Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to determine the "The Influence of Entrepreneurial Character on the Entrepreneurship Interest in Marketing class Students at SMK Mandiri Pontianak". The method used in this research was quantitative descriptive method in the form of correlational study. The population in this study was all student of the class XI Marketing at SMK Mandiri Pontianak. While the samples in this study were grade XI students obtained through Census Sample technique. The researcher applied indirect communication and documentary study as the data collection technique with 35 respondents. So, the degree of freedom df = n-k or 35-2 = 33, then t-table was 1.692.  By this result, it was compared between t-count and t-table. It was concluded that t-count > t-table (4.962> 1.692). It indicated that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. The determination coefficient in the results of the study showed the contribution of influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable by 42.7%, while the remaining 57.3% was influenced by other factors which were not examined by the researcher. So the conclusion is that there is an Influence of Entrepreneurial Character on Entrepreneurship Interest in Marketing Class Students in SMK Mandiri Pontianak.Keywords: Entrepreneurial Character, Entrepreneurial Interest

Abstract

AbstractTwo main marketing objectives are attracting new customers by promising superior valueand retaining current customers by providing satisfaction. The general problem that is tryingto be lifted in this research is "how to analyze promotion and marketing mix of places inincreasing sales of HPA Pontianak Herbal products". The method used in this study is a casestudy method with a form of qualitative research. Based on the results of the study througha 5-respondent interview answer and also based on observations that the HPA promotionmix of product sales is implementing advertising media in the form of outdoor media andlower-line media. Sales promotion Apply Customer promotion, trade promotion, businesspromotion. Personal sales are also applied with face-to-face sales. Public relations are alsoimplemented, and direct marketing is implemented through online and offline stores. HPAlocation analysis of product sales has no official centralized location in Pontianak, while thetype of distribution channel used HPA There are two, first producers-stockist/Distributor-member/Reseller-member/consumer, and both manufacturers/ Company-Stokis/Distributor-member/consumer.Keywords: Analysis, Promotion mix, Place mix, Product sales

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to know the service quality that big post office Pontianak give, customersatisfaction that big post office Pontianak give andthe influence of service quality to the customer satisfaction in big post office Pontianak. The factors that influence service quality in big post office Pontianak such as Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Empathy, Assurance, the service quality to the customer satisfaction. This research used data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. The sampling technique in this study is insidental sampling. The number of samples obtained by 50 people in big post office Pontianak. The distribution of questionnaires obtained by 50 people for efficiency of the research when Covid 19, to get the good result and was helping the post officepart. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression.In multiple linear regression of hypothesis testing using F-statistics, tstatistics, andR 2 . The result of this study show that service quality in big post office Pontianak isvery important for people pulse. For the result effect of service quality to customersatisfaction based on multiple linear regression analysis show that tangible factorhas a negative influence and significant to customer satisfaction in big post office Pontianak and based on t statistic, t statistic is -2,323 and significance is 0,025. Reliability factor has a positive influence and not significant to customer satisfaction in big post office Pontianak and based on t statistic, t statistic is 1,808and significance is 0,077. Responsiveness factor has a positive influence and not significant to customer satisfaction in big post office Pontianak and based on t statistic, t-statistic is 1,415 and significance is 0,164. Empathy factor has a negative influence and significant to customer satisfaction in big post office Pontianak and based on t statistic, t statistic is - 3,739 and significance is 0,001. Whereas, assurance factor has a positive influence and significant to customer satisfaction inbig post office Pontianak and based on t statistic, t statistic is 1,475 and significanceis 0,047. Based on F-statistic show that F statistic more than F table ((4,304>2,50)with the significance small than 0,05 so that independen variable (service quality)has a significant influence to dependen variable (customer satisfaction). And basedon coefficient determination is 32% dependen variable able to predicted by the independen variable and 68% is influence by other factor beside research model. Abstract

Abstrack This study aims to find out the relationship of intellectual intelligence with economic learning outcomes in grade XI students of SMA Negeri 05 Pontianak. The research method used is descriptive method. The form of research is interelationship studies. The population in this study was all grade XI students consisting of 11 learning rombels, grade XI MIA 6 rombel and class XI Social 5 rombel. The sample of the study was 35 students in grade XI Sos 1. The results showed: 1) Intellectual intelligence in grade XI students of SMA Negeri 05 Pontianak amounted to 93.8, can be seen from the intellectual intelligence benchmark in students categorized as "Excellent". 2) The results of economic learning in grade XI students of SMA Negeri 05 Pontianak were obtained 91.28, can be seen in the existing benchmarks, then obtained economic learning results in students categorized as "Excellent". 3) There is a relationship of intellectual intelligence with economic learning results in grade XI students of SMA Negeri 05 Pontianak, the calculation result is rxy count = 0.426 while rxy table for n = 35 at the level of trust 95% is 0.334 (Arikunto, 2009:333). So from the conclusion there is a relationship of intellectual intelligence with the results of economic learning in grade XI students of SMA Negeri 05 Pontianak, the category of relationship "Medium" Keywords: Intellectual Intelligence, Economic Learning Outcomes

