Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the tourism management of Sentana Tourism Village in Tanjung Sekayam Village, Kapuas District, Sanggau Regency. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The source of data in this research is the community managing the tourism village of Sentana tourism which consists of 10 people as respondents . Data collection was obtained through interview guidelines, analyzed through data reduction, data presentation and verification/drawing conclusions, then checking the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. Researcher conducted research and interview 3 times. The results show that tourism management supported by the local government can make the Sentana tourist village as a local tourist spot that attracts local and non-local tourists and is used as a place to hold events which are held three times a year, every April 4th , after the celebration of Eid Al-Fitr and every end of the year before the New Year celebrations , the provision of grant funds to POKDARWIS is used to promote the Sentana Tourism Village and organize various events . Supporting facilities for opening a business such as carts for selling booths, rickshaws, construction of water fronts and open areas such as green land. Keywords: Management, Sentana Tourism Village

Abstract

AbstractThe aims of this study are to determine (1) How are extracurricular activities at SMKMandiri Pontianak (2) How are the results of learning Accounting of XI studentsAccounting class at SMK Mandiri Pontianak (3) Is there an effect of extracurricularactivities on learning outcomes of Accounting in XI students Accounting class at SMKMandiri Pontianak. Using the quantitative descriptive method with the form ofrelationship studies, the data source for the XI grade students of accounting at SMKMandiri Pontianak. Data collection techniques: Questionnaires and Documentaries.Prerequisite test: validity and reliability test. Data processing techniques: Simple LinearRegression. The t value of 0.035 compared to the t table with a significance level of 0.05of 0.254 means that t is smaller than the t table of 0.035 <0.254 so that Ha is acceptedand Ho is rejected. Simple linear regression calculation obtained Y '= 71.584 + 0.035 Xmeans that the regression coefficient is 71.584, meaning that every time you add 1% tothe variable (X), the value of the variable (Y) increases by 0.035. The result of theregression coefficient influence (X) on (Y) is 1.2%, the rest is influenced by other factorsnot explained in this study. In conclusion, extracurricular activities do not have asignificant effect on learning outcomes of accounting students in XI accounting classstudents at SMK Mandiri Pontianak.Keywords : Extracurricular Activities, Accounting Learning Outcomes

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine how much student skills in student practice in the accountingprogram (MYOB) Class XII students of the Accounting Departement at SMK Mandiri,Pontianak City. The form of this research is qualitative research with descriptive research type.The sample in this study were class XII students of Accounting Departement of Pontianak Cityindependent private vocational school for the 2019/2020 academic year, totaling 35 students.The sampling method is Total Sampling. The data were collected using observation sheets andthe results of the research carried out were the low completeness of learning facilities owned bythe Pontianak City independent private vocational school as evidenced by the inadequacy ofpractical tools with the total student total and then the low practical skills of students in theMYOB accounting program as evidenced by the student observations when doing the exercisesgiven and the resulting scores are still relatively lowKeywords: completeness of learning tools, accounting practice skills

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of workload and compensation toward UPKAlianyang Pontianak public health center employee job satisfaction, either insimultaneously as well as partially. The research method which used is descriptiveresearch by means of relationship studies form. The data source in this study isAlianyang Pontianak public health center employee of which the sample is 31people. The sampling taking technique used the cencus sampling technique. And it’sdata used a questionnaire that has been validity and reability testing. The dataanalysis technique which is used to answer hypothesis that multiple regressionanalysis, t test, f test, coefficient of determination (R2). The results of analysis datashow that : (1) workload take positive effect and significant to job satisfaction by tcount of 2.321 and a significant value amounting to 0.028; (2) compensation takepositive effect to job satisfaction 2.717 and a significant value amounting to 0,011;(3) workload and compensation in together way take positive effect and significantto job satisfaction by t value amounting to 7.205 and significance to 0.003. Thecoefficient of determination r2 amounting to 0.340 and can be interpreted that 34%job satisfaction be affected by workload dan compesation while the residual is 66%be affected by other variable outside of this research.Keywords : workload, compensation, and job satisfaction

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to find out what's causing the trouble to apply MYOB Accounting to class XII Accounting major for Country’s Vocational High School 1 Sungai Raya. This research is based on a troubling finding by an author during the Accounting for the difficult implementation of MYOB Accounting. The experimental method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and a form of survey research. The source of data in this study is 15 Accounting students, teachers of subjects and utilities and facilities. The data-collection tool on this research is the documentation paperwork and the pedophile interviews. The analtic technique of data on this research is domain analysis. The results of this research can be concluded that the causes of the trouble of applying MYOB Accounting to class xii Accounting for 1 bengkacia-district regional river Accounting for internal factors (1) psychological (a) attitudes (b) talent (c) motivation. Abstract

