Abstract

Mengembangkan ekonomi syariah di Indonesia tentunya diperlukan sebuah upaya, salah satunya yaitu dengan mengadakan sebuah seminar mengenai penerapan sistem ekonomi syariah. Seperti yang kita ketahui, bahwa masyarakat masih sangat minim pengetahuannya mengenai ekonomi syariah, selain itu juga masalah yang sering dihadapi dalam dunia usaha umumnya adalah kurangnya permodalan. Permasalahan tersebut dapat menghambat tumbuh dan berkembangnya suatu usaha. Untuk mencapai suatu keberhasilan dalam usaha diperlukan dana yang cukup. Salah satu alternatif sumber pendanaan dapat diperoleh melalui pinjaman kredit agar dapat melakukan perluasan atau pengembangan usaha.Pelatihan ini diberikan pada 26 orang peserta yang terdiri dari karyawan PT Suryaikady Jaya Mandiri Bandar Lampung. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengenalkan praktik kredit yang berbasis ekonomi syariah kepada masyarakat yang bekerja di PT Suryaikady Jaya Mandiri Bandar Lampung. Pelatihan tersebut melalui metode ceramah dan diskusi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan akan masyarakat dapat selektif memilih pinjaman kredit serta mampu membedakan antara pinjaman kredit yang berbasis syariah dan konvensional serta cerdas dalam memilih pinjaman kredit. Selain itu masyarakat bisa menjadi seorang debitur yang bijak.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze internal work motivation and external work motivation on employee performance at PT. Fontera Brand Indonesia Bandar Lampung Branch. Method: The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a census approach. Data collection techniques based on data sources in this study uses a questionnaire method. The analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis and coefficient of determination, F test, and t test. Result: Work motivation both internally and externally simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Fontera Brand Indonesia Bandar Lampung Branch; Partial internal work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Fontera Brand Indonesia Bandar Lampung Branch; External work motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Fontera Brand Indonesia Bandar Lampung Branch. Limitation: This study only assesses the variables of internal and external motivation and the performance of employees working at PT. Fontera Brand Indonesia Bandar Lampung Branch, as well as clear literacy limitations on employee motivation. Contribution: This research provides suggestions for PT. Fontera Brand Indonesia Bandar Lampung Branch to provide performance motivation both internally and externally for employees who can provide output in terms of improving employee performance so that it is more leverage. Novelty: The novelty in this study lies in the conditions carried out by researchers during the transition from pandemic to endemic, so that they pay attention to differences in research results with previous studies that have been conducted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of knowing the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Non-Performing Financing (NPF), and Operational Expenditures on Operating Income (BOPO) on Return on Assets (ROA) at Banks Sharia General in 2015-2018. This study uses quantitative data with secondary data sources in the form of financial statements. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 4 Islamic banks. Data taken from quarterly financial reports obtained from the official website of each bank is a research sample. The results of this study show that the results of the test simultaneously (Test F) obtained F count 73,367 f table 2,53 with a significant result of 0,000 0,05, which means that CAR, FDR, NPF and BOPO jointly influence and significant to ROA. While the test results t (1) CAR has a value of t count 2.195 t table 2.00172 with a significant level of 0.032 0.05, which means that CAR has a positive and significant effect on ROA. (2) FDR has a value of t count 2.333 t table 2.00172 with a significant level of 0.023 0.05, which means that FDR has a positive and significant effect on ROA. (3) NPF has a value of t count 1.437 t table 2.00172 with a significant level of 0.156 0.05, which means that NPF has no effect and is not significant towards ROA. (1) BOPO has a value of t count -14.915 t table 2.00172 with a significant level of 0,000 0.05 which means that BOPO has a negative effect and is significant for ROA.Keywords: CAR, FDR, NPF, BOPO and ROA

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance especially nursing at Kedaton Puskesmas Bandar Lampung City. The sample used is all employees At Kedaton Puskesmas Bandar Lampung, amounting to 35 employees with Saturated sampling techniques. The analysis used includes data validity test, reliability test and Simple Linear Regression Test. The results of the study showed that the independent variables, namely Motivation Perception (X) had an effect on Employee Performance (Y). This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive research types. The data used is primary data and the number of samples used in this study is 35 respondents with data collection using a questionnaire. There is a strong enough relationship between motivation variable (x) on employee performance variable (y). The results showed a significant influence between motivation and performance of employees especially nursing At Kedaton Puskesmas Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap peningkatan jumlah penerimaan mahasiswa baru di Lembaga Kursus Bahasa Inggris Language Exchange. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa yang mengikuti bimbingan belajar di Lembaga Kursus Bahasa Inggris Language Exchange yaitu sebanyak 75 orang yang terdiri dari 15 siswa SD, 30 siswa SMP, 20 siswa SMA dan 10 orang yang telah lulus dari sekolah. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada seluruh responden. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kenaikan pangkat secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan jumlah mahasiswa baru. Kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan jumlah mahasiswa baru. Promosi dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan jumlah mahasiswa baru.

