Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the satisfaction of cadets from the perspective of service as an intervening based on marketing mix in Yogyakarta Maritime Academy. In this case the researcher wants to know how far the Promotion, Price and Place, Service individually or collectively affect the cadet’s satisfaction. The subjects of this study are 71 cadets level III of the 3 (three) majors available at AMY namely KPN, Nautical and Teknika. In this study to test the instrument by using SPSS 17.0, and the indicator test using SmartPLS 3.0. Results of this study showed that Promotion, Price and Place simultaneously are proved together significantly influence the variable performance as 59.6 %, the remaining 40.4 % is influenced by other factors not included in the model. That is simultaneously variable promotion, price and place are proved to have an influence on the service AMY cadets. Promotion, Price, Place and Service simultaneously together influence the cadets satisfaction variables is known from the analysis hypotheses suggesting a P Value of 0.00 smaller (<) than 0.05. besides of that, if the promotion is done well, the price affordable tuition, a built in support for teaching and learning activities, the cadets will get academic services in line with expectations.  Keywords: Promotion, Price, Place, Service, Cadets Satisfaction

Abstract

Transportation problems are generally related to logistics distribution from several sources of products with limited capacity to several destinations that require certain quantities to be optimal. Study aim to analize optimum logistics distribution.Methode by simulation data of factory with certain capacity to 4 warehouse with certain requirement. The factories and warehouses are located in different locations and transportation costs from each factory to each destination is different. Initial solution by Least Cost Method, then optimization use MODI method. The results of the two simple transportation methods are proven to be able to show distribution optimization, by reduce cost 8,43 %.

Abstract

Import is a very important activity for a country, from these activities the state obtains income or meets the needs of society. The impact of the pandemic affects companies engaged in the import of goods, by enforcing WFH (Work From Home) employees, or doing work in the office with strict health protocols, the company requires employees to do a rapid antigen test every 1 or 2 weeks. The purpose of this study is to describe the services of importing goods during the pandemic. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive method.The data collection method is divided into 3 parts, namely: direct observation method in the field, interview method, document method. From the results of the study, it was concluded that the service of importing goods during the pandemic implements an online system service. Slow networks are obstacles that cause all service processes to customers to be slow, so they require a good network for the smooth process of activities. Due to the pandemic there is a special demand for importers, which requires all truck drivers/crew entering the warehouse to be tested, this results in additional time and costs incurred.

Abstract

Pelayaran adalah transportasi yang berisiko tinggi dari kecelakaan laut sehingga setiap kapal harus memenuhi syarat keselamatan pelayaran. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui fungsi penilaian dan pengawasan kelaiklautan kapal oleh KSOP Kelas IV Probolinggo. Penelitian ini adalah studi kasus pada Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan (KSOP) Kelas IV Probolinggo dalam penilaian kelaiklautan kapal sebelum penerbitan Surat Persetujuan Berlayar (SPB). Metode penelian adalah evaluatif berdasarkan regulasi keselamatan pelayaran. Sumber utama data adalah pejabat KSOP Kelas IV Probolinggo. Validasi sumber data dari operator kapal. Hasilnya: (1) Inti penilaian dan pengawasan kelaiklautan kapal dilaksanakan dalam rangka menjaga keselamatan pelayaran; (2) Penilaian dan pengawasan kelaiklautan kapal meliputi aspek fisik kapal dan aspek dokumen keselamatan pelayaran; (3) Kapal yang memenuhi aspek fisik dan dokumen keselamatan pelayaran diberikan Surat Persetujuan Berlayar, sedangkan yang tidak memenuhi dokumennya diubah sesuai realita sampai diterbitkan SPB; (4) Masih ditemukan pengawakan kapal yang kualifikasi keterampilan pelaut kurang dan kesejahteraan pelaut di bawah konvensi MLC 2006.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan melalui variabel tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy terhadap kepuasan taruna yang mengikuti Diklat Kepabeanan Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Prodi D3 Manajemen Transportasi Laut dan Prodi S1 Transportasi, Sekolah Tinggi Maritim Yogyakarta. Subjek penelitian adalah taruna yang mengikuti Diklat Kepabeanan Tahun 2021. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausal kuantitatif menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dan data diuji serta dianalisis menggunakan path analisis (regresi berganda) dengan IBM SPSS Statistics versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan melalui variabel tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy mampu menjelaskan  kepuasan taruna yang mengikuti Diklat Kepabeanan Tahun 2021 sebesar 64%, sementara untuk 36% kepuasan peserta pelatihan dipengaruhi  oleh  variabel  selain variabel tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy

