Abstract

Penyusunan program kerja pelaksanaan anggaran pendidikan adalah proses strategis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan dana pendidikan. Artikel ini membahas tiga aspek utama: analisis kegiatan dan sasaran pendidikan, penyusunan jaringan kegiatan, serta analisis biaya pendidikan. Analisis kegiatan memastikan alokasi sumber daya sesuai kebutuhan operasional dan pengembangan, sementara penyusunan jaringan kegiatan menekankan koordinasi antar pemangku kepentingan untuk mengoptimalkan anggaran, termasuk melalui strategi crash program. Analisis biaya pendidikan memberikan panduan menghitung dan mengevaluasi pengeluaran secara transparan dan akuntabel. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dua kategori utama anggaran pendidikan: anggaran rutin untuk kebutuhan operasional harian dan anggaran pembangunan untuk investasi jangka panjang, seperti infrastruktur dan teknologi pendidikan. Tantangan yang ditemukan mencakup pemetaan kebutuhan pendidikan yang kurang tepat, lemahnya koordinasi, dan kurangnya optimalisasi data dalam analisis biaya. Pendekatan berbasis data dan perencanaan strategis memungkinkan pengelolaan anggaran yang lebih transparan, akuntabel, dan berdampak signifikan dalam peningkatan kualitas pendidikan nasional. Artikel ini memberikan panduan bagi pengelola pendidikan untuk merancang anggaran yang efisien dan relevan dengan kebutuhan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan bahan ajar IPS berbasis pakem pada peserta didik kelas IV UPT SD Negeri 53 Sauleya, 2) Untuk mengetahui hasil belajar dengan pemanfaatan bahan ajar IPS berbasis pakem pada peserta didik kelas IV UPT SD Negeri 53 Sauleya, 3) Untuk mengetahui hasil belajar setelah pemanfaatan bahan ajar IPS berbasis pakem pada peserta didik kelas IV UPT SD Negeri 53 Sauleya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif jenis pre-eksperimental dengan desain One grup Pretest-Posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas IV UPT SD Negeri 53 Sauleya dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil 23 orang peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan lembar angket. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif, analisis inferensial, dan paired sample t-test. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif hasil belajar IPS pada peserta didik sebelum memanfaatkan bahan ajar dengan niai tertinggi 60 dan terendah 13 dengan niali rata-rata 46,39 dan berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif hasil belajar IPS pada peserta didik setelah memanfaatkan bahan ajar berbasis pakem kelas IV UPT SD Negeri 53 Sauleya dengan tertinggi 93 dan terendah 53 dengan nilai rata-rata 74,22. Berdasarkan uji paired sample t-test diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,001. Nilai signifikan yang diperoleh tersebut lebih kecil dari (0,001 < 0,05). Hasil analisis infelrelnsial ataul ulji T delngan melnggulnakan paireld samplels telst delngan melnggulnakan aplikasi SPSS yang melnulnjulkkan bahwa Thit = 10,147 delngan Ttabel = -13,151. Selanjultnya 84% pelselrta didik telrlibat aktif dalam prolsels pelmbelajaran dan melmbelrikan relspoln polsitif telrkait delngan pelnggulnaan bahan ajar belrulpa moldul .

Abstract

Educational control management is an important part of the management process that functions to evaluate whether educational performance standards are in line with the goals to be achieved. In addition, it has an important role in ensuring the success and achievement of educational goals that have been set. In the quality control stage, it can be done in stages, including planning (plan), implementation (do), inspection (check), and follow-up (action). There are also several elements in the control process such assensors (detectors), assessors, effectors, and communication networks. A deep understanding of educational control management can support the principal in carrying out his/her responsibilities to achieve the set targets, thereby being able to create an efficient and standardized education system

Abstract

This article aims to explain the importance of leadership in business because it can help achieve long-term success. This research uses a type of library research using a qualitative approach. Data sources obtained through literature reviews relevant to the importance of leadership in business. This research discusses several topics including: 1) the concept of leadership; 2) leadership style in management; 3) entrepreneurial leadership, and 4) leaders' efforts to face business challenges. Data collection techniques involve systematic literature searches, analysis and topic searches regarding the importance of leadership in business. Based on the studies conducted, it can be seen that the importance of leadership in business is because it can improve business targets for quality in achieving predetermined goals. Abstract

This article explores the essence of students as pedagogical beings based on the Islamic concept of fitrah. The study aims to elaborate the role of innate potential and divine learning instruments—hearing, sight, and heart—as foundational elements in education. Using a conceptual and literature-based approach, the findings indicate that education should nurture rather than impose, optimizing natural human tendencies. The discussion confirms the novelty of fitrah-based pedagogy as an integrative model grounded in theology, humanism, and contemporary pedagogical thought.

