Abstract

Many divorce cases are motivated by inharmonious family conditions, which occur due to not working the roles played by husband and wife. This study aims to reveal how the picture of the family in terms of the role of husband and wife in the Greater Jakarta area. This study involved 44 married couples who were selected by purposive sampling technique. The data in this study were conducted using a family harmony scale. The results in this study found that family harmony was in the Harmonious category, with a proportion of harmony of 68%, with the largest contribution to the aspect of affection by 26.43% and the aspect of kindness to God Almighty by 20.21%. Meanwhile, the lowest contribution was in the aspect of living facilities at 4.86%. This research can be a picture of a married couple to improve family harmony.

Abstract

Education is one field that needs to adapt carefully in providing the learning process in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic. Guidance and Counseling services are part of education which also faces challenges. The COVID-19  pandemic has created new problems for Guidance and Counseling Teachers in Bogor Regency. Therefore guidance and counseling services still need to be carried out effectively in the concept of distance learning using learning methods following the current pandemic conditions. In addition, diction in conveying information to students also needs to be a concern so that the service is felt to be effective and impacts positive and structured behavior change. Based on these needs, the community service team organizes activities to increase the insight and skills of BK teachers in online counseling services. The activity was carried out with the concept of a seminar taking into account health protocols, which was attended by 50 SMK BK teachers in Bogor Regency. The results of this activity indicate an increase in the understanding and skills of BK teachers in optimizing counseling services. BK teachers can vary the use of diction in communicating and use learning methods adapted to the class's characteristics so that learning is student-centered and more enjoyable within the framework of providing counseling services in a classical format

Abstract

Selama terjadi Pandemi COVID-19 dalam kurun waktu hampir 2 tahun siswa di SMK Kharismawita 2 Jakarta melaksanakan pembelajaran jarak jauh secara penuh dimana telah menimbulkan berbagai efek dampak pada diri siswa salah satunya yang menjadi permasalahan adalah meningkatnya gejala prokrastinasi akademik siswa. Oleh karena itu melalui pembelajaran Bimbingan Konseling (BK) format klasikal memungkinkan siswa memperoleh dan meningkatkan wawasan serta pengetahuan tentang prokrastinasi akademik yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam menentukan sikap dan tindakan mencegah serta mengentaskan perilaku prokrastinasi akademik. Kegiatan pembinaan prokrastinasi akademik siswa di SMK Kharismawita 2 Jakarta melalui pembelajaran BK format klasikal ini dilaksanakan secara insidental pada bulan Juli 2022 dengan metode melalui pemberian layanan informasi, dan berdasarkan hasil kegiatan yang dilakukan terlihat adanya pengaruh dalam kategori rendah. Hal ini dikarenakan pembinaan yang dilakukan hanya dalam kegiatan insidental sehingga membutuhkan kegiatan terjadwal dan terprogram untuk dapat dilakukan pembinaan secara mendalam terkiat prokrastinasi akademik pada siswa.

Abstract

career is one of the fields in counseling and information service is a service that can assist students in making career plans. The purpose of this study, among others, is to determine whether there is a significant influence between information services and career planning. In this study, researchers used quantitative methods by using instruments in the form of questionnaires or questionnaires in data collection. The target population is all students, the sample is from class XII at SMK Tirtajaya, totaling 89 students. Based on research data that has been done by field researchers to determine the effect of information services on student career planning. Then it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the information services and career planning of students at SMK Tirtajaya Depok.

Abstract

Kasus membolos yang sudah umum terjadi merupakan perilaku maladaptif yang sering dialami siswa di sekolah. Perilaku terjadi akibat ketidakmampuan siswa dalam menyesuaikan diri dengan tuntutan lingkungan. Teknik Behaviour Contract yang bertujuan mengubah perilaku individu dapat menjadi solusi atas tindakan maladaptif tersebut. Teknik ini dilakukan dengan kesadaran dan komitmen yang baik antara konselor dengan klien. Prinsip dasar dalam teknik Behaviour Contract, antara lain:  1) Kontrak dilakukan dengan penguatan, 2) Penguatan harus segera dilakukan, 3) Kontrak dinegosiasi secara bebas dan terbuka serta disepakati bersama, 4) Kontrak adil dan jelas, 5) Kontrak memiliki kejelasan target tingkah laku, frekuensi dan lamanya kontrak, 6) Kontrak terintergritas dengan program sekolah. Penggunaan layanan konseling perorangan dengan teknik behavior contract dapat terapkan konselor sehingga klien mempunyai mempunyai kesadaran dan menghapus perilaku membolos di sekolah menengah.

