Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh faktor sosial dan budaya dalam proses pengambilan keputusan di lingkungan, baik di tingkat individu maupun kelompok. Faktor sosial seperti norma kelompok, pola interaksi, dan peran sosial secara signifikan mempengaruhi cara individu menentukan pilihan dalam konteks sosial mereka. Sementara itu, faktor budaya, termasuk nilai, kepercayaan, dan tradisi lokal, membentuk persepsi dan preferensi yang menjadi dasar bagi pengambilan keputusan. Studi ini juga menunjukkan bahwa keberagaman budaya dalam suatu lingkungan dapat menciptakan dinamika kompleks dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, yang memerlukan pendekatan adaptif dan kompromi untuk mencapai konsensus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dan analisis kasus pada lingkungan tertentu untuk menggali dampak langsung dan tidak langsung dari faktor sosial dan budaya terhadap pilihan dan kebijakan yang diambil. Temuan penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya pemahaman konteks sosial-budaya dalam pembuatan keputusan yang efektif, serta implikasinya bagi pembentukan strategi manajemen lingkungan yang lebih responsif terhadap keragaman masyarakat.

Abstract

Payment methods have a significant impact today due to various factors related to technological developments, changes in consumer behavior, and market dynamics. One of the latest innovations in payment methods widely established in Indonesia is using the QR Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). The use of QRIS continues to increase along with the development of digital technology and changes in consumer behavior, which prefers easier transactions. This qualitative research uses a questionnaire survey containing questions relevant to the research objectives. Based on the research results, the QRIS payment method is one of the factors influencing buyer decisions, focusing on three main indicators: ease of use, transaction speed, and transaction security. The positive effect of the QRIS payment method contributes to increasing customer satisfaction, making consumers feel comfortable and safe and having a good shopping experience, so they tend to make purchases and choose QRIS as a payment method.

Abstract

Advances in information technology have sparked a revolution in data processing and analysis. Big Data Analytics (BDA) plays an important role in enabling companies to make faster, more accurate, and data-driven decisions. This study adopts a qualitative research approach to explore the intersection of Big Data Analytics (BDA) and decision-making theory. Qualitative research is well suited for this purpose as it enables in-depth exploration of complex phenomena and provides rich contextual insights. Big Data Analytics (BDA) plays an important role in improving decision-making by providing accurate, timely and evidence-based insights. In the manufacturing sector, BDA is used for real-time quality monitoring and predictive maintenance. Big Data Analytics (BDA) contributes significantly to supporting decision theory by improving the quality, speed, and accuracy of the decision-making process. Companies are advised to build a technology infrastructure that supports the comprehensive implementation of BDA.

Abstract

Decision making is at the heart of every business activity. Decisions taken not only impact the company's performance, but also various stakeholders, including employees, consumers, and society at large. In an increasingly complex and dynamic business context, it is important for decision makers to consider ethical aspects in every choice they make. This study aims to analyze how ethical values ​​can be integrated into the business decision-making process. Through literature studies and case analysis, this study identifies several ethical principles that are relevant in the business context, such as honesty, fairness, social responsibility, and sustainability. In addition, this study also discusses the various challenges faced by companies in implementing business ethics, as well as strategies that can be used to overcome these challenges. The results of the study indicate that ethical decision making can provide a number of benefits for companies, including: improving the company's reputation, increasing trust from stakeholders, reducing risks, and improving long-term performance. However, to achieve this, a strong commitment from company leaders is needed, the development of an ethically oriented organizational culture, and the existence of an effective mechanism to ensure that decisions taken are in accordance with the company's ethical values. This study concludes that ethical decision-making is not just an option, but a necessity for companies that want to achieve long-term success. By integrating ethical values ​​into every aspect of the business, companies can create added value for all stakeholders and.

Abstract

This research examines the aspects that influence the decision-making process in fashion product development. The increasing complexity of consumer preferences and the rapid changes in fashion trends make the decision-making process very crucial in determining product success. The research used a qualitative method with a systematic literature study approach and in-depth interviews with 15 fashion industry practitioners. The results identified five main aspects that influence decision-making: analysis of market trends and consumer preferences, environmental sustainability considerations, production technology capabilities, financial factors and risk management, and design innovation aspects. The analysis showed that the integration of data analytics with a deep understanding of consumer preferences had the most significant influence, contributing 42% to product development success. Environmental sustainability emerged as an increasingly important factor, influencing 28% of consumer purchasing decisions. The research also found that companies that integrate all five aspects into their decision-making process have a 35% higher product success rate than those that only focus on a particular aspect. The results of this study provide a comprehensive framework for fashion industry practitioners to optimize the product development decision-making process.

