Abstract

Along with the rapid development of information technology, which can help the processing and reporting of data, it is very helpful for humans in completing work. Every aspect of life is attached to technology, the system does not have human activities that are separated from the role of technology. Information system is a system within an organization which is a combination of users, facilities, technology, media, procedures and controls aimed at obtaining complex information.The diverse hospitality sector with its uniqueness and supported by facilities and transportation facilities available in tourist areas can provide a very large government income. The Padang City Government has carried out promotions through mass media such as newspapers and pamphlets. However, this method is not enough to inform hospitality widely to local and foreign tourists. The tourists will have difficulty in determining the planning of the selection of lodging. Therefore, through the design and manufacture of a hospitality GIS, it is hoped that it can display an overview of the Padang City hospitality map so that it is more attractive and can be enjoyed by the wider community. Presentation of information in web form will make it easier for the public to access it.Geographic Information System (GIS) technology has developed rapidly. GIS is created using information derived from processing a number of data, namely geographic data or data relating to the position of objects on the earth's surface. GIS technology integrates database-based data processing operations that are commonly used today, such as capturing unique visualizations and the various advantages that geographic analysis can offer through map images. GIS can be presented in the form of a web-based application

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat telah mempengaruhi segala aspekkehidupan manusia dan memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap produktifitas kerjadi segala lapisan masyarakat. Salah satu penemuan spektakuler saat ini adalah denganditemukannnya dan dikembangkannya artificial intelligence yang merupakan cabangilmu komputer yang ditujukan untuk membantu manusia dalam melakukan proseskomputasi. Saat ini fuzzy logic telah berhasil menerobos kendala-kendala yang dulupernah ditemui dan segera menjadi basis teknologi.

Abstract

Ada beberapa aspek pertimbangan yang diperlukan dalam menilai kinerja seorangkaryawan, hanya saja dengan keterbatasan waktu, kemampuan dan melihat segala aspekakhirnya sering terjadi kesalahan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Oleh karena itu,diperlukan sistem penunjang keputusan penilaian kinerja karyawan untuk pemilihankaryawan berprestasi dengan memperhatikan kriteria-kriteria aspek yang ada. Denganmetode analisis dan perancangan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dapat dilakukanpenilaian tingkat prioritas dari variabel-variabel yang diinginkan dengan membuat hirarkidari semua variabel yang ada dengan membandingkan tiap kriteria dan diintegrasikandengan penilaian kategori yang dibutuhkan, akan menghasilkan sebuah keputusan untukmemilih calon karyawan berprestasi terbaik dari kategori yang telah ditentukan. Dengansistem pendukung keputusan ini diharapkan pimpinan dapat mengambil keputusan dalammenilai kinerja karyawan berprestasi dengan melihat kriteria para karyawan.

Abstract

One of the efforts that can be made to increase the knowledge and skills of midwives in helping deliveries is by using the partograph. The partograph is a tool for making clinical decisions, monitoring, evaluating and managing labor. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of student knowledge about partographs and the practice of filling out partographs in midwifery Program study Fakultas Kesehatan, Patria Artha University. Method: Quantitative research with analytic survey method with a sample of 30 respondents. Data were analyzed using the Chi Square statistical test. Results: 54 respondents (52.4%) had good knowledge, 41 respondents (39.8%) had fairly good knowledge, and 8 respondents (7.8%) had poor knowledge. Conclusion: In the practice of filling out partographs, 52 respondents (50.5%) did not pass, and 51 respondents (49.5%) passed. With ∝=5%, a p-value (0.036) <0.05 is obtained, which means that there is a relationship between the level of student knowledge about the partograph and the practice of filling in the partograph.

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract: this study evaluates and compares the performance of two edge detection methods Sobel method and Canny method on batik image.  Batik images have unique characteristics and complex patterns, making it difficult to analyze the edges.  This study presents a comparison of the results using sobel and canny edge detection methods on batik kawung images both from peak signal-to-noise reatio and from mean squared error. The results showed that canny edge detection was better than sobel method. This can be seen from the results of PSNR and MSE that is 100%. This analysis is determined by considering factors such as the accuracy of edge detection, sensitivity to noise, and the ability to handle the complexity of batik drawing patterns. The results of this study provide a detailed description of the advantages and disadvantages of each method in the image of batik kawung. The conclusions that can be drawn from this study can provide valuable guidance for choosing the optimal edge detection method in image analysis of batik kawung and others.      Keywords: batik kawung; canny; MSE; PSNR; sobel  Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengevaluasi dan membandingkan kinerja dua metode deteksi tepi metode Sobel dan metode Canny pada citra batik.  Gambar batik mempunyai ciri-ciri yang unik dan pola yang kompleks, sehingga menyulitkan analisis tepian.  Penelitian ini menyajikan perbandingan hasil menggunakan metode deteksi tepi sobel dan canny pada citra batik kawung baik dari peak signal-to-noise reatio maupun dari mean squared error. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa deteksi tepi canny lebih baik dibandingkan dari metode sobel. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil PSNR dan MSE yang dihasilkan yaitu 100%. Analisis ini ditentukan dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor seperti keakuratan deteksi tepi, kepekaan terhadap noise, dan kemampuan menangani kompleksitas pola gambar batik. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan gambaran secara detail mengenai kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing metode pada citra batik kawung. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan panduan berharga untuk memilih metode deteksi tepi yang optimal dalam analisis citra batik kawung dan yang lainnya. Kata kunci: batik kawung; canny; MSE; PSNR; sobel

