Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kualitas pelayanan Kereta Ekonomi Lokal Lintas Barat, dan mengetahui indikator yang dapat menggambarkan dimensi kualitas pelayanan serta merancang usulan perbaikan kualitas pelayanan di PT. KAI (Persero).Metode Service Quality (Servqual) melalui 5 dimensinya digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat kualitas pelayanan. Analisis faktor digunakan untuk menentukan indikator penentu dilanjutkan dengan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk mencari faktor prioritas. Rancangan perbaikan diusulkan setelah melakukan analisis dengan Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Kuesioner disebarkan pada 393 penumpang Kereta Ekonomi Lokal Lintas Barat dengan teknik convenience sampling.  Kualitas pelayanan Kereta Api Ekonomi Lokal Lintas Barat termasuk pada tingkatan sedang yang menunjukkan belum terpenuhinya kualitas yang diharapkan pelanggan. Terdapat 21 indikator yang dapat menggambarkan dimensi kualitas pelayanan dengan indikator terkait kesiapan petugas dalam mengarahkan tangga bantuan dari peron ke pintu kereta yang memiliki tingkat ketidakpuasan tertinggi. Usulan perbaikan yang menjadi prioritas berdasarkan hasil analisis QFD yaitu meningkatkan pengawasan pelaksanaan SOP dari para petugas.

Abstract

ABSTRACTTransportation development for supporting the economic activity of the society must be appropriate with quality. After commuter line Rangkasbitung operating in 2 years, this study aims to find out the level of service quality commuter line Rangkasbitung, and find out the indicators that proposed the improvement for service quality. SERVQUAL and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) used to calculate gap and find the priority indicator depend on the questionnaire that was distributed to 100 passengers. The results of this study indicate that service quality is did notsatisfy yet the customers. All indicators have negative score. Based on the results of the study, indicators that must be proposed the improvement are the accuracy of the scheduled departure and arrival of the train, the responsibility of employee to show priority seats for people with disabilities, pregnant women, the elderly and mothers with young children, as well as safety and comfort in the station and in the train,  safety and comfort when going up and down the train, safety and comfort when move the other railroad platform, the availability of  seats in waiting room, and the availability of priority seats for people with disabilities, pregnant women, the elderly and mothers with young children. Keywords: Service Quality (SERVQUAL); Importance Performance Analysis (IPA); Transportation Service.ABSTRAKPerkembangan transportasi untuk mendukung kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat harus sejalan dengan kualitas layanan yang diberikan. Setelah 2 tahun opersional commuter line Rangkasbitung berjalan, peneliti ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan yang dirasakan penumpang dan indikator apa saja yang menjadi penting dan prioritas untuk diperhatikan.  Metode SERVQUAL dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) digunakan untuk menjawab masalah penelitian dengan menghitung nilai gap dan indikator prioritas dari kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kualitas layanan jasa commuter line Rangkasbitung menurut persepsi penumpang belum memenuhi harapan yang diinginkan dan belum mampu memuaskan pelanggan. Hal tersebut dilihat dari seluruh indikator yang memiliki nilai gap negatif. Indikator – indikator yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk dilakukan perbaikan yaitu ketepatan jadwal keberangkatan dan tiba commuter line, kesiapan petugas mengarahkan penggunaan kursi prioritas (penyandang cacat, ibu hamil, lansia dan ibu degan anak kecil), keamanan dan kenyamanan pada saat berada di stasiun dan di kereta, keamanan dan kenyamanan pada saat naik dan turun Kereta, keamanandan kenyamanan pada saat berpindah peron, penyediaan kursi di ruang tunggu stasiun, serta ketersediaan kursi prioritas bagi penyandang cacat, ibu hamil, lansia dan ibu dengan anak kecil.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Layanan; Importance Performance Analysis; Jasa Transportasi.

Abstract

This study considers how the direct and indirect impact from variable of advertising attitude, brand awareness, brands attitude to interest in using online investment applications. Quantitative method for data analysis using SEM Warp PLS 7.0 application with a sample of 103 people. The results of the study stated that advertising attitude had no effect on brands attitude, brand awareness had a significant positive effect on brands attitude. Brands attitude have an effect on interest in using online investment applications. Advertising attitudes have an effect on interest in using online investment applications. Brand awareness have an effect on interest in using online investment applications. Brands attitude cannot mediate the effect of advertising attitude on interest in using online investment applications. Brands attitude mediate the effect of brand awareness on interest in using online investment applications. Conclusion in this study stated that variable of advertising attitude, brand awareness, brands attitude had direct effect to interest in using online investment applications.  In addition, brands attitude had indirect effect through brand awareness to interest in using online investment applications.

Abstract

Kota Serang sebagai ibu kota Provinsi memiliki tingkat kemiskinan tertinggi ke tiga di Banten. Kemiskinan tertinggi di Kota Serang berada di Kecamatan Kasemen. Melalui pelatihan produksi diharapkan dapat membantu menumbuhkan kemandirian ekonomi sehingga akan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan menurunkan tingkat kemiskinan. Pelatihan produksi dengan berdasarkan diferensiasi produk diharapkan dapat menembus pasar yang ada sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan rumah tangga. Pelatihan telah berhasil dilaksanakan dengan cara praktik membuat olahan produk didampinggi oleh instruktur yang diikuti oleh 10 peserta di Kampung Terumbu, Kelurahan Terumbu, Kasemen, Serang Banten. Pelatihan menghasilkan produk lumpia rebung dan abon pepaya yang merupakan produk diferensiasi yang belum pernah dibuat dan dipasarkan sebelumnya oleh warga setempat. Tuntutan untuk berinovasi mengembangkan produk olahan seperti ini dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif olahan makanan yang dapat membuka usaha dengan menjualnya ke masyarakat luas.Kata kunci : Produksi, Diferensiasi, Olahan Makanan, Kemandirian Ekonomi

