Abstract

The aim of this research is to learn about the impact of competence on the performance of human resources. The type of research used is Explanatory Research aimed at testing a relationship hypothesis among variables. This study used questionnaires as tools to obtain data, spreading them with Non-probability Sampling with a simple random sampling technique against 41 teachers. A structural equatin model (SEM) with SmartPLS 2.0 M3 is the analytical technique used. The finding showed that there was a positive and important effect on human resource efficiency across competencies, with a TStatistics value of 7,757 > Ttable 1,682. The effect of skill in improving the performance of human resource at teacher in district X, Sorong Regency of West Papua has various limitations, among others, with the limitations of existing teachers causing representation on a district scale cannot generalize the overall teacher in the District Government of Sorong, West Papua

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Knowledge Sharing on organizational performance at the Religious Office of District X West Papua. This study uses Partial Least Squares (PLS) with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques to analyze 63 employees. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between Knowledge Sharing on organizational performance with a Tstatistic value greater than Ttable (Tstatistic 3.193 > Ttable 1.98) at a significance level of 5% (0.05). The results of this study indicate that the higher the Knowledge Sharing owned by the organization, it will further improve the performance of the Organization at the Religious Office of District X West Papua

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Inclusive Leadership on the performance of employees at the Sorong district Religious Office. This research uses Partial Least Squares (PLS) with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique to analyze 91 employees. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of Inclusive Leadership on employee performance with a Tstatistic value greater than Ttable (Tstatistic 19.711 > Ttable 1.96) at a significance level of 5% (0.05). The results of this study indicate that the higher the Inclusive Leadership, the higher the performance of employees at the Religious Office of Sorong district, West Papua

Abstract

In today’s rapidly changing and increasingly complex environment, the sustainable and contextual tasks of lecturers are important issues. Thus, this cross-sectional study investigates the impact of transformational leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in higher education. Data were collected from 48 Lecturers at Nani Bili Nusantara University – Indonesia. Partial least square (PLS) was applied to analyze the proposed hypotheses. Our analysis results reveal that Transformational Leadership has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Our results offer theoretical and practical implications for the development of the concepts of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Citizenship in higher education

Abstract

Sustainable leadership reveals the central role of leaders in balancing the three goals of economy, society, and environment and has become an important part of leadership theory research in recent years. The authors searched the literature related to sustainable leadership in higher education in the SCOPUS database. Based on the existing literature, we systematically reviewed the origins based on our predetermined criteria. And we also built an integrated analytical framework of sustainable leadership with the premise of sorting and summarizing the antecedents and consequences of sustainable leadership. Finally, we provide an outlook on the future research areas of sustainable leadership to further promote sustainable leadership research in higher education
