Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of service quality dimensions on customer satisfaction at Bank Sultra Punggaluku Branch. The population is all customers. The sample was 99 customers. The analysis tool is multiple linear regression. The results show that: (1) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence of service quality dimension variables on customer satisfaction. (2) Tangible variables have a positive but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. (3) The reliability variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The better the reliability, the higher the customer satisfaction (4) The responsiveness variable has a positive but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. (5) Assurance variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Sultra Punggaluku Branch. The better the assurance, the higher the customer satisfaction. (6) The empathy variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The better the empathy, the higher the customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Generasi Z memiliki sifat dan karakteristik yang sangat berbeda dengan generasi sebelumnya. Generasi ini dilabeli sebagai generasi yang minim batasan (boundary-less generation). Ryan Jenkins (2017) dalam artikelnya berjudul “Four Reasons Generation Z will be the Most Different Generation” misalnya menyatakan bahwa Generasi Z memiliki harapan, preferensi, dan perspektif kerja yang berbeda serta dinilai menantang bagi organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan hasil kegiatan PKM Dosen dalam Implementasi PKM Upaya Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Bahasa Inggris Siswa SMAS Melati Hamparan Perak Melalui Penerapan Model Pembelajaran PBL Generasi Z.. Nilai rerata prestasi belajar siswa mencapai 69,35 masih berada di bawah nilai KKM=70. Demikian pula ketuntasan secara klasikal baru mencapai 80,94% masih berada di bawah target 85%. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilanjutkan pada siklus II. Setelah diimplementasikan model PBL yang telah disempurnakan sesuai dengan hasil refleksi siklus I, hasil yang dicapai pada siklus II meningkat dibandingkan dengan siklus I. nilai rerata prestasi belajar bahasa Inggris siswa mencapai 72,85 dan ketuntasan secara klasikal juga meningkat mencapai 89,57%. Bila dibandingkan dengan kriteria keberhasilan penelitian, maka hasil yang dicapai dalam siklus II sudah melampaui target, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran PBL berhasil meningkatkan prestasi belajar bahasa Inggris siswa XII IPS-2 SMAS Melati Hamparan Perak semester 1 tahun pelajaran 2023/2024

Abstract

The objective of the study is to know the significant effect of using Visual Media on students’ writing skill at the eleventh grade of SMA Negeri 1 Selesai. The method applied in this research was quantitative method in the design is Quasi experimental. Two classes were taken as the sample of the study with 20 students in each class. The classes were designed as an experimental class and controlled class. The experimental class was taught by using Visual Media while the controlled class was taught without using the treatment. The students’ population at SMA Negeri 1 Selesai, and the samples were 40 students (20 students for the experimental class and 20 students for the controlled class). The sampling technique that used was total population sampling. Moreover, this research was conducted through the following procedures giving pre-test, applying treatments, and giving post-test. The data analyzed in this research was gained through essay test. The result of the conclusion that in testing the hypothesis, the value of t-observation (to) was 8.23, and t-table (tt) at significance level of 5% was 1.686. It means tottable , then 8.23 1.686. So, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected. Based on the result, it can be concluded that using Visual Media was effective on increasing students’ writing skill narrative text at the eleventh grade of SMA Negeri 1 Selesai

Abstract

Creative training in creating advertising content on social media aims to improve students' skills in designing effective, aesthetic advertisements, and being able to increase brand awareness and sales. This program is intended for entrepreneurial students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Halu Oleo University who have businesses or interests in digital marketing. This one-day training takes place in a computer laboratory, covering three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The preparation stage includes participant identification, module preparation, and provision of tools such as laptops and design applications. During the implementation, participants receive theoretical material on digital marketing, visual design, storytelling, and copywriting, followed by direct practice using design applications such as Canva to create content in the form of images or short videos. The results of the work are then presented to get input. This training improves participants' ability to design relevant and attractive advertisements, as well as understand the importance of social media algorithms and data-based strategies to maximize reach. In addition to encouraging consumer engagement, the training equips participants with practical skills that can support the success of their businesses in the digital era. With the right creative content, students are expected to be able to increase sales while creating business sustainability

Abstract

AbstrakSalah satu cara terbaik bagi suatu perusahaan untuk melayani pelanggan dan meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan mereka dengan baik adalah dengan menjadikan supply chain management dan penerapan Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) yang efektif sebagai prioritas strategis. PT. Toyota Astra Motor memiliki production atau hasil produk dengan kualitas yang baik dengan harga yang berkompetitif yang dikarenakan adanya pengembangan dan perbaikan akan produk yang dihasilkan serta menjaga supply chain dari perusahaannya mulai dari mengembangkan kualitas bahan mentahnya, supplier-supplier, dan distribusi produk sehingga perusahaan akan tetap bertahan dan berkompeten dengan perusahaan-perusahaan otomotif lainnya di luar sana. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa system ERP dan Supply Chain berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja PT Toyota Astra Motor dan juga akan dibahas mengenai pengaruh supply chain management dan enterprise resource management terhadap kinerja PT Toyota Astra Motor, pengaruh faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja supply chain management pada PT Toyota Astra Motor, serta penerapan system enterprise resource planning pada PT Toyota Astra Motor.Kata Kunci:  supply chain management, enterprise resource planning, kinerja perusahaan

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze The Influence of Hedonic Shopping Motivation on Impulse Buying Among Lazada Consumers (A Case Study of Students in the Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Business, Halu Oleo University, Kendari). The sample was selected using purposive sampling, with a total of 85 respondents. This research employed simple linear regression analysis. The results revealed that hedonic shopping motivation has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying behavior among consumers using the Lazada platform. An increase in hedonic shopping motivation is clearly linked to a corresponding rise in impulse buying behavior. These findings suggest that strong hedonic shopping motivation plays a critical role in driving impulsive purchasing tendencies among Lazada users.

Abstract

The online transportation application has emerged as a practical solution for the public in the era of globalization and digitalization. MAXIM, one of the rapidly growing online transportation applications in Kendari city, serves as a focal point in this study. The research aims to analyze the impact of the Expectation Confirmation Model (ECM) on the intention to continue using the MAXIM application. With a sample size of 140 respondents chosen through purposive sampling, data was collected via a questionnaire measuring perceived usefulness, confirmation, habit, and intention to continue. The data analysis employed Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal that confirmation significantly and positively influences perceived usefulness and habit, demonstrating a strong correlation. Conversely, while the impact of confirmation on satisfaction remains positive, it is relatively weak. Additionally, perceived usefulness and habit exhibit significant positive effects on the intention to continue usage. Despite satisfaction's positive influence on continuation intention, its impact is comparatively weak. User experience may serve as a viable variable for future research endeavors.
