Abstract

As a tourism support industry, businesses have opportunities to grow through digital payment services enabled by financial technology (fintech). This study analyzes the readiness of small-scale SMEs to adopt digital payment systems using a mixed-method approach. Data were collected via questionnaires and interviews from 178 small-scale entrepreneurs selected through purposive sampling. The research evaluates the benefits, ease of use, and potential risks of digital payment adoption. Results indicate that digital payment services provide significant advantages despite certain risks. Entrepreneurs also gained valuable insights into risk mitigation. Using Miles and Huberman's analysis, the study highlights the importance of entrepreneurs' awareness and readiness in adopting digital payment services to ensure business sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate innovations in digital-based marketing strategies in small and medium businesses. This study uses a qualitative research design. The object of this study is YAD Blangkon, which has implemented technology in its business marketing activities. Moreover, the study highlights the added value of successful business management and a 25% increase in sales value over the previous year. Various concepts can aid in the development of the managed business. One of the references and methods available is SOSTAC analysis. We chose this framework due to its conceptual nature, which enables the development of a more comprehensive digital-based business management strategy. Through a combination of interview activities and the application of the SOSTAC-RACE planning concept, this study produced findings on the application of digital-based business management strategies. This study shows the need for business actors to take various steps, including analyzing the business environment, conducting SMART analyses correctly, developing business strategies, and refining them through the application of tactics in the field.. Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to examine the role of village government in developing regional potential, particularly in rural tourism.Methodology/Design/Approach – This qualitative case study investigates how the village government develops the Purbayan Tourism Village through planned work programs. Data were collected via semi-structured interviews with selected stakeholders.Findings – The village government plays a key role in developing the Purbayan Tourism Village, acting as a driver in optimizing rural tourism potential. Programs emphasize sustainability through community deliberation, legal strengthening, external collaboration, and management innovation. Policies are responsive to local needs while aligned with regulations.Originality/Value – This study highlights village government policies that contribute to sustainable tourism development.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the impact of digital marketing and celebrity endorsers on consumer purchasing interest in Wardah Brand Products. This research uses a quantitative method with regression analysis. The sampling technique in this research is using purposive sampling and the number of samples in this research is 110 respondents. The data were analyzed using Multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS 25. The results of this research show that digital marketing and celebrity endorsers have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing interest in Wardah Brand Products. The results of this study can be used as a reference for further researchers who will study similar problems.

Abstract

Pariwisata menjadi salah satu sektor yang mampu memberikan sumbangan terhadap perekonomian negara. Kondisi tersebut secara langsung berdampak pada munculnya industri pendukung pariwisata serta peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat. Lebih lanjut, pariwisata juga memberikan dampak positif bagi peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat, seperti: penurunan emosi negatif, penyediaan lapangan kerja, hingga meningkatkan kualitas dan potensi wilayah. Pengelolaan pariwisata berbasis masyarakat merupakan cara yang dapat diimplementasikan. Masyarakat sebagai instrument utama pengelolaan pariwisata memainkan peranan penting. Sebagai penggerak utama, keberadaan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan pariwisata menjadi hal yang perlu diperhatikan. Pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam menciptakan pengelolaan pariwisata berkelanjutan dapat mengacu pada prinsip pengelolaan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa penerapan prinsip pengelolaan pariwisata berbasis masyarakat di desa wisata Poncokusumo. Implementasi desain penelitian mix methode digunakan dalam studi ini. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kusisioner, wawancara dan observasi lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan jika prinsip pengelolaan pariwisata berbasis masyarakat mendapatkan respon baik. Penerapan prinsip pengelolaan berbasis masyarakat antara lain: perhatian terhadap lingkungan, pemberdayaan ekonomi dan masyarakat, peran serta masyarakat, peningkatan kualitas SDM, dan perhatian terhadap nilai seni, budaya serta aktivitas masyarakat telah diimplementasikan dengan baik.

Abstract

Peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat serta pemberdayaan potensi wilayah, menjadi dampak perkembangan pariwisata. Beberapa peluang bisnis muncul seperti: akomodasi, biro perjalanan, kerajinan, transportasi, hingga merangsang munculnya pelaku UMKM. Berbagai saluran serta teknologi mendorong munculnya situasi kompetitif. Berbagai kemudahan diberikan seperti layanan cash less. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuka selubung implementasi pembayaran berbasis digital pelaku UMKM. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam studi ini. Sebanyak 97 pelaku usaha dipilih berdasarkan tabel krejcie. Penentuan sampel diperkuat dengan persyaratan yang digunakan antara lain: 1) berskala mikro dan kecil, 2) memiliki portal transaksi digital, dan 3) memiliki legalitas usaha. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner serta wawancara. Data dianalisa menggunakan metode Interpretative Phenomenology Analysis (IPA) dan teknik triangulasi sebagai validasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan jika responden memiliki presepsi positif terhadap penggunaan transaksi digital. Beberapa instrumen digunakan dalam riset ini antara lain: manfaat penggunaan, kemudahan penggunaan serta resiko penggunaan. Nilai manfaat serta kemudahan penggunaan dijadikan panduan dalam meningkatkan jumlah transaksi. Disisi lain, pelaku usaha perlu mempertimbangkan munculnya berbagai resiko melalui peningkatan pengetahuan serta keterampilan. Hasil ini diharapkan mampu menjadi literasi bagi pelaku UMKM dalam memperkuat pengelolaan bisnis. Penelitian berikutnya dapat berfokus pada pengaruh pembayaran digital dalam merangsang jumlah transaksi.Kata kunci: Berkelanjutan, Bisnis, Teknologi, Transaksi, UMKM
