Abstract

This research aims 1) To determine the effect of interaction of different plant spacing and the provision of mulch to growth and yield of tomato plants. 2) To know the different spacing affect the growth and yield of tomato plants. 3) To know the use of mulch type effect on growth and yield of tomato plants. This research was conducted by using Randomized Block Design in Factorial (RAK) with 2 factors, first factor is plant spacing (J) consisting of 3 levels ie 40x30 cm (J1), 40x50 cm (J2), 40x70 cm (J3) . The second factor is mulch (M) consisting of 3 levels ie: without mulch (M0 / control), straw mulch (M1), plastic mulch (M2). The variables observed were plant height, number of branches, number of bunches, number of fruit, and fruit weight. Data were analyzed by using variance analysis (Anova), 5% level. The results showed that: There was no interaction between plant spacing and mulch on growth and yield of tomato plants. Treatment spacing 40x50 (J2) effect on the number of bunches of 35 HST, the weight of the first harvest fruit and total fruit weight. The use of straw mulch type (M1) has an effect on plant height, number of branches, number of 35 HST bunches, and total fruit weight.

Abstract

Watermelon cultivation has problems of seed germination. Seeds of watermelon that immediately sowing will slow in germinating, not even germinate at all. This is caused by the dormancy period of seeds, which is wrapped in seed institutions by the skin layer. Currently there has been considerable effort to improve seed viability, one using scarification techniques and soaking treatment of growth regulators. Based on the description above, the research is conducted to find out the influence of seed cutting and the effect of the old Atonic immersion on seed viability and growth of watermelon seed (Citrullus vulgaris, Schard). The method used in this research is Randomized Block Design (RAK). The first factor was no breaking (P1) and with the breaking of the seed shell (P2), the second factor was 4 long Atonic immersion (J1 = 0 min, J2 = 45 min, J3 = 90 min, and J4 = 135 min) with 3 repetitions. The Atonic concentration used is 1 ml / l of water. So there are 8 treatment combinations and 24 experimental units. Based on the results of the research, the following conclusions can be obtained: 1) there is the best combination between watermelon seedlings and duration of immersion of Auksin on viability and growth of non-seedled watermelon plants (Citrullus vulgaris), 2) Scarification combination and immersion time Auksin 45 minutes (P2J2) watermelon non seeds showed a very significant effect on seed viability and other observation variables up to 35 hst. 3) combination of scarification and duration of immersion of 45 to 90 minutes with 1 ml of perliter concentration potentially increase the viability and growth of seed seedling watermelon.

Abstract

Lettuce vegetables (Lactuca sativa L.) much needed by the community to meet the nutritional needs, but lettuce production is still low because of low productivity. Increasing the quality and quantity of vegetables grown on polybags is by fertilizing and arranging the composition of the planting medium. Provision of fertilizer aims to increase the supply of nutrients needed plants to boost the production and quality of crops. Fertilizer is to provide or add nutrients that plants need. However, fertilizer will tend to cause high production value and less appropriate with vegetable planting at home, therefore more optimized setting the composition of planting media. Planting media should be able to provide nutrients needed by plants. Farmers use plant residual organic materials such as rice husk as and cockpit for vegetable cultivation. The rice husk is the outermost part of the grain. The rice husk ash usually contains N 0.32%, P 0.15%, K 0.31%, Ca 0.96%, Fe 180 ppm, Mn 80.4 ppm Zn 14.10 ppm and pH 6, 8 which is expected to meet the needs of plant nutrients. The study was prepared using a complete randomized design with one factor that is the addition of planting media in the form of rice husk ash with the proportion of top soil and rice husk ash as follows: M1 (3: 1), M2 (2: 2), and M3 (1: 3). The observed variables were stem height, crown dry weight, and root dry weight. Data analysis used F Test 5% and continued with Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) 5%. The results obtained at plant height of M3 (1: 3) gave the best result where there was a plant height increase of 40 cm from the first day of planting until the third day, the addition of rice husk ash did not affect the addition of root dry weight and dry weight of crown.

