Abstract

Abstrak Pandemi COVID-19 masih juga belum berakhir. Hingga saat ini tercatat total kasus di Indonesia sebanyak 2,16 juta kasus dengan kematian sebanyak 58.024 angka dan 1,87 juta angka kesembuhan. Pemerintah terus berupaya untuk menekan angka penyebaran dengan membuat regulasi mulai PPKM mikro hingga Lockdown di beberapa wilayah. Ketersediaan vaksin juga menjadi fokus pemerintah untuk dapat memenuhi target jumlah penduduk di Indonesia. Tidak dipungkiri dengan adanya regulasi dari pemerintah menjadikan interaksi antar warga terbatas, sehingga agar dapat tetap berinteraksi satu sama lain dalam rangka bekerja, bersosialisasi, belajar dan lainnya warga terpaksa harus akrab dengan teknologi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diperlukan Digital Skills agar dapat beradaptasi dan tetap bertahan. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat bertujuan untuk membuka wawasan generasi muda dalam menghadapi migrasi dalam berkehidupan ke arah penggunaan teknologi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara daring pada 28 Juni 2021 dengan melibatkan kurang lebih 35 pemuda-pemudi berlatar belakang mahasiswa, aktivis dan penggerak desa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyampaian materi kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah metode penyadaran atau peningkatan pemahaman terhadap sesuatu masalah. Adapun hasil yang didapatkan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan sosialisasi ini berupa: 1) membuka wawasan baru mengenai pentingnya memiliki Digital Skills, 2) memberikan pemahaman terhadadap peserta mengenai berbagai bidang yang membutuhkan keahlian dalam Digital Skills, dan 3) memberikan pemahaman kepada peserta bahwa memiliki keahlian atau skill digital dapat menjadikan sumber penghasilan atau memunculkan jenis pekerjaan baru. Community Service Activities aim to open the horizons of the younger generation in dealing with migration in life towards the use of technology. This activity was carried out online on 28 June 2021 by involving approximately 35 young people with student backgrounds, activists and village activists. The method used in delivering the material for this community service activity is the method of raising awareness or increasing understanding of a problem. The results obtained in the implementation of this socialization activity are: 1) opening new insights about the importance of having digital skills, 2) providing understanding to participants about various fields that require expertise in digital skills, and 3) providing understanding to participants that they have expertise or skills. digital can be a source of income or give rise to new types of work. Abstract

Takisung merupakan salah satu desa terletak pada Kecamatan Takisung, Kabupaten Tanah Laut, Kalimantan Selatan. Takisung memiliki wisata pantai yaitu Pantai Takisung. Wisata Pantai Takisung sangat popular yang dikunjungi masyarakat Kalimantan Selatan. Pengunjung wisata Takisung tidak hanya dalam Kabupaten Tanah Laut, melainkan diluar kabupaten Tanah Laut. Fasilitas pantai Takisung yaitu speed boat, banana boat, motor ATV, payung pantai, tenda-tenda, warung makanan dan pasar-pasar. Pasar yang berada pada pantai Takisung menjual jajan khas pantai takisung. Sebelum pandemi, perputaran perekonomian Desa Takisung yaitu kunjungan masyarakat ke wisata pantai Takisung. Saat pandemi sampai dengan keadaan saat ini (new normal) covid-19 mengalami penurunan perputaran ekonomi yang berada pada Desa Takisung Kecamatan Takisung. Workshop yang diberikan untuk memberikan pelatihan pemasaran serta penjualan dengan Marketplace yang tersedia seperti Tokopedia, Shopee, Facebook dan Bukalapak. Workshop telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 12 November 2021. Akhir pelatihan peserta diminta untuk megisi kuisioner kepuasan mitra pengabdian. Hasilnya sebanyak 14,2% peserta menyatakan sangat puas dengan workshop yang diberikan. Selanjutnya 85,3% peserta menyatakan puas dan 0,6% peserta menyatakan cukup puas.

