Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang berperan penting dalam menjaga serta meningkatkan kinerja seorang karyawan adalah motivasi kerja. Hal ini salah satunya disebabkan karena karyawan memerlukan dorongan baik dari internal maupun eksternal dirinya dalam melakukan pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini pun kemudian bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran dari motivasi kerja terhadap performa karyawan UMKM utamanya yang berlokasi di Kota Makassar. Metode penelitian studi kasus digunakan dengan melakukan teknik wawancara di salah satu Kafe di Kota Makassar bernama Kafe Dua Jiwa Makassar. Penelitian ini kemudian menemukan bahwa motivasi kerja dari karyawan, baik intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan performa karyawan, atau dengan kata lain, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap performa karyawan UMKM. One of the factors that plays an important role in maintaining and improving the performance of an employee is work motivation. This is partly because employees need encouragement from both internal and external sources when doing their work. This research then aims to explore the role of work motivation in the performance of MSME employees, especially those located in Makassar City. The case study research method was used by conducting interview techniques at one of the cafes in Makassar City called Kafe Dua Jiwa Makassar. This research then found that work motivation from employees, both intrinsic and extrinsic, has an important role in improving employee performance, in other words, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSME employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kinerja keuangan PT. Krakatau Steel Tbk. yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuntitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan yang diperoleh dari website instansi publik yaitu Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yang di akses pada www.idx.co.id dan situs resmi perusahaan terkait, berupa laporan keuangan tahunan PT. Krakatau Steel Tbk. yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2020-2023. Hasil perhitungan Economic Value Added dari tahun 2020 sampai tahun 2022 bernilai negatif atau (EVA < 0) maka tidak terjadi penambahan nilai ekonomis bagi perusahaan sehingga kinerja keuangan perusahaan dapat dinyatakan tidak baik. Sedangkan pada tahun 2023 EVA bernilai positif atau (EVA > 0) maka telah terjadi penambahan nilai ekonomis bagi perusahaan tersebut sehingga kinerja keuangan dapat dinyatakan dengan baik. This research aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Krakatau Steel Tbk. which is listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique used is data collection in the form of the company's annual financial report obtained from the public agency website, namely the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) which is accessed at www.idx.co.id and the official website of the related company, in the form of the annual financial report of PT. Krakatau Steel Tbk. registered on the IDX for the 2020-2023 period. The results of the Economic Value Added calculation from 2020 to 2022 are negative or (EVA < 0), so there is no additional economic value for the company so that the company's financial performance can be declared not good. Meanwhile, in 2023 EVA is positive or (EVA > 0), so there has been additional economic value for the company so that financial performance can be stated well.

Abstract

Produk Scarlett merupakan salah satu produk yang mampu bersaing dengan para competitor di pasaran sejak 2022. Fakta di lapangan memaparkan beberapa konsumen merasa sangat puas terkait dengan pelayanan serta produk Scarlett. Namun, ketidakpuasan konsumen juga pernah terjadi saat produk yang diterima konsumen pada saat pembelian tidak memiliki logo, sehingga hal tersebut memicu kecurigaan terkait original Scarlett. Minat beli ulang berkaitan dengan kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan. Tujuan dari penulisan ini ialah memberikan hasil analisis terkait dengan minat pembelian ulang yang dipengaruhi oleh kualitas layanan serta produk Scarlett. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah menggunakan kuantitatif. Kesimpulan yang diambil berdasarkan hasil penelitian ialah (1) minat beli ulang Scarlett dipengaruhi oleh kualitas produk, hal tersebut berarti semakin baik kualitas produk dari body lotion scarlett yang baik dengan presepsi konsumen akan meningkatkan minat beli ulang; (2) minat beli ulang Scarlett dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan yang berarti peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dapat meningkatkan minat beli; (3) kualitas pelayanan serta produk sama-sama mempunyai pengaruh pada minat beli ulang Scarlett pada mahasiswa Manejemen FEB Universitas Negeri Makassar. Scarlett products are one of the products that have been able to compete with competitors in the market since 2022. Facts in the field show that several consumers feel very satisfied with Scarlett's services and products. However, consumer dissatisfaction has also occurred when the product received by consumers at the time of purchase does not have a logo, so this triggers suspicion regarding the original Scarlett. Repurchase interest is related to product quality and service quality. The purpose of this paper is to provide analytical results related to repurchase interest which is influenced by the quality of Scarlett's services and products. The type of research used is quantitative. The conclusions drawn based on the results of the study are (1) Scarlett's repurchase interest is influenced by product quality, this means that the better the product quality of Scarlett body lotion which is good with consumer perception will increase repurchase interest; (2) Scarlett's repurchase interest is influenced by service quality which means that increasing service quality can increase purchase interest; (3) service quality and products both have an influence on Scarlett's repurchase interest in Management students of FEB, Makassar State University.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausalitas yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja pada Kantor Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah beban kerja, variabel mediasi adalah motivasi kerja, dan variabel terikat adalah kinerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan sebanyak 146 orang, sedangkan sampel penelitian berjumlah 59 responden yang diperoleh menggunakan metode simple random sampling dengan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik, ditemukan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan motivasi kerja memediasi secara signifikan pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pengelolaan beban kerja yang efektif dan perhatian terhadap motivasi kerja penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di lingkungan instansi pemerintahan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work life balance and workload on employee job satisfaction at the SAMSAT UPT Revenue Office, South Makassar I Region. This research employed a quantitative associative approach with a survey technique. The population of this study consisted of all 80 employees at the e SAMSAT UPT Revenue Office, South Makassar I Region, and the entire population was selected as the sample using saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression method with the aid of SPSS version 26 application. The results indicate that work life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, while workload has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Simultaneously, work life balance and workload significantly influence job satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R²) value shows that work life balance and workload contribute 28.3% to employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