Abstract

Serang beach is one of the beaches in Blitar Regency. Visits to Serang Beach attractions are influenced by various factors. In this study the factors studied to determine the influence of visiting interest to Serang Beach is promotional factors, economic factors, factors of infrastructure and psychological factors. Sampling in this research is by accidental sampling method, in which the researcher has the freedom to choose who the consumer is met to be sampled, with the number of respondents as many as 100 people. Data analysis was done by using multiple linier regression analysis method, data processing was done by SPSS Statistics 16 for Windows program. The result of the research shows that promotion factor, economic factor, facility factor and psychological factors significantly (together) have an influence on the interest of visiting Serang Beach, and psychological factor is the most dominant factor influencing the interest to visit Serang Beach tourism object.

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the best dose of ethylene solution in flowering of pineappleplants. The study used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) trial pattern with repeated 4 times.The dose treatment of ethylene concentration, namely: AI = 0.25ml. L A2, A2 = 0.5ml. L A3,A3 = 0.75ml. L¹, A4 = 1 ml. L¹, A5 = 1.25 ml. L¹,A6 = 1.5 ml. L¹, A7 = 1.75 ml. L¹ And 3treatments for each treatment were taken as samples. The results showed that the treatment ofadministration of ethylene 1.5 ml.L¹, is the best treatment for stimulating flowers on pineappleplants.

Abstract

This study aims 1) This study aims to reveal the differences between the growth and yieldof tomato plants. 2) Knowing the difference between NPK fertilizer and the growth andyield of tomato plants. 3) Knowing the interaction between husk ash and NPK fertilizeron the growth and yield of tomato plants. This research was conducted using factorialrandomized block design (RCBD) with 2 factors, the first factor was husk ash (A)consisting of 3 levels, namely 50 g (A1), 60 g (A2), 70 g (A3) . The second factor is NPKfertilizer (P) consisting of 3 levels: 2.50 g (P1), 3.75 g (P2), 5 g (P3). Variables thatmention include plant height, number of leaves, time of flowering plants, number offruit plants and fruit weight. Analysis date using analysis of variance (ANOVA) level of5% and further testing with Duncan's Multiple Distance Test (DMRT). The resultsshowed that: There was no real interaction between rice husk ash fertilizer and NPKfertilizer on the growth and yield of tomato plants. Treatment of 70 g husk ash dose (A3)significantly affected plant height at the age of 14, 21, 28, and 42 HST. The treatment ofNPK fertilizer (P) is of real value for plant height, number of leaves and fruit weight.The best plant height was 52.18 cm and 84.06 at the age of 28 and 42 days afterplanting, the best number of leaves in puppol was 3.75 g (P2). But in people who aresweet, the yield is not significant.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to determine the soaking time of the seeds with natural auxin which is appropriate for the growth and production of shallots (Allium ascalonicum L). The study was arranged in a randomized treatment group 7 treatment and repeated 4x. The treatment was soaking time of shallot seeds (D). There are 28 field trial units. Treatment consisted of D0 = without soaking, D1 = soaking 2 hours, D2 = soaking 4 hours, D3 = soaking 6 hours, D4 = soaking 8 hours, D5 = soaking 10 hours, D6 = soaking 12 hours. The variables observed were shoot length, shallot / plant weight, tuber diameter. The results of the study showed that the 3 variables observed showed the best results in D3 treatment (soaking for 6 minutes) in natural coconut water. The best treatment is D3, which is a tuber weight value of 41.01 grams per plant with a tuber diameter of 2.01 cm.

Abstract

The aims of this study was 1) to determine the effect of interactions between the dose of NPK fertilizer and bokashi fertilizer on growth and yield of curly red chilli plants 2) to determine the effect of NPK fertilizer dose on the growth and yield of curly red chili plants 3) to determine the effect of bokashi fertilizer dose on the growth and yield of curly red chilli plants. This study was arranged using a factorial randomized block design (RAK), factor I was NPK fertilizer namely N1: 0.624 gram, N2: 0.832 gram, N3: 1.04 gram, N4 1,248 gram, factor II is fertilizer Bokashi is B1: 20.8 grams, B2: 41.6 grams, B3: 49.9 grams, B4: 62.4 grams. There were 16 treatments and repeated 3 times, so there were 48 experimental units. Data were analyzed by analysis of variance method based on (ANNOVA) level of 5% analysis of variance analysis. If the treatment has a significant effect on the observed variables then continued with the Duncan test of the level of 5%. The results of variance showed that there was a significant interaction with NPK fertilizer treatment (N) and Bokashi fertilizer (B) on plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, anditotal number of fruit plantations at 14, 21, 28, 35, and 49 DAP (date after plant). The best treatment wasifound in the dosage of 0.832 gram NPK fertilizer and 41.6 gram Bokashi fertilizer (N2B2).

