Abstract

 AbstractThis study aims to determine the causes of learning difficulties students on learning myob accounting on students in XII class of SMKN 1 Pontianak. The method used in this research is qualitative research approach method. Sources of data in this study are all students in XII Class Accounting 2 of SMKN 1 Pontianak who was not pass the score. There were 13 students. Data collection techniques are direct observation techniques, direct communication and documentary study techniques. While the data collection tool are the interview guide, the observation sheet (check list). Data processing techniques using domain analysis techniques. The results of the findings based on observation and interview data were analyzed and it was concluded that the cause of students' learning difficulties in learning MYOB accounting is from internal factors with the following aspects: (1) Learning Attention, (2) Readiness Learning. Based on appendix 7 overall the average internal factor score of 3.16 is categorized as less well, and which becomes dominant affecting students' learning difficulties lies in poorly categorized. Abstract

 AbstractThis study aims to determine the influence of the reasons for choosing the price of purchasing decisions Xiaomi Smartphone to students of Economic Education Prodi FKIP UNTAN. The research method used is descriptive with the form of research relationship study. The respondents of this research are all students of FKIP UNTAN Education Economics Education Program students of 30 Xiaomi Smartphone users, by class of 2015, 2016 and 2017 Regular Class. Sampling technique in this research use saturated sampling technique. The results prove, that there is influence of the reasons for the selection of price decisions purchase Xiaomi Smartphone student student Economic Education Program FKIP UNTAN shown in the significance count 0.005 <α 0.05. The amount of coefficient of determination in this research is 24.6%, while the rest of 75.4% is influenced by independent variables not examined in this study, such as product quality, promotion and brand image..Keywords: Price, Purchase Decision, Xiaomi Smartphone

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to determine: consumptive lifestyles of bidikmisi students of FKIP UNTAN economic education program, consumptive lifestyles of non-bidikmisi students of FKIP UNTAN economic education program, examine differences in consumptive lifestyles of bidikmisi students and non-bidikmisi study programs FKIP UNTAN economics. This research was comparative study with descriptive quantitative approach. The sample was regular economics study program students a FKIP UNTAN class of 2015-2018 using a random stratified random sampling technique of 136 people. Retrieval of data using questionnaire with a Likert scale and interviews. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis and comparative analysis. The results showed that the consumptive lifestyle of bidikmisi students in the low category by 50%, the consumptive lifestyle of non-bidikmisi students in the low category by 52.9%, the probability value (Sig.) was greater than 0,05 (0.524>0.05) so that Ho's decision was accepted and Ha was rejected which reads "There was no difference in consumptive lifestyle between bidikmisi students and non-bidikmisi FKIP UNTAN economic education programs" significantly.Keywords: Lifestyle, Bidikmisi Students, Non Bidikmisi Students

Abstract

AbstractThis purpose of this study are to determine the strategy for developing SME loans at Service Office CU Khatulistiwa Bakti Kota Baru. The research method used in this research were descriptive with a qualitative research form. The data sources of this research were debtors, CUKB data and managers as well as questionnaire sheets as well as the results of interviews with the manager of Kopdit CU Khatulistiwa Bakti Kota Baru Service Office. The results showed that the strategic factors that influence the development of SME credit at service office Kopdit CU Khatulistiwa Bakti Kota Baru has the internal factors of strength strategy are procedures in granting credit with a score of (0.77) and the smallest score is the credit agreement system with a score of (0.40), the weakness of this strategy is the utility in conducting SME credit with a score (0.49) and the smallest score is the goal in conducting SME credit with a score (0.41). While the external factor of the opportunity strategy is the increase in funds with a score (0.60) and the smallest score is the development of assets with a score (0.42), the threat strategy is the SME debtor's target in doing credit with a score (0.27) and the smallest score is the accuracy of the debtor. in the deposit with a score (0.25).Keywords: Strategy, Credit, UKM, SWOT