Abstract

Banten is a province that is rich in natural resource potential but lacks sufficient quality human resources. This condition causes Banten to become the province with the second highest unemployment rate in Indonesia.Higher Education has a role as well as a great responsibility to revise and improve the quality of human resources, as well as being able to survive and even win competition between universities in Banten. The segmenting, targeting and positioning strategy will help universities find market opportunities and make them the basis for developing marketing programs and the means to survive and win competition.Studies of segmenting, targeting and positioning strategies have been carried out in various industries, but only a few of these studies have been carried out in the higher education service industry.Increasing competition in the higher education service industry in Banten encourages the need for studies of this strategy, to help them survive and win competition, both against competitors from within and outside Banten.The purpose of this research is to formulate a segmenting, targeting and positioning strategy that can be used by universities in Banten as a basis for designing their marketing programs that effectively defend and win their markets.The survey research design was used to obtain data to be analyzed using the K mean Cluster, Cross Tabulation Method and Correspondent Analysis. The questionnaire was distributed to 500 third-grade high school students and their equivalents in Banten. Questionnaires that can be further processed are 493.This research produces four higher education service market segments that can be selected to be the target market. The four segments are, segment one is physical evidence oriented, segment two is oriented towards scholarship and academic services, segment three is cost oriented and segment four is process oriented education, graduates and prestige. Higher education institutions can choose one or more segments that they can serve better than competitors.Perception maps in this study show variations in the positions of eleven Higher Education Institutions in the minds of prospective students. Some universities have good positioning, while others have unclear and bad positioning. Higher Education Institutions can maintain their positioning or reposition if the existing positioning is not as intended. New players who will enter can use the perception map produced by this research to determine their positioning and the competitors they will face.

Abstract

The problem of marketing product is the biggest obstacle for a number of MSMEs. This is due to the lack of public knowledge about the marketing process and important activities before marketing, one of which is product packaging. Implementation is carried out through training and practice regarding product packaging and marketing. The results of the activity are partners are able to understand the importance of product packaging and labeling/branding and know how to make product packaging so that the product is more attractive and has an identity. In addition, partners are also able to understand the importance of product marketing and know how to market products effectively to increase sales and increase income.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on many sectors of human life, especially the tourism sector. The existence of the PSBB followed by PPKM resulted in the closure of various tourism accesses which caused a decrease in community tourism activities which resulted in a decrease in income in the tourism sector. The condition of the lack of visitors was also experienced by the Pipitan Tourism Village. In a pandemic era like this, virtual tours are a solution that can help Pipitan Tourism Village to maintain its existence so that business activities in Pipitan Tourism Village will increase again along with the increasing number of visitors. However, the Pipitan Tourism Village Pokdarwis has a problem regarding the lack of Human Resources (HR) capabilities in developing tourist attraction products. These problems have become a barrier to the progress of Pipitan Tourism Village in the digital era as it is today. This condition forms the basis that it is important to carry out assistance from the Higher Education institution using digital marketing coaching and training methods and developing tourist attraction products in the form of virtual tours.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Personal Selling dan Penggunaan Aplikasi Klik Indomaret terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Metode penelitan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode explanatory survey dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada 106 orang konsumen belanja Klik Indomaret dengan menggunakan Google Form. Maka diketahui bahwa t hitung 5,867 > t tabel 1,663 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Sehingga dari hasil penelitian menghasilkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima atau Personal Selling berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Untuk nilai t hitung variabel aplikasi sebesar 2,072 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,041. Maka diketahui bahwa t hitung 2,072 < t tabel 1,663 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,041 > 0,05. Sehingga dari hasil penelitian menghasilkan bahwa H2 ditolak dan H3 diterima atau aplikasi Klik Indomaret berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Berdasarkan hasil uji F menunjukan bahwa nilai F hitung 327,747 > F tabel 3,09 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Sehingga dari hasil penelitian menghasilkan bahwa H4 ditolak dan H5 diterima atau Personal Selling dan Klik Indomaret berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Abstract

This study intends to obtain the impact of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and culture factor to women interest to take a part in pre – employment online training. This study used a quantitative approach and analysis used in this study is SEM Warp PLS 6.0 by collecting data to 300 sample by purposive sampling method. This study adopted Technology Acceptance Model by Fred Davis used perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use variable and collaborate culture factor as novelty. The findings in this study indicate that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and culture factor in a partial and simultaneous impacted to women interest to take a part in pre – employment online training in Serang City.

Abstract

Lontar Villages in Tangerang Regency with various potentials including marine fisheries and agriculture. The results of community fishing and farming activities are usually sold directly to middlemen so that the profits obtained by the community are less than optimal. Lontar village communities who still lack knowledge and skills in marketing their business need assistance in utilizing digital media. Most people have cellphones and an internet network. Based on these shortcomings and potential, this article aims to determine the role of digitalization for entrepreneurship in Lontar village. The implementation method is carried out through stages (1) Planning and preparation (2) Implementation of workshops and training (3) Evaluation. The result of this training is that the role of digitalization in theory for entrepreneurship is very important. As for its application to community businesses, it is used to improve the marketing of its products and to obtain better profits from these economic activities. The results can be used to focus the use of certain social media that are relevant to the target market.