Abstract

Organization is a group of individuals to do work to achieve goals, so the organization will always talk about the team. This paper will discuss team management in the organization. This study uses a library research method. The data analysis technique used is the content analysis technique, which is an analysis technique to find concepts, themes, words, sentences in various sources, such as books, essays, articles, documents and so on. Based on research that has been conducted on books and scientific articles, team management consists of team formation, effective communication, assignment of tasks and responsibilities, encouraging collaboration and teamwork, monitoring and evaluating work, dealing with conflicts within the team, coaching and team building, and building a positive team culture. The things that can affect team management are the level of team development, team cohesion and team norms.

Abstract

Family disharmony or broken home conditions  are a serious challenge to the emotional development and psychosocial resilience of students in the elementary school environment. This study aims to find out the school program and the form of psychological support provided to students who come from disharmonious families. Qualitative approach with case study design. Data collected through interviews with 5 informants (principals, homeroom teachers, Islamic religious education teachers, school committees and students), observation and documentation. Data analysis through reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. Data analysis using Nvivo 12 Pro. The credibility of the data is ensured through the source triangulation technique. The results of the research show that the development of students at SD Inpres Bontobuddung is carried out through the role of teachers as functional counselors, the application of a humanist approach based on parental figures, strengthening character through spiritual activities, and partnerships with parents through the RUKOKU program to support student development holistically.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the principal and teacher strategies in strengthening religious tolerance at Hang Tuah Senior High School in Makassar. The focus of the study is directed at understanding how the principal's leadership contributes to creating an inclusive school environment, as well as how teachers implement learning strategies and role models in instilling values of tolerance in students. The urgency of this research is based on the school's religious diversity, yet it lacks a structured program to strengthen tolerance.The research method used was qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving the principal, teachers, and students. Data validity was tested using source and method triangulation techniques. Data were analyzed using the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.The research results show that the principal acts as an educator, motivator, innovator, and role model in strengthening religious tolerance. The principal also promotes a culture of mutual respect, fosters dialogue, and provides guidance to teachers on integrating tolerance into school activities. Meanwhile, teachers implement values-based learning strategies, model behavior, promote inclusive religious programs, and develop communication that prioritizes mutual respect both inside and outside the classroom. The combination of the principal's role and teacher strategies significantly influences the development of tolerance in students.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze in depth the description of student management in preventing student delinquency at SMP Negeri 5 Takalar. In addition, this research is directed to identify various supporting and inhibiting factors that influence the effectiveness of student management, as well as to find strategic solutions in increasing the success of preventing student delinquency. This type of research is qualitative using descriptive analysis methods. The author specifically uses a phenomenological approach. Data were collected from primary sources, namely the principal, Vice Principal for Student Affairs, Guidance and Counseling Teachers, Parents and Students. Secondary data were collected directly from the research location through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed through three stages: reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity was maintained by triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of the study show that: (1) Student management is implemented through planning an integrated coordination system, implementation through direct supervision and patrols of the school area for early detection of bullying, as well as synergistic evaluation between homeroom teachers, Guidance and Counseling teachers, and the principal. (2) Forms of student delinquency include administrative violations, time discipline (truancy), to serious violations of social norms such as verbal bullying. (3) The main supporting factors are collective commitment to the school's vision and clear regulations, while obstacles arise from the dynamics of impulsive student behavior. (4) The solution implemented uses a multidimensional approach that combines spiritual and psychological aspects, and intensive collaboration with parents to create sustainable behavioral changes. The results of this study provide important implications that include theoretical and practical aspects in the realm of educational management. Theoretically, this study emphasizes that the success of student character development is not sufficient to rely only on formal regulations, it requires a managerial approach that is humanistic, emotional, and spiritual.