Abstract

Politeknik Negeri Tanah Laut memiliki beberapa sistem berbasis web, namun semua sistem masih bersifat standalone dan belum terintegrasi, sehingga pengguna harus memiliki akun yang berbeda pada masing-masing sistem. Pengguna harus mengingat setiap akun untuk mengakses sistem dan untuk alasan keamanan biasanya pengguna mengganti passwordnya secara rutin. Proses pergantian password ini akan memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama mengingat setiap perubahan yang dilakukan berbanding lurus dengan jumlah sistem yang ada (existing). Oleh karena itu diperlukan sistem yang dapat mengintegrasikan akun pengguna dan mengelola proses autentikasi dan otorisasi. Proses ini memerlukan sebuah server tambahan yang menjadi penghubung antara sistem integrator dengan sistem layanan aplikasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menciptakan suatu inovasi sistem yang dapat menangani seluruh otentikasi dan otorisasi setiap sistem aplikasi dan dikenal dengan sistem Single Sign On. Sehingga manfaat penelitian dari adanya sistem Single Sign On pengguna hanya dengan menggunakan satu akun pengguna dapat mengakses banyak sistem tanpa memasukkan username dan password berulang. Penerapannya data akun pengguna diambil dari Cloud Identity melalui Secure LDAP, kemudian data pengguna dikelola oleh RADIUS Server dan didistribusikan ke sistem layanan aplikasi yang ada (existing). Secara jangka pendek penelitian ini akan diterapkan di Politeknik Negeri Tanah Laut. Penelitian ini dirancang menggunakan dua aplikasi web yaitu aplikasi native php dan cms wordpress. Abstract

Abstrak – Penelitian ini secara umum bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sistem yang dapatmengelola data-data stok barang dan penjualan di UPT Kewirausahaan Politeknik Negeri TanahLaut. Usulan penelitian ini difokuskan terlebih dahulu pada membangun aplikasi stok barang danpenjualan dengan menambah sentuhan teknologi barcode dan smart card yang mampu memberikankemudahan dalam pengelolaan data barang. Saat ini stok barang dan penjulanan dilakukan secaramanual dengan menulis di buku besar. Untuk mempermudah melakukan proses transaksi danpengelolaan stok barang tersebut maka dibangun “Aplikasi Stok Barang dan Penjualan Pada Upt.Kewirausahaan Menggunakan Barcode dan Smart Card (Studi Kasus Upt. KewirausahaanPoliteknik Negeri Tanah Laut)”. Aplikasi digunakan pada saat proses transaksi dan pengelolaanstok barang, dari proses barang masuk sampai barang keluar dengan metode yang digunakanyaitu mendekatkan atau meletakkan barcode pada kode barang dan smart card atau kartu RFIDpada alat pembaca kartu RFID yang dimiliki pelanggan terdaftar, maka secara langsung aplikasimenerima data yang ada pada barcode dan kartu tersebut. Aplikasi ini, diharapkan pada tahunberikutnya dapat dikembangkan aplikasi pendukung lain guna dapat menghasilkan sisteminformasi yang tepat guna, baik, dan terintegrasi untuk dapat menciptakan sebuah kampus cerdas.Kata Kunci — Aplikasi, Barcode, Smart Card

Abstract

Field Work Practices are part of achieving the expected competencies in the educational process. The suitability of students to companies that serve as street vendors is something that is important to note. The weakness of the previous field work practices system was that there were still many students who were inaccurate in choosing a company or institution as a place for street vendors. This study aims to help determine industry partners in accordance with the competency achievements of each department. The method to be used in this research is Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) in the process of determining the weight priority of each criterion and the TOPSIS method in carrying out the ranking process. The criteria used are the suitability of the department with the company's core (C1), company credibility (C2), and company commitment (C3). corporate environment (C4), and the facilities provided (C5). Each of these criteria consists of several sub criteria. The weights of the criteria obtained through the FAHP are Furthermore, the process of ranking 37 companies using the TOPSIS method obtained the highest preference value, namely 0.8157.

Abstract

Berkembangnya Islam di Indonesia telah mengalami berbagai macam kondisi dan hambatan, sebelum akhirnya dapat menyebar keberbagai wilayah di Nusantara. Permasalahan yang sekarang dihadapi oleh Organisasi Islam yang berada di Kecamatan Pelaihari masih banyaknya pemuda-pemudi yang belum mengetahui lokasi organisasi keislaman. Hal tersebut dapat menyebabkan terhambatnya pencarian anggota baru karena kurangnya informasi mengenai lokasi beserta nama-nama organisasi keislaman yang ada di Kecamatan Pelaihari. Sementara itu, sistem Kementrian Agama yang berada di Kecamatan Pelaihari masih mengunakan sistem manual dalam mencatatan organisasi islam, sehingga informasi tentang nama-nama organisasi islam, lokasi organisasi islam, dan struktur organisasi islam tidak di ketahui oleh masyarakat. Sehingga dibutuhkan suatu sistem yang masyarakat untuk mengetahui informasi organisasi-organisasi keIslaman. Masyarakat dapat mengakses Aplikasi Geografis Organisasi Islam di Kecamatan Pelaihari Berbasis Web Mobile. Aplikasi ini dirancang dengan menggunakan Data Flow Diagram, Flowchart serta dirancang menggunakan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP).