Abstract

Mixue, merek es krim dan minuman teh asal Tiongkok, telah mencatat pertumbuhan yang signifikan di Indonesia sejak memasuki pasar pada tahun 2020 dengan membuka lebih dari 300 gerai hingga akhir 2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi ekspansi Mixue menggunakan pendekatan bounded  rationality dari Herbert Simon dan teori 5 P’s of Strategy dari Henry Mintzberg. Teori bounded rationality menjelaskan pengambilan keputusan Mixue yang didasarkan pada informasi terbatas namun relevan, seperti dalam penentuan lokasi gerai dan seleksi mitra waralaba. Sementara itu, teori 5 P’s of Strategy memberikan kerangka kerja untuk mengevaluasi strategi Mixue melalui elemen Plan, Ploy, Pattern, Position, dan Perspective. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa efisiensi rantai pasok yang terintegrasi dan model bisnis waralaba memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap percepatan ekspansi Mixue. Efisiensi rantai pasok memungkinkan Mixue menyediakan produk berkualitas dengan harga terjangkau, sementara model waralaba mempercepat pembukaan gerai baru melalui kolaborasi dengan mitra lokal. Pendekatan pemasaran digital berbasis media sosial, seperti kolaborasi dengan influencer, meningkatkan brand awareness dan keterikatan emosional dengan konsumen. Pendekatan glokalisasi Mixue, seperti menyesuaikan produk dengan selera lokal tanpa menghilangkan identitas merek, juga memperkuat daya tariknya di pasar Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi berbasis teori Simon dan Mintzberg memungkinkan Mixue untuk mengembangkan langkah-langkah adaptif dan responsif terhadap dinamika pasar Indonesia yang kompetitif. Keberhasilan ini memberikan implikasi bagi perusahaan ritel lain yang ingin memperluas operasinya di pasar serupa.

Abstract

Decision making is one of the key aspects of business strategy that can determine the success or failure of a company. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of strategic decisions on the business sustainability of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia, one of the largest technology companies in Indonesia. The focus of this research is to assess the effectiveness of decision making on operational, financial and human resource management aspects and their impact on the company's competitiveness in the market. Using a qualitative approach and secondary data analysis, the findings reveal that PT GoTo's strategic decisions have a significant impact on operational efficiency and adaptability to market trends. However, there are challenges to overcome, such as consistent strategy execution and risk management. This study provides important insights for business professionals to effectively make strategic decisions to gain a competitive advantage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami, menjelaskan konsep utama dalam akuntansi, fungsinya dalam proses pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan, mengenali elemen dalam neraca, dan menganalisis hubungan antar asset. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur, di mana data sekunder diperoleh dari berbagai referensi ilmiah seperti jurnal akademik, buku, dan artikel ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akuntansi memiliki peranan strategis sebagai sistem informasi yang esensial dalam mendukung perencanaan dan pengembangan bisnis. Melalui laporan keuangan yang akurat dan tepat waktu, manajemen dapat menganalisis kinerja perusahaan, menentukan tren, dan merencanakan tahap-tahap yang diperlukan untuk mencapai tujuan dalam jangka pendek dan jangka panjang. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi elemen dalam neraca serta menganalisis hubungan antara aset, kewajiban, dan ekuitas. Selain itu, kajian terhadap struktur dan konten laporan laba rugi serta informasi yang termuat di dalamnya memberikan gambaran yang jelas mengenai kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Laporan perubahan modal mencerminkan dinamika ekuitas pemilik selama periode akuntansi. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar perusahaan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi akuntansi terkini untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan keakuratan informasi keuangan. Dengan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang elemen akuntansi, manajer dan pengusaha dapat merumuskan rencana bisnis yang berkelanjutan dan efektif. Penelitian lebih lanjut disarankan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh penerapan akuntansi terhadap kinerja perencanaan dan pengembangan bisnis di berbagai sektor industri. Dengan demikian, akuntansi berfungsi sebagai alat penting dalam pengambilan keputusan dan pengelolaan sumber daya yang optimal, serta meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan dalam pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Hal ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap praktik bisnis yang lebih baik dan berkelanjutan, serta mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang lebih luas.