By synthesizing a wide range of existing literature, this study provides a comprehensive overview of the current landscape, revealing how influencers operate within the intricate web of social media. Additionally, the article analyses several case studies that illustrate the effectiveness of influencer marketing campaigns across different industries. These case studies serve to uncover the specific mechanisms through which influencers impact consumer behaviour, such as creating a sense of trust, fostering community engagement, and enhancing brand visibility. The findings underscore the critical importance of authenticity in influencer partnerships; consumers are more likely to respond positively to influencers who are perceived as genuine and relatable. Moreover, the research emphasises the role of engagement in driving consumer action. Influencers who actively interact with their audience tend to create stronger emotional connections, leading to increased brand loyalty and higher conversion rates. The study also discusses the strategic incorporation of influencers into the broader promotional framework, suggesting that marketers should consider factors like audience alignment, content relevance, and the timing of campaigns. In conclusion, the article offers practical recommendations for marketers looking to harness the power of influencer partnerships effectively. By understanding the dynamics of influencer marketing and its impact on consumer behaviour, brands can craft targeted strategies that resonate with their audiences, ultimately enhancing their marketing effectiveness in the competitive digital landscape. This research contributes valuable insights for both academics and practitioners in the field of marketing.

Abstract

The marketing mix, commonly known as the 4Ps—Product, Price, Place, and Promotion—serves as a fundamental framework for understanding consumer buying decisions. This literature review synthesizes existing research on the intricate relationship between the marketing mix elements and consumer behaviour. It examines how each component influences purchasing decisions, focusing on key findings and emerging trends across various market contexts. The review highlights the significant impact of product attributes, pricing strategies, distribution channels, and promotional tactics on consumer perceptions and choices. Additionally, it identifies gaps in the current literature, particularly regarding the effects of digital marketing and cultural variations on consumer behaviour. By providing a comprehensive analysis of these dimensions, this review aims to enhance the understanding of how effective marketing strategies can drive purchasing behaviour. Ultimately, the findings underscore the necessity for marketers to adopt a holistic approach that integrates all elements of the marketing mix to optimize consumer engagement and satisfaction.

Abstract

In a company environment that is becoming more and more competitive, guerrilla marketing has become a potent and economical marketing tactic. The purpose of this study is to methodically examine how guerrilla marketing affects consumer choice. In this study, 7 pertinent prior papers were gathered, filtered, and analysed from a variety of academic sources using the systematic literature review (SLR) method. The analysis's findings demonstrate that guerrilla marketing has a major impact on consumer choices in a number of ways, such as through inventiveness, surprise, humour, message clarity, and emotional appeal. Additionally, this study reveals crucial mediators in the relationship between guerrilla marketing and purchase decisions, including brand image, innovation, and relevancy to the target demographic. The research's conclusions offer scholars and marketers important new information for comprehending guerrilla marketing's workings and creating more successful campaigns.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence employee job satisfaction at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Hasamitra in Makassar City.  The population in this study were all employees of PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Hasamitra as many as 29 people. The number of samples was 29 people using saturated sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction factors consisting of supervision, operating procedures, promotion opportunities and co-workers simultaneously have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction and partially supervision factors and promotion opportunities factors have a negative and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, operating procedures factors have a positive but insignificant effect on job satisfaction and co-worker factors have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The correlation coefficient of 0.581 is in the interval 0.40 - 0.5999 which shows the strength of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is moderately correlated. The coefficient of determination of 0.337 shows the independent variable to predict the dependent variable by 33.7%, the remaining 66.3% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The approach used in this study is quantitative with descriptive and causal design. The population in this study includes individuals whose number is not known for certain. The sample was determined using the saturated or census sampling method, so that 45 respondents were obtained. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, then analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) version 3.0 method. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Workload has a negative and significant effect on performance. (2) Workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress. (3) Work stress has a negative and significant effect on performance. (4) Work stress has a negative and significant effect in mediating the influence of workload on performance.
