Abstract

Lamanya penumpukan petikemas yang terkena behandle Bea Cukai dan karantina yang menyebabkan kenaikan tarif penumpukan dan menyebabkan pengguna jasa mengajukan restitusi kepada perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengauh lama waktu penumpukan petikemas terhadap tarif, serta mengetahui seberapa besar minat pengguna jasa dalam mengajukan keringanan biaya penumpukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana dan teknik penskoran. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini mnggunakan wawancara, kuesioner observasi, dokumentasi. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS for windows ver. 26 dan teknik penskoran data. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pengaruh antara lama waktu penumpukan terhadap tarif penumpukan yakni sebesar 55,9%. pengguna jasa yang mengajukan restitusi sebesar 58,33 %., sedangkan pengguna jasa yang tidak mengajukan restitusi sebesar 41,66%. Meningkatnya pengguna jasa yang mengajukan restitusi di akibatkan pengguna jasa merasa terbebani dengan biaya penumpukan yang di akibatkan dwelling time yang lama.

Abstract

Ship Crane kapal adalah salah satu alat yang berpengaruh dalam kegiatan Bongkar muat Batubara yang memiliki peran krusial dalam operasional bongkar muat Pelabuhan. Penggunaan ship crane menjadi fokus utama untuk meningkatkan kecepatan dan kualitas bongkar muat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab terjadinya kerusakan crane serta Upaya mengurangi kerusakan crane pada kegiatan Bongkar muat. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) adalah dengan melakukan review dari berbagai komponen dan subsistem. Melakukan identifikasi mode-mode kegagalan, penyebab kegagalan dan efek atau dampak yang ditimbulkan dari kegagalan tersebut. Sehingga nantinya digunakan sebagai input dalam lembar kerja Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA).Hasil penelitian ini penyebab terjadinya kerusakan Crane yang memiliki risiko tinggi dengan Nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN) diantaranya adalah terjadinya kerusakan pada putusnya wire crane, keausan pada bearing, kurangnya pelumas pada gearbox serta low generator pada auxiliary engine dan juga putusnya kabel hoist yang menghambat waktu bongkar.

Abstract

Shipping companies ship agencies play an important role in representing the interests of ship owners in ports. In activities, the role of digital technology is very important to streamline and accelerate the process of managing ship crews and prospective crew documents to ensure safety, legal compliance, and smooth ship operations as necessary requirements during sailing. This study aims to determine the influence of Digital Technology in the Management of Crewchange Documents at Pt. Equinox Bahari Utama. The type of research used in this study is quantitative. This research was carried out at Sanur Port for 1 year. Pt. Equinox Bahari Utama. The population used in this study is employees of the Crewing Golar division and Cool Company Management USA, the crew of the ship who will make a crewchange with a sample of 45 respondents. The data sources in this study used primary and secondary data with data collection techniques, namely: questionnaires, observations, literature studies. The data analysis technique is the Simple Linear Regression test. The results of this study show that digital technology has a positive and significant influence on the management of crewchange documents at PT Equinox Bahari Utama. The magnitude of the positive influence of Digital Technology on the management of crewchange documents at PT Equinox Bahari Utama is 87%.

Abstract

Tingginya angka kecelakaan kerja di PT. Berlian Manyar Sejahtera mendorong penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor risiko dan merumuskan strategi peningkatan K3 pada TKBM. Melalui studi kasus, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bahwa kurangnya kesadaran K3, lemahnya penegakan disiplin, dan kondisi lingkungan kerja yang tidak aman menjadi akar permasalahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rendahnya kesadaran K3, kurangnya penegakan disiplin, dan fasilitas K3 yang tidak memadai menjadi kendala utama. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penulis merekomendasikan beberapa solusi, yaitu program pelatihan keselamatan komprehensif yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan khusus pekerja dermaga, penegakan peraturan keselamatan yang lebih ketat, dan peningkatan infrastruktur keselamatan di tempat kerja. Dengan menerapkan beberapa solusi ini, PT. Berlian Manyar Sejahtera dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih aman dan mengurangi frekuensi kecelakaan kerja.