Abstract

Tanaman Selada (Lactuca sativa L.) merupakan salah satu komoditi hortikultural yang memiliki nilai komersial yang cukup baik. Namun budidaya yang kurang baik dan penggunaan bahan kimia yang berlebihan menyebabkan kendala dalam produksi dan kesehatan. Penggunaan pupuk NPK menjadi solusi dan alternatif dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman sayuran. Perakaran selada yang pendek menyebabkan selada membutuhkan media tanam dengan struktur gembur agar perkembangan akar baik dan dapat menembus tanah dengan mudah. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh berbagai kombinasi media tanam (cocopeat, pupuk kandang kambing, arang sekam padi) dan dosis pupuk NPK, serta interaksi antara berbagai kombinasi media tanam (cocopeat, pupuk kandang kambing, arang sekam padi) dengan berbagai dosis pupuk NPK terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kebun Pekarangan Rumah desa Dilem kecamatan Kepanjen kabupaten Malang mulai bulan Mei 2024 sampai dengan Juni 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan medote faktorial dengan pola Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari 2 faktor perlakuan yaitu. Faktor pertama (K) adalah kombinasi media tanam yang terdiri dari 3 kombinasi (Tanah + cocopeat (K1), Tanah + pupuk kandang kambing (K2), dan Tanah + arang sekam padi (K3)). Faktor kedua ialah konsentrasi pupuk NPK (N) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf (terdiri atas 4 taraf yaitu N0 : tanpa pemberian pupuk NPK 16:16:16 (kontrol), N1 : pemberian pupuk NPK 16:16:16 dengan dosis 200 kg/ha setara 1 g/polybag, N2 : pemberian pupuk NPK 16:16:16 dengan dosis 300 kg/ha setara 1,5 g/ polibag dan N3 : pemberian pupuk NPK 16:16:16 dengan dosis 400 kg/ha setara 2 g/ polibag). Analisis data menggunakan sidik ragam dengan uji F pada taraf 5% jika ketiga perlakuan berbeda nyata dilanjutkan dengan Uji Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) pada taraf 5%. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan (P) berpengaruh nyata terhadap variabel tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter batang , dan berat segar konsumsi. Pada hasil penelitian ini juga melihat perlakuan (N) berepengaruh nyata terhadap semua variabel. dan interaksi (KxN) berepengaruh nyata terhadap semua parameter. Hasil terbaik diperoleh pada K1N3 yaitu campuran 2:1 tanah dengan cocopeat (K1) serta tambahan dosis pupuk 2g/polybag (N3) untuk tinggi tanaman sedangkan untuk jumlah daun, diameter batang dan bobot segar konsumsi interaksi perlakuan terbaik nya pada K2N3 yaitu campuran 2:1 tanah dengan Pupuk kandang (K2) serta tambahan dosis pupuk 2g/polybag (N3) yaitu dengan rata-rata berat konsumsi pertanaman 93,67gram.

Abstract

The background underlying this research is fluctuating visit data. Obtained through PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 5. The purpose of knowing the effect of Instagram and tourist attraction on the decision to visit tourists to Agro Sirah Kencong Tourism Blitar partially or simultaneously. Quantitative explanatory research type. The research sample is tourists who visit Sirah Kencong Agro Tourism Blitar in accordance with the criteria. Probability sampling method and accidental sampling technique (n = 110). The questionnaires used were Instagram social media, tourist attractions, and tourist visiting decisions. Statistical tests in the form of multiple linear regression with partial test results (t) on variable X1 0.051> 0.05 there is no influence on variable Y and variable X2 0.000 <0.05 there is an influence on variable Y, while the simultaneous test (F) sig. 0.000 <0.05, which if taken as a conclusion, variables X1 and X2 have a significant influence on variable Y. The conclusion of this study is that variable X1 Instagram social media has no partial effect on tourist visiting decisions, variable X2 tourist attraction has a partial effect on visiting decisions, and X1 and X2 have simultaneous influence on the decision to visit tourists to Sirah Kencong Agro Tourism.