 AbstractThis study aims to determine the causes of learning difficulties students on learning myob accounting on students in XII class of SMKN 1 Pontianak. The method used in this research is qualitative research approach method. Sources of data in this study are all students in XII Class Accounting 2 of SMKN 1 Pontianak who was not pass the score. There were 13 students. Data collection techniques are direct observation techniques, direct communication and documentary study techniques. While the data collection tool are the interview guide, the observation sheet (check list). Data processing techniques using domain analysis techniques. The results of the findings based on observation and interview data were analyzed and it was concluded that the cause of students' learning difficulties in learning MYOB accounting is from internal factors with the following aspects: (1) Learning Attention, (2) Readiness Learning. Based on appendix 7 overall the average internal factor score of 3.16 is categorized as less well, and which becomes dominant affecting students' learning difficulties lies in poorly categorized. Abstract

 AbstractThis study aims to determine the influence of the reasons for choosing the price of purchasing decisions Xiaomi Smartphone to students of Economic Education Prodi FKIP UNTAN. The research method used is descriptive with the form of research relationship study. The respondents of this research are all students of FKIP UNTAN Education Economics Education Program students of 30 Xiaomi Smartphone users, by class of 2015, 2016 and 2017 Regular Class. Sampling technique in this research use saturated sampling technique. The results prove, that there is influence of the reasons for the selection of price decisions purchase Xiaomi Smartphone student student Economic Education Program FKIP UNTAN shown in the significance count 0.005 <α 0.05. The amount of coefficient of determination in this research is 24.6%, while the rest of 75.4% is influenced by independent variables not examined in this study, such as product quality, promotion and brand image..Keywords: Price, Purchase Decision, Xiaomi Smartphone

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research was to determine consumption behavior in the family environment to the tenth grade of students SMPN 1 Batu Ampar, Kubu Raya Regency. The problems in this research were: 1) How is the process making consumption decisions in the family environment to the tenth grade of students SMPN 1 Batu Ampar, Kubu Ray Regencyt?. 2) What are the factors which affects consumption behavior in the family environment in students class VIII SMPN 1 Batu Ampar, Kubu Raya Regency?. Research result showed that consumption behavior in the inner family environment the decisionmaking process tends to lead irrationally, this was seen from the recognition of needs, search information,evaluation of alternatives before purchase, purchasing decisions, and post-purchase behavior. As for the factors that influence consumption behavior in the family environment, there were: 1) internal factors, motivation, personality, and lifestyle. 2) external factors, culture, family, and reference group. AbstractThe study aims to know the practical application of accounting knowledge in dayto-day transaction natation to oconomic education student FKIP Untan (Reg.A). the reearch approach used in this study is a qualitative approach the method used in this study is a descriptive method with a case-study form. The data source in this study is the student activee conomics education that is on the way and is housing and housing the 8 students from 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. The data-gathering procedure in this study is to use interviews and documents. The data analysis in this research is using domain analysis. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of teacher Pedagogical Competence on students in FinancialAccounting subjects for class XI Accounting 3 at SMKN 3 Pontianak. This study discussed theteacher's competence on student satisfaction with the research respondents of 37 students fromclass XI Accounting 3 at SMKN 3 Pontianak. The research method is descriptive quantitativemethod. The data is collected through a questionnaire/questionnaire that the reliability has beentested. The data analysis technique used the IBM SPSS Statistics version 25, the results in thisstudy showed that after performing a simple linear regression test on the variables X and Y withthe regression equation, namely Y = 8.091 + 0.663 X and had an effect of 61.3%. Based on thecalculation results of IBM SPSS Statistics version 25, the t-count is 7.448, and the t-table withdegrees of freedom df = n-2 or 37-2 = 35, then the t-table is 2.030. From the results of thecomparison of t-count and t-table, it can be concluded that t-count is 7.448 > t-table is 2.030, soHa is accepted and Ho is rejected. Therefore it was concluded that there was an effect ofPedagogic Competence on student satisfaction in Financial Accounting subjects for class XIaccounting 3 at SMKN 3 Pontianak.Keywords: Pedagogic Competence, Student Satisfaction