Abstract

Fuel Oil purifier di kapal adalah salah satu permesinan bantu yang berpengaruh dalam membersihkan bahan bakar mesin diesel dari campuran kotoran cair maupun kotoran padat yang tercampur didalamnya. Tujuan penelitian karya ilmiah terapan ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja penyebab terjadinya overflow pada fuel oil purifier dan faktor-faktor penyebab main seal ring terjadi kerusakan. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) dengan melakukan review dari berbagai komponen. Melakukan identifikasi mode kegagalan, penyebab kegagalan dan efek atau dampak yang ditimbulkan dari kegagalan tersebut. Sehingga nantinya digunakan sebagai input dalam lembar kerja Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) tentang overflow pada fuel oil purifier. Hasil penelitian penyebab terjadinya overflow diantaranya adalah kotornya bowl purifier, aus dan putusnya belt serta ketidaksesuaian gravity disc. Purifikasi fuel oil purifier yang tidak normal mengakibatkan overflow yaitu bahan bakar bersih tidak keluar dari pipa keluaran bahan bakar bersih. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah untyuk mencegah dan mengatasi masalah di atas diantaranya yaitu dengan melakukan pembersihan berkala pada bowl dari lumpur atau kerak yang menempel, penggantian belt purifier baru sesuai spesifikasi dan jam kerjanya, serta mengurangi kesalahan pemasangan gravity disc purifier.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the quality of e-ticketing can provide satisfaction to consumers, what is consumer satisfaction with the services provided by e-ticketing, and to find out the effect of e-ticketing quality on consumer satisfaction at PT ASDP Ketapang Branch. The population of this study is all passengers who purchased tickets online at PT ASDP Ketapang branch, the sample used was 30 people. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative descriptive analysis techniques, simple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and coefficient of determination tests (R2). Based on the research results, it can be seen that the quality of e-ticketing can provide satisfaction to consumers or passengers who use ship services belonging to PT ASDP ketapang branch Banyuwangi, apart from that consumers/passengers are satisfied with the services provided by PT ASDP Ketapang branch Banyuwangi related to the existence of e-ticketing. ticketing or purchasing tickets online. Based on the calculation results, it is known that R square has a value of 0.667 or 66%. This shows the magnitude of the positive influence of E-Ticketing Quality on PT ASDP Ketapang branch , Banyuwangi (Y) is 66%, the remaining 34% is the influence of other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of mooring costs and handling costs on the effectiveness of dry bulk loading and unloading. In supporting activities at the Port, the process of loading and unloading dry bulk often has cost factors that can affect the effectiveness of completion time. The method used is quantitative, which is analysed with SPSS version 27 with several components, such as assumption tests, classical, correlation coefficient, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that mooring fees have a significant and positive effect on the effectiveness of loading and unloading, where an increase in mooring fees encourages the acceleration of the loading and unloading process. handling costs partially do not show a significant effect on effectiveness, but simultaneously with mooring fees have a significant effect. This research provides insight for PT Berlian Manyar Sejahtera in optimising operational cost management to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of loading and unloading activities

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of port integration of PT Berlian Manyar Sejahtera with JIIPE Industrial Estate on logistics distribution efficiency. The background is the existence of distribution costs in Indonesia, which are relatively expensive. The integration of ports with industrial estates and other factors could cut distribution costs. The purpose of this research is to find out how many percent of the influence of proximity distance for distribution costs and also the time in the distribution process. In this research, a quantitative methods is used which is assisted by a software, namely SPSS version 27. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, documentation, and literature study. The data used includes the distance from the port to the warehouse receiving goods, distribution rates, and the length of time in the loading and unloading process. The results of the analysis show that there is an influence between distance, costs, and tariffs in the distribution process. And how this integration is significantly beneficial for service users

Abstract

This study discusses the causes of leakage in cargo oil pumps, which play a crucial role in the discharge operation of tankers carrying oil, chemicals, and gas. Regular maintenance is essential to prevent damage that could hinder the ship's operations. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data gathered from observations, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The analysis is conducted using Fishbone to identify the root causes of the problem. The results show that leakage occurs due to the misalignment of the pump shaft. This misalignment causes excessive vibration at high speeds, damaging components, especially the carbon seal face of the mechanical seal, leading to leakage of cargo. Preventive measures include regular and scheduled maintenance, proper lubrication, routine inspection while the pump is running, and alignment checks to ensure the shaft is straight. If any issues are found, repair or replacement with new parts is necessary to ensure the pump operates efficiently and the discharge process runs smoothly.

Abstract

Inaportnet or known as Indonesia Port Integrasion is a system that aims to operate and integrate online ship service and licensing activities from related agencies involved in port activities. The purpose of Inaportnet is to assist shipping companies and service users in handling customs clearance and docking ships at Indonesia ports. This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of the inaportnet system on the process of clearance in and out of ships in PT Kartika Samudra Adijaya Method using simple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study amounted to 30 respondents. Data collection uses questionnaires. The results of this study show that for every 1% increase in the value of the implementation of the inaportnet system, the ship clearance process will increase by 0.250. The regression coefficient is positive, so it can be said that the direction of the influence of the implementation of the inaportnet system (variable X) on the clearance process in and out of the ship (variable Y) is positive. And based on the significance value obtained from the table above, it can be concluded that the variable of the implementation of the inaportnet system (X) affects the variable of the clearance process in and out of the ship (Y).