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to determine the relationship between entrepreneurial behavior and the quality of the Small and Medium Industries of Pontianak City Handicrafts. The method used in this research was descriptive method with a form of quantitative study of relationship studies (interrelationship studies). The population in this study is Pontianak Small and Medium Industries consumers. The sampling technique uses incidental sampling. Which respondents are sampled for research are; (a) consumers who are at least 17 years old, (b) consumers who have made a repeat purchase of the product at least 2 times. The data collection tool used uses direct and indirect communication techniques, namely observation of owners of Small and Medium Industries. Pontianak City Hand, questionnaire to Pontianak Kota Small and Medium Industries  consumers and documentation. While data processing techniques use Pearson correlation. The results of the research in the field can be concluded that that there was a positive relationship between entrepreneurial behavior and product quality. The significance of the calculation was 0.001 <0.05, the alternative hypothesis was accepted and the correlation relationship in the table was known to be 0.520 which means that the variables of entrepreneurial behavior with the quality of the products of the Small and Medium Industries Pontianak City have a moderate relationship.Keywords: Entrepreneurial Behavior, Product Quality

Abstract

Abstract This research motivated by a learning system that is still conventional with lectures and assignments or group work and the use of learning media is still minimal at the beginning of the semester so that students are less enthusiastic in learning. The purpose of this study to produce learning media, namely the Uno Card media so that students are enthusiastic and active in the learning process. The research procedure used the PPE (development model Planning, Production, and Evaluation)by Richey and Klein. Data collection techniques is qualitative in the form of revisions by media experts and interviews and quantitative data from assessment questionnaires. The results of this study: (1) The assessment of Learning Practitioners is 0.99 from 0-1 by using CVR & CVI calculations which are declared valid or suitable for use. (2) Student assessment obtained 0.92 from 0-1 range by using CVR & CVI calculations declared valid or suitable for use. Keywords: Development, Kartu Uno, Ecenomic Learning

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine how much influence the management of the Waste Bank has on the green economy attitude of the customers of the Rosella Garbage Bank, South Pontianak District. The assessment approach uses a quantitative approach with the type of ex post facto research. The data used are primary data. The sample studied was 58 respondents obtained from the purposive sampling technique which is an active customer of the Rosella Garbage Bank, South Pontianak District. Collecting data using indirect communication techniques, observation, and documentary studies. The data were processed using simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that: 1) The management carried out by the waste bank manager was very good at 78%; 2) The green economic attitude of the Rosella Waste Bank customers as a whole shows it is included in the "Very High" category at 83.1%; 3) Waste bank management has a positive and significant influence on the green economy attitude of waste bank customers by 53.4% with a t count of 8.005 while the t table at 5% significance is 2.003 which means Ha is accepted. So in conclusion, there is an ef ect of waste bank management on the green economy attitude of the customers of the Rosella Garbage Bank, South Pontianak District, amounting to 53.4%, while the remaining 46.6% is influenced by other factors not examined by researchers.Keywords: Waste Bank, Green Economy Attitude, Customers.

Abstract

AbstractPurpose of this research is to know the increasing of students’ critical thinking ability in using Bamboo Dancing in grade IX IPS D SMAN 1 Sengah Temila in economic lesson and the acrivity is using learning model of Bamboo Dancing.Kind of this research is Clasroom Action Research design by Kemmis and Mc Tanggartwhich is including four steps,they are planning, Implementation, observation, and reflection. Subject of this research is 35 students of grade XI IPS D.Techniques of taking the data are observation, documentation, and test. Technique of quantitative data analysis is descriptive statistic analysis.The result of research is implementation of Bamboo Dancing increase ability of students' critical thinking, complete category in pre-cicleIs 54,28%, uncompleted category is 45,71%, implementation of cycle I is 60% complete category, 40% uncompleted category, implementation of cycle II is 88,57 complete category, 14,29 uncompletef category.Implementation of learning used Bamboo Dancing model in economy lesson into students' of SMAN 1 Sengah Temila Is well done. In cycle I, result of implementation is 73,3% In good category. In cycle II, the implementaion is increse, 91,6% in very good category. Keywords: Bamboo Dancing, Cooperative Learning, Critical Thinking .

Abstract

AbstractThis research originated from the problem “Implementation of Sales Strategy forProcessed Aloe Vera Products at PD. Triple Pontianak”. The sub-problems in thisstudy are (1) achieve sales volume of processed aloe vera products in PD. Triple?, (2)get profit from aloe vera productsin PD. Triple?, and (3) support the growth ofprocessed aloe vera product companies in PD. Triple?. The aim of this study is todetermine the implementation of the sales strategy of processed aloe vera products atPD.Triple Pontianak. The method used in this research is descriptive method andcolleting data using survey. Sources of the data in this research are the owne,secretary and treasurer. Data were collected using some instruments such asinterview, observation, and others supporting documents. Based on the results ofinterwiew and observation, it is shown that the implementation of the sales strategy foraloe vera products in PD.Triple Pontianak is quite good. This can be seen from theabillty of the company owner to carry out the sales strategy of processed aloe veraproducts, so that members feel satisfied with the owner in planning targets and effortsto increase sales volume based to the planned target.Keywords: implementation, sales strategy, product.

Abstract

AbstractThis study was aimed at identifying the students’ readiness to work in terms of entrepreneurship behavior at Pontianak State Vocational High School 3 students in 2019/2020 school year. The method used was a descriptive study in the form of survey research. The sources of the data in this study were the students of Pontianak State Vocational High School 3 class XII majoring in accounting consisting of 4 classes with 12 respondents for being interviewed. The results of the study showed that 1) Confidence was in the excellent category with 11 students who had a full confident attitude and 1 person was still unsure of their ability, 2) Having an initiative was in the very good category with 12 students who already showed their initiation, 3) Motivation of achievement was in the excellent category that there were 12 students who had achievement motive, 4) Posessing a leadership skill was in the very good category with 12 students who dared to be different and had a leadership skill, 5) Daring to take risks was in the good category that there were 9 students who dared to take risks and there were 3 students who did not. Keywords : Students, Work Readiness, Student Entrepreneurship Behavior