Abstract

Leadership adalah tentang sosok penentu yang dapat membuat orang lain terinspirasi untuk melakukan suatu pekerjaan dan memajukan suatu organisasi. Sekolah merupakan sebuah institusi lembaga terorganisasi yang didalamnya ada aktivitas pembelajaran dan tempat untuk belajar berorganisasi. OSIS merupakan salah satu wadah dalam organisasi siswa yang resmi berada pada sekolah tersebut dan tempat untuk belajar mengenai leadership. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini mempunyai tujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan membuka wawasan baru tentang konsep digital leadership 4.0 bagi pengurus OSIS SMKN 2 Depok, Sleman. Metode Pelaksanaan PKM ini menggunakan metode pelatihan yang disertai dengan pre-test dan post-test. Hasil evaluasi dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah secara keseluruhan pengetahuan tentang konsep digital leadership 4.0 bagi pengurus OSIS SMKN 2 Depok mengalami kenaikan sebesar 57%, dengan rata-rata hasil pre-test sebesar 28% dan rata-rata hasil post-test sebesar 85%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh implementasi Standard Of Training, Certification And WatchkeepingFor Seafarers (STCW) 1978 Amendments 2010 terutama pengaruh sertifikasi, keterampilan, dan kesejahteraan awakkapal terhadap kinerja operasional kapal di PT. Gebari Medan Segara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatifdengan pengamatan di lapangan (field research). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada awak kapal PT. Gebari Medan yangberjumlah 26 orang. Analisis statistik dalam penelitian menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan SEMSmartpls. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan pengaruh langsung positif yang signifikan sertifikasi pelaut padakesejahteraan awak kapal pada perusahaan PT. Gebari Medan. Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif secara signifikanketerampilan awak kapal pada kesejahteraan awak kapal pada pada perusahaan PT. Gebari Medan Segara.Keterampilan awak kapal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan awak kapal. Kesejahteraan awakkapal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja operasional kapal. Sehingga ada pengaruh positif terhadapimplementasi Standard Of Training, Certification And Watchkeeping For Seafarers (STCW) 1978 Amendments 2010terutama pengaruh sertifikasi, keterampilan, dan kesejahteraan awak kapal terhadap kinerja operasional kapal di PT.Gebari Medan Segara.

Abstract

Field study orientation guidance is intended as an effort to develop elements of behaviour and ability in good learning to produce positive abilities, high learning motivation, and high skills and effective learning skills in students through integrative activities in the learning process in the field to develop the competence of study program graduates. The purpose of this community service is to conduct field study orientation guidance to develop graduate competence on the Km Lawit Ship to Semarang-Karimun. The implementation method used in this service is direct guidance in the field by providing direction, guidance techniques, and evaluating graduate competence development efforts. Field study orientation numbered 100 people, with details of study programs: nautical studies totalling 13 people, ship machinery study program totalling 15 people, marine transportation management study program totalling 40 people, and transportation study program totalling 32 people. The result of this service is the average field study orientation guidance activities to develop the competence of graduates, who answered strongly agreeing by 84.40%, agreeing by 11.80%, neutral by 3.00%, disagreeing by 0.80%, and disagreeing by 0.00%.

Abstract

The "link and match" program intensified by the Ministry of Education and Culture does not only benefit the world of education which makes it easier to adjust to the industry. The purpose of this community service is to provide socialization about Link and Match Maritime Vocational College Graduates in the Field of Shipping with the Business World and the Industrial World and know about the absorption of graduates produced by universities with the Business World and the Industrial World. The method used in this community service activity is socialization about Link and Match Maritime Vocational College Graduates in the Field of Shipping with the Business World and the Industrial World. The results of dedication in the form of socialization about Link and Match Maritime Vocational College Graduates in the Field of Shipping with the Business World and the Industrial World ran smoothly. In addition, the average percentage of absorption of vocational school graduates at Yogyakarta Maritime College was obtained through the Link and Match Program which was created to synergize vocational education with the industrial world to increase the absorption of vocational school graduates so that they can become reliable workers while saving expenses to become new human resources following industry needs of 92.11%. The absorption of graduates for graduates of the D3 Marine Transportation Management study program is 84.00%, the absorption of graduates for the D3 Ship Machinery study program is 100% and the absorption of graduates for the D3 Nautical Studies study program is 100% of the total 70.37% of tracked graduates.

Abstract

Digital leadership adalah bagaimana seorang pemimpin memanfaatkan teknologi untuk mencapai tujuan dengan cepat pada gaya kepemimpinannya. Pemanfaatan teknologi bukan hanya untuk kepentingan mengirim pesan saja namun lebih dari itu seorang digital leader harus mampu menggerakkan organisasinya pada situasi seperti apapun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: (1) tipe kepemimpinan dalam perspektif generasi millenia yang diinginkan dari suatu organisasi khususnya dalam kepemimpinan kemaritiman, (2) kriteria gaya kepemimpinan Pemilihan Komandan Batalyon STIMARYO. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Tinggi Maritim Yogyakarta (STIMARYO). Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pengumpulan  data  diambil  dengan  menggunakan   metode   survei. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 88 taruna taruni STIMARYO. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) tipe gaya kepemimpinan dalam perspektif generasi millenia kemaritiman yang paling diinginkan adalah tipe kepemimpinan demokratis dengan persentase perolehan sebesar 67% adanya rasa saling menerima, menghormati, terbuka terhadap kritik dan saran dari bawahannya merupakan tipe yang paling disukai oleh para taruna STIMARYO dalam berorganisasi, (2) Kriteria gaya kepemimpinan pemilihan komandan batalyon STIMARYO dengan gaya SMART (Social, Monitoring, Afektif, Responsibility, Timely) mendapatkan persentase tertinggi dengan perolehan 86.36%.