Abstract

In facing the challenges of digitalization that is growing so rapidly, the State of Polytechnic Tanah Laut (Politala) strives to continue to adapt these developments as needed. In carrying out their duties in the field of Tri Dharma and other supporting activities, lecturers must have a clear assignment basis, as well as for educational staff. The current assignment at Politala uses a sheet of disposition paper issued by the leadership. The disposition sheet is then submitted to the General and Personnel Section as the basis for making a Letter of Assignment for the Lecturer or Tendik concerned in carrying out activities. This is risky in terms of data storage and effectiveness to efficiency in the administration of correspondence. The development of technology in the field of software is currently a solution in conducting application-based correspondence administration to facilitate archiving and data security to be effective and efficient. This study aims to develop a mobile-based application to make it easier for leaders to dispose of incoming letters to their subordinates. The disposition will provide notification to the employee concerned and can be viewed directly through the application. In addition, with applications that are built, employees can submit staff reviews and can monitor the status of their submissions in real time. This research was conducted using the prototype method and collecting data using observation and interview methods to produce a Mobile Letter application.

Abstract

Goat breeder has great potential in South Kalimantan. Based on BPS data in 2018, goat meat production reached 361,361 heads. But unfortunately only 8% can be met by local breeders, the rest is imported from outside Kalimantan such as Java, Madura and Sulawesi. The highest demand for goat meat in South Kalimantan is for religious activities in the form of Aqiqah and sacrifice, the rest is for restaurants and household consumption. The decision of breeders to bring in goats from outside Kalimantan is due to high local prices compared to prices outside the region. Prices are high locally due to the limited population in South Kalimantan. This limited population is caused by several things, one of which is that many breeders are constrained by capital in developing their goat farms. In addition, there are actually many people who are interested in raising goats because they see this good opportunity but are constrained by limited time experience in between daily work routines in maintaining it. The solution offered through this research is the development of an application that can bring together breeders and people who want to own or invest in goats called Easy Cattle. The system development method in this study uses Agile Scrum. This method was chosen because it is the most popular and effective method in software development. The stages include determining the team, determining the work time, determining the role in the team, collecting various problems, starting the sprint and conducting a review.

Abstract

Politala have many prestigious achievements have been achieved. In 2019 Politala won the Best Polytechnic Vocational Band award in Indonesia. Most recently in 2022 one of the students won the title of Favorite Champion in the International Program of Management and Business competition. Politala supports student achievement, both in the academic and non-academic fields, because this achievement is one of the important points of assessment by assessors during accreditation. Apart from that, it also indirectly becomes a promotional medium for Politala for prospective new students who want to join. Student achievements cannot be obtained instantly, but there must be data collection and coaching by the institution. So far, data collection has been carried out by departments and has not been well documented. The development of technology in the field of software today can be a Politala solution in managing student achievement and talent based on applications to facilitate archiving and data security so that it becomes effective and efficient. This study aims to develop a website-based application to facilitate student affairs in the department in managing students' interests, talents and academic and non-academic achievements. The managed data can be accessed by the Deputy Director for Student Affairs for the purposes of coaching, one of which is. For majors, the data that has been collected can be easily accessed for the purposes of document evidence for accreditation. This research was conducted with the Prototype method. Model design with DFD and ERD. Programming languages ​​use PHP, HTML and Javascript.

Abstract

The State Polytechnic of Tanah Laut is a college located in Tanah Laut Regency, established on September 25, 2009. The college currently offers three majors: Informatics Engineering, Agricultural Industrial Technology, and Automotive Machinery, as well as one study program in Accounting. The current system at The State Polytechnic of Tanah Laut is semi-computerized, with many processes still relying on paper, such as the questionnaires used in the Learning Development Center and Education Quality Assurance Center (P4MP). The P4MP questionnaires are currently filled out using soft files in Microsoft Excel instead of paper sheets, but the process is still difficult for lecturers, students, and education staff and requires a significant amount of time for data recording. To address these issues, an application can be developed to assist in the process of filling out P4MP questionnaires at The State Polytechnic of Tanah Laut. The application will be web-based and designed using ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram), DFD (Data Flow Diagram), Flowchart, and will use the programming languages PHP and MySQL as the database.
