Abstract

This service program aims to provide product marketing assistance through an E-Commerce-based digital platform for BUMDesa Balai Batu Sandaran, Barangin District, Sawahlunto City. It is expected that this program can serve as a solution for product marketing by fostering a digital ecosystem for BUMDesa management. Additionally, BUMDesa digitization supports the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly point nine, which focuses on infrastructure, industry, and innovation. The implementation of this program consists of three main stages: socialization, program implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. The first stage involves socializing the program to all BUMDesa administrators and informing them of its objectives and benefits. The second stage focuses on implementation, including assistance in creating E-Commerce accounts and digital marketing training for BUMDesa products. Finally, the monitoring and evaluation phase assesses the program’s effectiveness, its impact on the community, and the alignment between planning and execution. The advancement of information technology has brought significant transformations across various sectors, including the local economy. This study explores the implementation of Bumdes 4.0 through E-Commerce-based MSME product marketing assistance training at BUMDesa Balai Batu Sandaran. The training is designed to enhance MSME actors’ ability to market their products online, leveraging E-Commerce platforms to reach a broader market. Through a participatory and collaborative approach, this training not only provides technical skills but also effective marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of financial management on the business growth of SMEs based on existing literature. Effective financial management plays a crucial role in supporting the sustainability and development of SMEs. Efficient cash flow management, cost control, and proper risk management are key factors influencing the stability and profitability of SMEs. Furthermore, wise investment decisions can drive business expansion and increase market competitiveness. However, challenges faced by SMEs, such as limited access to financing and a lack of understanding in financial management, need more attention. This study suggests the importance of financial management education and training for SME owners to enhance their financial management skills and support sustainable business growth. The method used in this research is library research with a descriptive analysis approach to relevant literature from various sources, including books, journals, and scholarly articles.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of service and the taste of food at Cafe Uni, a café that serves traditional regional dishes with authentic interior design and cultural atmosphere. The focus of the research is on how Cafe Uni maintains taste consistency despite the challenge of limited availability of spices, as well as how its service strategies create customer satisfaction and loyalty. This approach is relevant given that culture-based culinary businesses have great potential to attract market interest while preserving tradition. The research employed a qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews with the owner and staff of Cafe Uni, as well as direct on-site observations. Data analysis was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method, linking field findings to relevant theories such as the SERVQUAL model for service quality, the expectancy-disconfirmation model for customer satisfaction, and the concept of experiential marketing for dining experiences. The findings reveal that Cafe Uni successfully preserves authentic flavors by sourcing spices directly from their regions of origin, either through staff traveling home or via cargo shipments. The quality of ingredients is maintained through proper temperature-controlled storage to preserve their color and texture. Friendly, smiling, and interactive service creates a welcoming atmosphere for customers, even for those dining alone. The integration of authentic taste, quality service, and cultural ambiance significantly enhances customer satisfaction and fosters repeat visits. This study provides practical insights for regional culinary business owners in managing unique dining experiences to remain competitive in the market.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian Indonesia, namun masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, khususnya dalam hal kapasitas sumber daya manusia (SDM). Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kapasitas SDM Dapoer Rendang Riri, sebuah UMKM kuliner di Payakumbuh, melalui pelatihan berbasis kebutuhan nyata pelaku usaha. Metode yang digunakan adalah Focus Group Discussion (FGD) untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan utama yang kemudian direspons melalui pelatihan terfokus pada manajemen produksi, pemasaran digital dan pengelolaan keuangan usaha. Hasil kegiatan diharapkan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku usaha dalam mengelola proses produksi secara efisien, memanfaatkan media digital untuk promosi, serta melakukan pencatatan keuangan sederhana. Kendala utama yang dihadapi antara lain rendahnya literasi digital, keterbatasan waktu pelaku usaha untuk mengikuti pelatihan dan minimnya akses terhadap pelatihan lanjutan. Solusi yang diterapkan meliputi pelatihan modular, pendampingan berkelanjutan, serta kolaborasi dengan lembaga pendidikan tinggi. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif dalam mendorong profesionalisme pelaku UMKM serta memperkuat daya saing produk lokal.

Abstract

Analisis SWOT merupakan strategi manajerial yang dikembangkan untuk memastikan suatu perusahaan memiliki ketahanan dan vitalitas mulai saat ini hingga masa depan. Analisis SWOT memungkinkan penelitian memanfaatkan peluang masa depan ketika menghadapi permasalahan dan tantangan, serta menemukan strategi berdasarkan kompetensi dan kekuatan tertentu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan analisis SWOT dalam pengelolaan keuangan perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur. Studi sastra merupakan kegiatan mencari referensi. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh dari jurnal, dokumentasi buku, buku teks, artikel ilmiah, tinjauan pustaka yang sesuai dengan konsep penelitian ini. Melalui analisis SWOT, perusahaan dapat mengubah kelemahan menjadi kekuatan, meminimalkan kerugian, serta memahami ancaman dan peluang yang mungkin dihadapi dalam lingkungan bisnis. Dengan menentukan tujuan analisis SWOT, melakukan riset industri, dan memahami pasar, perusahaan dapat membuat keputusan yang lebih baik, menghadapi hambatan, dan menemukan solusi yang efektif. Analisis SWOT tidak hanya sekedar alat evaluasi, namun juga menjadi panduan untuk mengambil keputusan yang lebih baik dalam mengelola bisnis dan mengoptimalkan kinerja perusahaan dalam jangka panjang.

Abstract

Kota Pariaman memiliki beragam destinasi wisata yang menjadi salah satu penggerak pertumbuhan ekonominya. Namun, jumlah kunjungan wisatawan menurun dan berfluktuasi menjadi tantangan tersendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra destinasi dan pemasaran digital terhadap keputusan kunjungan wisatawan ke Kota Pariaman. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan accidental sampling, yaitu pemilihan responden berdasarkan pertemuan kebetulan dengan peneliti. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Pantai Gandoriah, Pantai Cermin, dan Pantai Kata di Kota Pariaman. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 96 responden. Data diolah menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Teknik analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa citra destinasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung, dengan nilai t-hitung 4,027 > t-tabel 1,98580 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Pemasaran digital tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung, dengan nilai t-hitung 1,885 < t-tabel 1,98580 dan nilai signifikansi 0,063 > 0,05. Secara simultan, citra destinasi dan pemasaran digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung, dengan nilai F-hitung 26,684 > F-tabel 3,09 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) sebesar 0,351 yang berarti bahwa citra destinasi dan pemasaran digital memberikan kontribusi sebesar 35,1% terhadap keputusan berkunjung, dan sisanya sebesar 64,9% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