Abstract

Individual cognitive abilities become a benchmark in making decisions to act. High cognitive abilities can provide the potential for success in individuals in various ways, including in their teens. Various kinds of methods are carried out on adolescents so that they are able to maximize their potential so that they develop properly. Information counseling services provide a number of information to clients so that clients are able to process the information and use it as needed. In information counseling services, a number of cognitive activities are carried out so that in addition to adding a number of knowledge and insights, they also develop adolescent cognitive abilities. Based on these assumptions, we conduct research aimed at observing the improvement of adolescent cognitive abilities through information counseling service activities. We conducted an experiment involving 35 teenagers. Based on the results of data analysis, a significant increase in the cognitive abilities of adolescents is presented before and after information counseling services are provided. With an average difference of 20,029. Thus, counselors can provide information counseling services to improve the cognitive abilities of adolescents both at school and outside of school

Abstract

This study aimed to find out about the Effect of Individual Counseling in Improving Student Learning Motivation. Quantitative research method used in this research is Nonequivalent Control Group Design, this design is similar to Pretest-Posttest Control Group. The samples in this study were students who amounted to 10 respondents, through purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used in this study is a questionnaire. Data analysis technique is done by calculating the validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test and hypothesis test with SPSS version 20.0. This research showed, there was a significant effect of individual counseling in improving student learning motivation, with the result of a coefficient of Sig. (2-tailed) Of 0.000 <0.05 then it was decided that Ho was rejected, and H1 accepted. With R2 value of 0,866, which means, individual counseling give contribution as much 86,6% in improving student learning motivation.

Abstract

the aim of this study was to find out whether self-efficacy contributes to the performance of guidance and counseling teachers. This research was carried out with a survey-type quantitative approach. The target population of this study were 60 guidance and counseling teachers at SMA and SMK Negeri Kota Kendari. This research is a population study so that the entire population of 60 people becomes the research sample. Data was collected through teacher self-efficacy and performance scales. Data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially with the results: a) the self-efficacy of guidance and counseling teachers in SMA and SMK Negeri Kota Kendari was in the moderate category, b) the performance of guidance and counseling teachers in SMA and SMK Negeri Kota Kendari was in the medium category, and c) self-efficacy contributes significantly to the performance of guidance and counseling teachers in SMA and SMK Negeri Kota Kendari.

Abstract

Pendidikan inklusif merupakan pendidikan yang diselenggarakan pada anak berkebutuhan khusus untuk memberikan kesempatan belajar di sekolah umum sebagai upaya pemerataan hak Pendidikan bagi Warga Negara Indonesia. Kolaborasi layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah merupakan upaya Pendidikan sistematis yang membantu siswa mencapai tugas perkembangan sesuai dengan potensinya. Pemberian penguatan program inklusi melalui layanan informasi ini bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan, keahlian dan keterampilan guru dalam menangani anak inklusi dan sebagai langkah pencegahan dalam kesalahan penanganan pada siswa inklusi di sekolah. Pemberian layanan informasi pada kegiatan PkM ini dilakukan melalui metode seminar yang melibatkan guru-guru di SMAN 51 Jakarta sebanyak 31 orang. Berdasarkan data diperoleh simpulan bahwa setelah kegiatan dilakukan guru memperoleh perubahan positif yang dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001<0,005. Layanan informasi yang diberikan diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif bagi pengembangan program inklusi bagi siswa di sekolah sehingga siswa dengan kebutuhan khusus dapat mengembangkan potensi dan kemampuan yang dimilikinya.

Abstract

Stres belajar merupakan salah satu masalah yang sering dihadapi oleh siswa. Banyak metode yang dianggap mampu mereduksi stres belajar yang dihadapi oleh siswa. Namun demikian stres belajar masih tetap saja terjadi. Guru telah banyak melakukan teknik dalam menurunkan stres belajar namun belum menemukan hasil yang optimal. Melalui kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan pelatihan salah satu teknik yang dianggap mampu mereduksi stres belajar, yaitu terapi mewarnai. Pelatihan ini diberikan kepada guru yang pada akhirnya akan dijadikan sebagai salah satu teknik untuk membantu menurunkan tingkat stres belajar pada siswa. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini diberikan kepada guru Muhammadiyah Boarding School Pagaden, Kabupaten Subang. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 27 orang guru Muhammadiyah Boarding School yang dilakukan secara daring. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk sosialisasi dan workshop. Luaran yang diharapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah guru mampu memiliki pengetahuan mengenai terapi mewarnai sekaligus melaksanakan teknik ini ketika siswa mengalami stres belajar.
