theoretical review and conceptual analysis of various literature sources, the paper also examines factors that affect validity, originating from the characteristics of the instrument, the respondents, the researcher, and environmental conditions. The discussion is further enriched with an explanation of commonly used validity testing methods, including correlation analysis, factor analysis, and expert judgment. This review emphasizes that validity is not only a technical aspect but also an ethical one in research, as it directly influences data quality, the accuracy of decision-making, and the integrity of research. In the digital era, challenges to instrument validity are becoming increasingly complex, thereby requiring continuous strategies for designing, evaluating, and refining the validity of measurement instruments across diverse research and educational evaluation contexts.

Abstract

This research discusses Tri Hablum as the key to ecological balance. The method used in is research is the library metdod. Religion and ecology are things that cannot be separated. Likewise with Allah, humans and the universe where all three have a relationship with humans, Islam is a major religion in Indonesia, but when religious people are involved in it, at that time environmental pollution and environmental damage also occur. There is a paradigm shift from anthropocentric to anthropocosmic. This earth has been over-explored, because this earth is considered an object that needs to be explored. Nature was once sacred, but slowly over time it has experienced a desacralization, nature is no longer sacred so it has been over-explored. To overcome this, the role of humans is very urgent in realizing ecological balance.

Abstract

Domestic violence (DV) is a social and legal issue that remains a serious problem in Indonesia. This phenomenon not only impacts victims physically but also causes psychological trauma, social loss, and disruption to family stability. This study aims to analyze the concept of domestic violence, its forms, causal factors, and efforts to address it from the perspective of positive law and Islamic law. The results indicate that domestic violence is influenced by unequal power relations, patriarchal culture, economic pressure, and a weak understanding of the values of justice in religious teachings. Therefore, an integrative legal and religious approach is needed to prevent and address domestic violence