Abstract

Bank is a company that engages in finance, meaning that banking activity is always related in finance, namely to raise funds from the wider community and then the funds are re-played or re-sold to the community in the form of loans or better known as credit terms. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of working capital credit, investment credit, as well as the dominant influence of both types of credit to the Bank's operating income. This type of research is quantitative, while the population in this research is the credit channeled by BRI Unit Bumi Waras Period 2009 – 2014. The testing equipment used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis, classic assumption Test, hypothesis testing. Simultaneously, working capital and investment credit are positively and significantly influential in the operating income of BRI Unit Bumi Waras. Partial working capital credit and investment credit are influential and significant to the operating income of BRI Unit Bumi Waras and the variable of working capital credits most dominant to revenue.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel motivasi berwirausaha dan iklim usaha dalam memediasi pengaruh kemampuan manajerial terhadap kinerja UMKM. Responden adalah para pemilik UMKM di Kota Bandar Lampung. Responden penelitian ini adalah para pemilik UMKM yang berdomisili di Bandar Lampung, karena daerah tersebut telah menjadi sentra UMKM industry khususnya pada Sub-Sector Kriya. Ada 60 kuesioner yang dapat dikumpulkan. Berdasarkan analisis PLS-SEM diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kemampuan manajerial secara langsung berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM; kemampuan manajerial secara langsung berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha; kemampuan manajerial secara langsung berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap iklim usaha; motivasi berwirausaha secara langsung berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM; iklim usaha secara langsung berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM; motivasi berwirausaha secara positif dan signifikan mampu memediasi kemampuan manajerial terhadap kinerja UMKM; dan iklim usaha secara positif dan signifikan mampu memediasi kemampuan manajerial terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kota Bandar Lampung Provinsi Lampung, Indonesia.

Abstract

This study sought to ascertain how the work environment and stress at MAN 1 Pesisir Barat affected instructors' performance in part and simultaneously. This study's methodology uses a quantitative approach. Questionnaires and observation are the two methods of data collecting. Using a Likert Scale for each statement derived from the indicator variable, research variables are measured. 54 teachers made up the study's sample, which was selected using a non-probability sampling method. To support the hypothesis, data analysis techniques used statistical methods such multiple linear regression analysis with F-test and t-test, as well as validity and reliability checks for surveys. The findings demonstrated a beneficial and significant impact of both the work environment and job stress on teacher performance at MAN 1 Pesisir Barat. In addition, while the work environment has a good and considerable impact on teachers' performance at MAN 1 Pesisir Barat, job stress has a limited impact on that performance. The MAN 1 Pesisir Barat school administration must pay attention and enhance the current working conditions in order to maximize teacher effectiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak penerapan kreativitas, transformasi lingkungan, dan budaya kewirausahaan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif melalui pengelolaan sumber daya strategis sebagai variabel perantara, penelitian ini melihat model kewirausahaan strategis. Sebanyak 40 pengusaha yang mewakili pelaku UMKM sektor kreatif di Kota Bandar Lampung menjadi sampel penelitian. Purposive random sampling digunakan selama proses pengambilan sampel. Persyaratan sampel mencakup pelaku UMKM inovatif yang telah menjalankan bisnis setidaknya selama satu tahun dan mempekerjakan setidaknya lima orang. Alat untuk analisis data adalah analysis path. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya kewirausahaan, penerapan kreativitas, transformasi lingkungan, dan manajemen sumber daya yang cerdas semuanya berkontribusi pada keunggulan kompetitif. Faktor perantara antara penerapan kreativitas, transformasi lingkungan, dan budaya kewirausahaan untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif adalah manajemen sumber daya strategis, karena dapat memediasi antar variable independent dan dependen.