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of teacher Pedagogical Competence on students in FinancialAccounting subjects for class XI Accounting 3 at SMKN 3 Pontianak. This study discussed theteacher's competence on student satisfaction with the research respondents of 37 students fromclass XI Accounting 3 at SMKN 3 Pontianak. The research method is descriptive quantitativemethod. The data is collected through a questionnaire/questionnaire that the reliability has beentested. The data analysis technique used the IBM SPSS Statistics version 25, the results in thisstudy showed that after performing a simple linear regression test on the variables X and Y withthe regression equation, namely Y = 8.091 + 0.663 X and had an effect of 61.3%. Based on thecalculation results of IBM SPSS Statistics version 25, the t-count is 7.448, and the t-table withdegrees of freedom df = n-2 or 37-2 = 35, then the t-table is 2.030. From the results of thecomparison of t-count and t-table, it can be concluded that t-count is 7.448 > t-table is 2.030, soHa is accepted and Ho is rejected. Therefore it was concluded that there was an effect ofPedagogic Competence on student satisfaction in Financial Accounting subjects for class XIaccounting 3 at SMKN 3 Pontianak.Keywords: Pedagogic Competence, Student Satisfaction

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to determine whether there is an influence of knowledge and motivation on cooperative behavior in the cooperative of Hesti Wira Sakti Kesdam XII/TPR. The method used in this research is an associative research method with a form of research to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The population in this research was 217 people. The sample used was a cooperative member of the army totaling 57 people. To the determine the sample of this research, the writer using proportionate stratified random sampling. The techniques of data collection consisted of indirect communication tecnique and documentary study technique. The tool of collecting data was questionnaire. The was calculated and the result showed that there was a significant influence between the independent  variables (X1) and (X2) on the dependent variable Y. Based on the analysis, thecalculation of t-test data obtained sig. 0,018 < 0,05 (alpha 5%)  which shows the influence of knowledge of cooperatives on cooperative behavior. Whereas, the variable t-test of cooperative motivation shows sig. 0,175 > 0,05 (Alpha 5%) which shows there is no influence between cooperative motivation on cooperative behavior. Whereas, the f-test carried out simultaneously shows sig. 0,000b< 0,05 (Alpha 5%) which means there is an  influence between cooperative knowledge and motivation on cooperative behavior.Keywords:Knowledge, Motivation and Cooperative Behavior

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze women's empowerment through the fish cracker home industry. Theresearch method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data sources in thisstudy were women who worked to manage the fish cracker home industry which consisted of 10people as respondents to conduct interviews. Data collection was obtained through observationand interview guidelines, then analyzed using data reduction, data presentation andverification/drawing conclusions, then checking the validity of the data using triangulationtechniques. Researchers conducted observations and interviews with women who work inmanaging the fish cracker home industry 2 times. The results show that the empowermentprocess given to women is in the form of training and then given material on how to process fishcrackers in accordance with health standards and how to process fish crackers clean or hygienicby choosing good quality fish as the basic ingredients for making fish crackers. In addition, inthe empowerment there are mentoring activities which are directive activities by direct guidanceon how to process fish crackers in accordance with the material provided during the training. sothat the women do not find it difficult in the process of making the fish crackers.These mentoringactivities made it easier for women to understand the material that had been given in hands-onpractice to process fish crackers, thus making their production activities smoother and theirbusiness growing.Keywords: Women Empowerment, Fish Cracker, Home Industry

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine what factors affect the demand for goods delivery services at Lion Parcelhead to office Pontianak’s. the reseach methoed used is factor analysis. The data used are primary data. The sample studied was 124 respondents. The number of statements analyzed was 31 statements and the data were processed using faktor analysis with the SPSS version 22 application. The result showed that of the 31 statements analyzed using the factor analyzed model, there were 7 factors that were formed, namely (1) Factor Tariff with variance value 33.093%, (2) the Faktor Of Responsivensess with variance value 9.221%, (3) the Factor of Empathy with variance value 7.150%, (4) the Factor Of Advertising with variance value 5.053%, (5) the Factor of Reliability with variance value 3.985%, (6) the Factor of Expectation with variance value 3.842%, and (7) Promotion Factor with variance value 3.583%. The cumulative percentage of the variance of extracted factors is 65.926%, which means that the result of this study are able to explain the factors that influence the demand for goods delivery services athead office Lion Parcel Pontianak of 65.926 % an rest is influenced by toher factos.Keywords: Demand, Delivery Service, Lion Parcel.
