Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to examine the influence of pedagogical competence, work motivation, and work environment on the performance of Strada teachers at the Gunung Sahari Complex. This research method uses a quantitative approach with data used using questionnaires distributed to teachers. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression techniques to identify the contribution of each variable to teacher performance. The research results show that pedagogical competence has a significant influence on teacher performance, as evidenced by the calculation results. The significance value is 0.000, this value shows that the error probability level is very small (0%). The work motivation variable has a significant influence on teacher performance, as evidenced by the significance value (0.013) being smaller than the significance level (α = 0.05), so the relationship between the work motivation variable and teacher performance is considered significant. The work environment variable does not have a significant influence on teacher performance, as evidenced by the results of data processing. Significance value (0.149). This value is greater than the 0.05 significance level. So the conclusions obtained are: (1) The influence that pedagogical competence has on teacher performance is not only significant, but also has a strong impact; (2) Work motivation partially has a significant positive effect on the performance of Strada teachers at the Gunung Sahari Complex, Central Jakarta; (3) The working environment does not partially influence the performance of Strada teachers at the Gunung Sahari Complex, Central Jakarta; (4) Simultaneously, pedagogical competence, work motivation and work environment have a significant effect on the performance of Strada teachers at the Gunung Sahari Complex, Central Jakarta. Keyword: Work Motivation, Teacher Performance, Pedagogical Competence, Work Environment. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru Strada di Kompleks Gunung Sahari. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data yang digunakan menggunakan kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada para guru. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda untuk mengidentifikasi kontribusi masing-masing variabel terhadap kinerja guru. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kompetensi pedagogik memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dibuktikan dari hasil perhitungan Nilai signifikansi 0,000, nilai ini menunjukkan tingkat probabilitas kesalahan sangat kecil (0%). Pada variabel motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi (0,013) lebih kecil dari tingkat signifikansi (α = 0,05), sehingga hubungan antara variabel motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru dianggap signifikan. Pada variabel lingkungan kerja tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dibuktikan pada hasil pengolahan data Nilai signifikansi (0,149). Nilai ini lebih besar dari tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Sehingga Kesimpulan yang diperoleh bahwa: (1) Pengaruh yang ditimbulkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kinerja guru tidak hanya signifikan, tetapi juga memiliki dampak yang kuat; (2)Motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja guru Strada di Kompleks Gunung Sahari Jakarta Pusat; (3)Lingkungan kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru Strada di Kompleks Gunung Sahari Jakarta Pusat; (4)Secara simultan kompetensi pedagogik, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru Strada di Kompleks Gunung Sahari Jakarta Pusat. Kata kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Guru, Kompetensi Pedagogik, Lingkungan Kerja

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of the use of technology, student engagement, and learning environment, on the effectivenesss of English learning at Sekolah Bukit Sion, Jakarta. The research employs a quantitative approach with simplified sampling of 67 employees as respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing, specifically the coefficient of determination, the t test, and the f test. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling yang disederhanakan terhadap 67 siswa sebagai responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis yaitu koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f. Abstract

Abstract: Teacher performance is perceived as the teacher's ability to implement their duties within the range of learning activities. A decline in teacher performance occurred at Tarsisius Vireta Elementary School, Tangerang, which illustrates teachers' difficulty completing assignments on time, an unmanaged workload, and weak time management. This study aims to 1) Analyze the influence of the principal's transformational leadership style on teacher performance, 2) Analyze the influence of the principal's transformational leadership style on school climate, 3) Analyze the influence of school climate on teacher performance, and 4) Analyze the influence of the principal's transformational leadership style through school climate on teacher performance. This study uses a quantitative method with a causality approach. This study was conducted on teachers at Tarsisius Vireta Elementary School, Tangerang, from April to June 2025. The population in this study amounted to 37 teachers at Tarsisius Vireta Elementary School, Tangerang, who were permanent and honorary teachers, and the sample of this study was determined using a saturated sampling method or census, where all members of the population were sampled in this study. The results of the research study show that 1) There is a significant influence of the principal's transformational leadership style on teacher performance, 2) There is a significant influence of the principal's transformational leadership style on school climate. 3) There is a significant influence of school climate on teacher performance, and 4) There is a significant influence of the principal's transformational leadership style through school climate which has a significant influence on teacher performance. Keyword: Principal's Transformational Leadership Style, School Climate, Teacher Performance, SD Tarsisius Vireta. Abstrak: Kinerja guru dipersepsikan sebagai kemampuan guru dalam mengimplementasikant tugasnya dalam rentang aktivitas pembelajaran. Penurunan kinerja guru terjadi di SD Tarsisius Vireta Tangerang yang menggambarkan guru kesulitan menyelesaikan tugas secara tepat waktu, adanya beban kerja yang belum terkelola dengan efektif serta lemahnya manajemen waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemipminan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, 2) Menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap iklim sekolah, 3) Menganalisis pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, dan 4) Menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah melalui iklim sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausalitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada guru di SD Tarsisius Vireta Tangerang pada bulan April hingga Juni 2025. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 37 guru SD Tarsisius Vireta Tangerang yang berstatus guru tetap dan honor dan sampel penelitian ini ditentukan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh atau sensus yang keseluruhan anggota populasi menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Hasil studi riset menunjukkan bahwa 1) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan gaya kepemipminan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, 2) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan gaya kepemipminan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap iklim sekolah. 3) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan iklim sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, dan 4) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah melalui iklim sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Sekolah, Iklim Sekolah, Kinerja Guru, SD Tarsisius Vireta.