Abstract

SDN 15 Ulakan Tapakis merupakan salah satu lembaga yang bergerak dalam bidang penidikan yang berada di Kecamatan Ulakan Tapakis, Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Sistem manajemen sekolah pada SDN 15 Ulakan Tapakis selama ini belum terkomputerisasi dan terintegrasi dengan baik, sehingga masih memiliki banyak kekurangan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sekolah atau instansi tersebut, khususnya untuk menangani masalah kegiatan manajemen sekolah. Selama ini pekerjaan dan informasi masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu untuk pembukuan sistem masih ditulis buku besar dan penggunaan microsoft excel yang belum menggunakan teknologi yang terkomputerisasi. Proses manual ini memiliki banyak resiko yang bisa terjadi seperti kehilangan data, arsip tersebar, kerusakan serta membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dalam pencarian dan penyajian data yang dibutuhkan. Untuk itu perlu adanya pendataan data yang terkomputerisasi sebagai alat bantu dalam pendataan data sekolah. Maka dari itu penulis melakukan penelitian guna membangun suatu sistem informasi manajemen pada SD Negeri 15 Ulakan Tapakis, dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Dengan adanya sistem informasi manajemen sekolah ini, dapat memudahkan dalam melakukan pencarian data dan informasi, serta pembuatan laporan lebih cepat dan efektif pada SDN 15 Ulakan Tapakis.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to socialize the introduction of array formulas in Excel to SMA 1 Gunung Talang Solok students. Array formulas are a very useful feature in data processing in Excel, but are often not widely known by high school students. The method used in this research is a socialization method which involves presentations, demonstrations, and direct practice using array formulas in Excel. Socialization was carried out in the form of training involving SMA 1 Gunung Talang Solok students. The research results showed that the socialization of the introduction of array formulas in Excel had a positive impact on students at SMA 1 Gunung Talang Solok. After following the socialization, students were able to understand and apply array formulas in data processing in Excel. They are able to create array formulas that are more efficient and accurate in completing tasks that involve data processing

Abstract

This study aims to improve the clarity of digital images by examining the application of the histogram equalization method for noise correction. Noise in digital images is often a major challenge in maintaining the clarity and authenticity of visual information. Histogram equalization has been recognized as an effective method in improving image contrast and reducing the effects of noise. In this research, we conducted experiments by applying histogram equalization techniques to various types of digital images that are affected by noise. We analyzed the results by comparing the clarity and quality of the images before and after applying this method. The results of this research show that histogram equalization is able to significantly improve the clarity of digital images by reducing the effects of noise without sacrificing important details in the image. The implication of this discovery is the potential use of the histogram equalization method as an effective tool in improving the quality of digital images that are affected by noise.

Abstract

Perancangan Sistem Smart Gangguan Padan PDAM Berbasis Android merupakan sebuah sistem yang dirancang untuk memudahkan pengguna PDAM dalam melaporkan dan memonitor gangguan yang terjadi pada sistem PDAM. Sistem ini menggunakan platform Android sebagai antarmuka untuk pengguna. Sistem ini memiliki beberapa fitur utama, yaitu Pengguna dapat dengan mudah melaporkan gangguan yang terjadi pada sistem PDAM melalui aplikasi Android. Pengguna dapat mengisi informasi detail tentang gangguan, seperti lokasi, jenis gangguan, dan deskripsi singkat. Data gangguan yang dilaporkan akan dikirim ke sistem PDAM untuk segera ditindaklanjuti, Sistem ini juga menyediakan fitur monitoring gangguan, di mana pengguna dapat melihat daftar gangguan yang telah dilaporkan dan status penanganannya. Informasi ini ditampilkan dalam bentuk daftar yang dapat diurutkan berdasarkan prioritas atau lokasi. Pengguna juga dapat melihat detail gangguan, seperti tanggal pelaporan, status penanganan, dan catatan terkait, Sistem ini dilengkapi dengan fitur notifikasi yang akan memberitahu pengguna tentang perkembangan terkait gangguan yang dilaporkan. Pengguna akan menerima notifikasi melalui aplikasi Android atau melalui pesan teks. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan pengguna PDAM dapat dengan mudah melaporkan dan memonitor gangguan yang terjadi pada sistem PDAM. Hal ini akan mempercepat penanganan gangguan dan meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna. Selain itu, sistem ini juga memberikan data yang berguna bagi pihak PDAM untuk melakukan perbaikan dan perencanaan yang lebih efektif.
